One thing to mention is the game will not recognize an animated avatar so we'll have to use just one frame. I presume you'd want the last frame where Arnie has put on his sunglasses.

I'm wondering if the custom MySimtropolis names can be displayed next to the Sim's icon in the RCI Query?  I'm trying to find the code for the display name.  If possible, I'd like to add it to my RCI DLL Query.

Can't both Pegasus, the guy who created SimPEG, and Paeng be added to this list? I mean they are SimCity 4 Legends too afterall?

I also asked the same question way when this was brand new. The answer is you need consent from those people in order to be in MySimtropolis. There's a reason why A Nonny Moose isn't in MyST. Since Peg and Paeng are both considered inactive in the community, it's fine to not include them. It's not like they don't get any awards or anything.

Flashbacks of when Plugins Authors would get pissed off at fellow Authors when an uploader forgot to credit whoever owned a prop or texture that an uploader used in their own upload, just flooded my memory

@Jidan is correct for these two as they could give consent if they wanted to.

We had a full discussion about including peeps who have passed on and it was decided by the community that was acceptable and a good way to honor them. I'm sure we could find the discussion thread if we looked.

Following the precedent for other members we've lost, @Odainsaker is posthumously included in this update. We were saddened to hear he passed away in January earlier this year. We do an update every month or two or when there is a backlog of three or four if sooner. So, hang tight. We will get you added next time.

The MyST Committee voted on your request, and the outcome was unanimous:

So yes, we'll certainly do that for you on the next update. Changing names isn't as difficult as we originally thought, since the hex data for each MySim can be removed and then re-inserted in the same place. That then will preserve the order, since you're #87 in the mod.

Of course, we're glad there aren't regular changes or that would become quite an involving task.
