I've fixed up the image file the game uses: MySim_Gadg8eer.bmp

Copy that into the MySim folder and let it overwrite the one that's already there.

Even though MySimtropolis has been running into its 7th month now, sign ups remain open for anyone else who wishes to join also. This project was created with the idea to allow anyone to take part indefinitely. We do have some news though how sign ups will likely have to close by 31 December 2199.

So if you'd like to be immortalized as a MySim, we recommend signing up long before then.

That can be done in the Honoring ST Members Who've Passed On thread.

For other folks, you can add them to your own game using the instructions in MySims.dat - The Techy, Hexy Details.

For anyone coming across our MySimtropolis project for the first time, you might look at the posting date from late last year, noticing it's been a while since the initial release. This seems quite a long time ago, and possible to assume you're too late to join. However, as evidenced by the 20 releases since then which have added 44 extra members (and counting), the doors very much remain open for new sign ups today, just as they did back on Day 1.

All we need is your MySim name to use (which can be your username), then a Gender and Zodiac sign. Updates are weekly scheduled each Monday.
