Built in 1988 on Eldridge and Division Street in Chinatown, New York, this six-story complex has two apartment buildings that rise above a 45-degree angular podium consisting of run-down restaurants, shops, and mediocre law offices. The podium's deck is also an accessible terrace with a design that allows for a decent view over the streets of Eldridge, Forsyth, and Division. Having wanted to try my hand at buildings on a larger footprint, this little gem was percolating on my computer for ages. Presenting the grand and opulent, distinguished Arden Professional Building - a 3x3 stage 7 CO$$ office building, based off an amalgamation of a couple of different old school buildings in my swipe file...the kind with grand multilevel foyers, exquisite marble and terra cotta finishes, gated elevators, and corridors with hundreds of rooms. Perfect for that venerable investment firm, as well as that up-and-coming startup! When I want to build a apartment, it will become a small house and I become very angry.I zone medium density and my demand is high but it doesn't work.and my watering system is okay.do you know any solution for this? But hey, this is what you signed up for when you took all those typing and business administration courses at community college, right? Presenting yet another set in a series of office buildings to provide some variety to your commercial business district. Included in this upload are the following establishments... Pazder & Smith, LLC Stratford and Davis, Inc. Baran, Buckey and Amirault MacFarlane and Finkelhour, Esq. Raschke, Rivera and Pace Pulling, Jaffe & Egbert Warnke and Todd Design Hollander, Holmberg & Chick The buildings here were made to compliment existing Maxis offices - all are made in a 3x2 footprint, and are lotted as 3x2 and 3x3 in most cases. This pack contains 8 different buildings with over 40 lots, ranging from stage 5 to stage 7 CO$$$ with anywhere between 339 and 441 jobs. All have been lotted similar to their Maxis counterparts in order to blend in; as such, there are no dependencies. All have nightlights, custom queries, and stats similar to previous uploads. KOSC Presents: Ill Tonkso's 110 Cannon Street Introduction This is the 12th set of lots in my ITS Office Park series. 110 Cannon Street is a nice little mid-sized office tower by Ill Tonkso re-purposed for a more suburban setting. Package Overview The original building was greatly expanded upon to encompass several different lot configurations. Growables included have larger footprints and large parking structures like those found in many larger suburban office complexes. The ploppable lot is a highlight massive 10x10 office complex, boasting twin towers with matching entrances. A grand avenue entrance leads directly to the massive rear parking lot which includes a parking garage as well as an asymmetric parking lot design. Included in the following package are a total of 5 lots: 4 CO$$ growables and one CO$$$ ploppable. Growable lots contain only a single building while the centerpiece complex boasts two. Additionally, the ploppable complex is transit enabled. Hi everyone, I really enjoy CS Skyline for its game mechanics. People, cars, trees, seaguls : great atmosphere ! ... Great potential ! But SC4 is still my favorite. Why ? Because of the BUILDINGS. I 'm crazy about american cities and buildings, and particularly old-style midrise american buildings. The actual game is quite poor... so we have to do the job ! If any of you are interested, please, anounce it. SC4 had the NYBT, and others... Will CS have the AMBT ? I did for buildings but there are not available on Steam, need to make the LODs before. All of these are brick buildings, small buildings (I'm a beginner) constructed beetween 1880 and 1940. I enjoy Chicago-style buildings like the Reliance Building, Rookery Building, Guaranty Building, Auditorium... so, more or less all the buildings which are today historial heritage. KOSC Presents: 280 Executive Square Introduction This is the sixth set of lots in my ITS Office Park series. 280 Executive is a return to my monotonous, massive campus-style of office complexes with one of my personal favorite of Ill Tonkso’s BATs: 280 Bishopgate. This time around I wanted to experiment with layout and FAR conformity and as such, the total complex takes up a huge amount of real estate. Package Overview 280 Executive Square is a massive 6 building hi-spec office complex for your middle class sims. The campus is dotted with trees and boasts many open spaces, including parks and ponds. On the open walkways you’ll find fountain plazas and shady benches for relaxation. The complex is also very bike friendly, with tons of bike racks scattered throughout. Included in the following package are a total of 12 lots, which included 8 growables and 4 ploppables. The actual complex is pieced together from four lots (labelled as Phase 1-4/Buildings A-F). There are 2 different growable commercial versions (CO$$ and CS$$) in order to satisfy the endless stream of service demand that large cities often experience. The ploppable version is only available in CO$$, and comes with custom menu icons. If for whatever reason you want to plop the service version, you can use Buggi's buildingPlop cheat and find the lots. (prefixed with KOSC ITS 280 Executive _name_) General Stats All ploppables are located near the top of the landmarks menu. All growables will grow starting from Low-Density.
