  1. TL-RCC Three Exotic Plazas 2x2

    Those three 2x2 plazas are not that exotic, but I wanted a less longer name then the original ! They just needed a bit of greenery, in my opinion. They can be used alone or combined.
    Many thanks to my technical gurus, Rsc204, Kosc and Dreadnought. And especially Rivit, who lighted my SC4world. Also the willing victims of the beta-tests, RobertLM78, Handyman and, again, Dreadnought. And the guys and gals on the forums (Twalsh, Matias93, Fantozzi…). We need help when we begin sneaking a peek under the hood of SC4. That the community is always willing to help is a constant and pleasant comfort for us noobies.

     Those two plazas seem to have disappeared from the STEX. A pity, since they were both simple and well done. If anyone can find them, and their creator, please tell.I added a little 1x1, to extend or link them as desired.

    The io_bg-EBLT’s originals are splendid by themselves, in their use of the beautiful NDEX Konietzko Fountain. I use them extensively (and I am not the only one ! You may soon find more of them relotted on the STEX). I too thought they could do with a little modern TLC. As I fell in love with their base texture I used it in many of my other plazas, so I added a little 1x1 to link them if desired.

  4. TL-KOSC Devlin Square

    This one is a… reimagining of what is, I believe, the very first lot KOSC uploaded. He has since gone on to ever grandioser things, which is encouraging for us noobies (see his content at : https://community.simtropolis.com/profile/33566-kingofsimcity/content/?type=downloads_file )
    He has graciously accepted that I tinker with his lot – and helped me learn new things on the way (Menu order ! Menu icons !) Many thanks to him and to my other technical gurus, Rsc204, and Dreadnought. And especially Rivit, who lighted my SC4 world. Also the willing victims of the beta-tests, RobertLM78, Handyman and, again, Dreadnought. And the guys and gals on the forums (Twalsh, RandyE, Matias93, Fantozzi…). We need help when we begin sneaking a peek under the hood of SC4. That the community is always willing is a constant reassurance : we’re not alone!

  5. RRetail Misc Entertainment Relots Pack Two

    Thanks to the idea of relotting a few stadiums by @jaredh, I was inspired to accomplish another entertainment pack.
    While most of the relots included are sports based, I did also include a relot of the BLAM variation of Chuck E Cheese's.
    Most of the lots will appear in the landmark menu while the swimming pools in this pack will all be found in the parks menu. Others may require lotplop.
    Simgoober's pool pack is a dependency which is listed at the bottom. You can safely remove all lot files found in the downloads.

  6. Tariel-D66 Serenity Garden

    This one is another Relot Riff, on D66 Serenity Plaza, which is another mainstay of mine. But I wanted it a little less somberly ornate and so a little more… serene. Which is why my relot is called Serenity Garden.

  7. TL-ADC Bingham Plaza 6x6

    And now I begin to pay a grateful homage to the wonderful batlotters who have given and are still giving me hours of pleasure when I play. It is Relot Time !  
    My Bingham Plaza is a riff on ADC splendid Buckingham Fountain.   It is the first dependency, for the SC4.Model ans SC4.Desc – but also to have ADC (smaller) park in your park stash !

    I love parks, plazas, green spaces, even treed parking lots, anything that will let a cityscape breathe, by day or by night. Over the years I collected a lot of them, with a dozen loved one I always find myself going back to. But at some point, playing in night mod, I noticed that many of them were not lit, or not enough for my taste. Ditto for too many sport parks. I don’t want my peeps to be mugged when taking a stroll in a park or playing catch with the kids ! So I decided to learn how to light stuff. Among other things. So here is the very first park I lotted, (as any new modder would...) when I was hopped up on textures. There will be others. I thought it was time to add to our collective collection.

    Hi Everyone,
    My third creation. The Opus Néoi Station is a complete fantasy functional train station for your high speed rail network.
    Capacity is set to 75'000 passengers. No night lighting again, sorry!

  12. Llama Reserve Nature Park

    This lot uses the maximum number of props allowed on a lot. The props are listed as: LotConfigPropertyLotObjectData, starting with 0x88EDC900 and ending with 0x88EDCDFF for a total of 1,280 props.  Source: SC4 Devotion Forum
    The included road and parking overlay textures are the same as in my recently updated Quantum Dish download which has another version of the 3x3 Roundabout. If both are used then delete one or the other file named 'OverlayTexturesCivics_Network.dat'. The overlays may be used freely as long as a message to delete multiples of the same .dat file is included.
    EDIT NOTE:  All the network connections are for 'streets' (in gray) so you have to drag a street from the lot edge.   If you surround the lot with 'roads' (in black) they won't automatically connect and you can't drag roads out from the edge. 
    The Llama Reserve and Nature Park
    An 11x13 lot with Maxis animal animations of llamas, cows, horses, giraffes, bucks and pigeons (which rarely appear, if at all). High park effect in local area. Minimal pollution. Network and transit enabled. Uses 200 mwh of power.
    The Llama Statue Roundabout
    A 3x3 lot with a llama statue built from the Maxis rock props. This lot uses my road overlay textures to create a roundabout connected on each side to the network. High landmark effect. Minimal pollution.

    This package is designed as an expansion to the original Underbridge Lots. Now in addition to game networks, you can use White Brick, BrownBrick (Sandstone), Grass and Parking tiles under bridges. The first three will match the NAM PedMalls amongst other game items. These items are eye-candy to provide a visual connection only.

  16. Kazuki's Underbridge Lots

    This package is designed so you can place transport networks under the in-game bridges. To do this these lots use Car --> Subway or Rail --> Subway transit switches. As such, there are some limitations when using them. For road networks, only car traffic is able to use them and for the rail network, only passenger traffic will continue through these lots.
    Two sets are included, the actual underbridge pieces in addition to filler lots. This will enable these to span larger gaps where necessary.
    After plopping these pieces, they must be connected using the Subway tool between each converter lot.

    This package includes a single lot that allows you to transition from the G-HSR (Ground High Speed Rail) of the NAM (Network Addon Mod)
    to the Subway network. It costs $400 to plop and can be found in the Misc Transport menu.

    The model used is part of the NAM, which can be considered a dependency for this lot. Similarly you need to have installed it's HSR plugin to make use of it.

    Plaza pack three features two plazas that are designed to connect to my relot of the RLS mall, or can be used on their own. Also included is a small town style plaza with Walmart and a small strip mall adjacent to the store.

  24. IRM I-HT GooberGen Labs

    1 - INTRODUCTION/OVERVIEW
     
    Last time we had the famous Fukitol capsules by GooberGen, this time we take a step back - into the labs where GooberGen does its research.
    The eighth upload in this series is GooberGen Labs by SimGoober. Since the fish tanks and the company sign are separate props, I could play around with different configurations and ended up making two versions with two lots each; one with two fish tank clusters and one with four fish tank clusters. I'm pretty pleased with the result if I may say so myself - the modular layout allowed for some nice configuration options, and I particularly enjoyed making the footpaths that connect to the fish tanks and being able to place a lot of shaded props around the tall building.
    Since all Maxis lots contained in the IRM Base Pack could optionally be used with toroca's Industrial Jobs Quadrupler, this download is offered in two versions: a regular one for those who prefer the default job numbers, and a quadrupler-compatible version for those who prefer using the modified stats.
    The .sc4desc files for the regular version will look like this: IRM_[Filename].sc4desc
    The .sc4desc files for the quadrupler version will look like this: IRM_[Filename]_x4.sc4desc
    After downloading, simply delete the file of the version you don't want to use. If you leave both in your plugins, the quadrupler version will most probably override the default version.
    The default version of the building will provide:
    GooberGen Labs 1:   90 I-HT jobs, the quadrupler version 360 I-HT jobs. GooberGen Labs 2: 100 I-HT jobs, the quadrupler version 400 I-HT jobs. The following lots are included in this download:
    5x6, Stage 3 (GooberGen Labs 1) 6x5, Stage 3 (GooberGen Labs 1) 6x6, Stage 3 (2 variations) (GooberGen labs 2) For those of you who like to play with day and night view, the building used on this lot is compatible with the following night light mode(s):
    Maxis Night with gradual day/night cycle: YES Maxis Night with static day or night: YES DarkNite* with static day or night: YES *DarkNite requires SimFox' Day and Nite Modd (or a similar darkening mod) to be installed in your plugins. 

    2 - USE
     
    If you extract this archive to your root plugins folder, it should create a folder IRM\IRM Expansion\[NAME OF BAT], where [NAME OF BAT] represents the name of this download item. Within that folder, you will find all the game-relevant files and a sub-folder containing the HTML readme and some screenshot(s).
     
    If you no longer wish to use this download, proceed as follows:
    Bulldoze all lots pertaining to this download Save all the cities and exit the game when you're done bulldozing Remove the associated files from your plugins folder Hint: Just to be sure, I recommend moving the undesired files somewhere else and doing some checks before you delete them permanently. This way, if it turns out you forgot to bulldoze something, you can add it back in temporarily until you're done.
     
     
    3 - DEPENDENCIES
     
    IRM Base Pack with all its dependencies - while these lots will technically work, they are meant to tie into the IRM. They may look out of place and show unexpected behaviour if used independently. Since this is an extension to the IRM, all the dependencies of the original pack still apply. If you have them in place, you can download every single growable IRM and IRM W2W lot I have ever made and will never have to download any additional packs for props and textures used on the lot. GooberGen Labs - you'll also need the original upload of the BAT to see the building(s). Only the .sc4model file is required. NOTE: For any dependency hosted at SC4Devotion (SC4D in short), you must be registered on that site and logged into the site's download area, the BSC File Exchange, in order to see the download button. Please bear in mind that there are separate logins for the forums and for the file exchange. For those of you who may still be unfamiliar with the site: SC4D is another major SimCity community with lots of unique content, so you will not regret making an account there.

    For my first plugin, I owe my inspiration to that of Uroncha in 2005 (see here) which I used until now. And for which I wanted to bring my personal touch.
    So I suggest you the same with newer Props. A big thank you to Namspopof, jth876, Giraffe, Vnaoned, Mcdrye, Rivit, the SFBT team and all the props authors used here.
    12 Bus stop.
    On street and road ortho, diagonal, and intersections (T and X).
    On one way ortho and diagonal.
    On ortho and diagonal avenue.
    8 metro stations (+ bus)
    On ortho, diagonal and intersection roads (T and X).
    On one-way, ortho, diagonal avenue.
    You have the choice of the texture for the streets: NAM or Tar-sealed street of Rivit ; and for roads: NAM Euro or NAM US.
     
    The capacity of the bus stop:
    Street: 17000+ ; Road and oneway: 17000+ ; Avenue: 20000.
    The capacity of the metro stations:
    Road, one-way, avenue: 24000+.
     
    These lots appear in the menu: miscellaneous transports.
    Installation
     
    Place the contents of the Zip into your Plugins directory.
    In the subdirectory: scoty_bus_A_textures /, depending on NAM settings or other ..., delete one of the two files scoty_bus_tex_road_XX.dat, as well as one of the two scoty_bus_tex_street_nnnn.dat. Keep, of course, the file scoty_bus_tex.dat (!) Which gathers avenue and oneway textures.
