That picture exists longer than the game itself. Here's the same picture on a 22 year old preview, 2 months for the official SC4 release: https://www.eurogamer.net/fi-simcity4-pc I guess it was too shiny for the Colossal Mayor's Statue.

Your SC4GraphicsOptions.ini should be in the Plugins folder root, just like the dll itself. Can you provide a copy of your ini? -
FYI: BATProps KWK Vol 04 is superseded and included in BSC MEGA Props KWK Vol03.

I'm working on a storyline for a CJ and it would really help me if I had a mobile video wall / led screen trailer in-game. Something like: or: More inspiration here: https://www.european-show-equipment.com/en/portfolio-item/mobile-led-screen-rental/ I would be awesome to have something like that, including a black/off version to easily photoshop custom graphics on it for a CJ. (or even better: a semi-noob-proof way to alter a texture.) Assuming that there isn't something like this out there already, is someone willing to take up this challenge? Bonus kudos for HD and DN.
