    The Mori Tower is clad with a dramatically shaped, vertically organized painted aluminum curtainwall with a sculpted columnar emphasis. Reflective glass alternates with white ceramic frit pattern spandrels of ten different densities that diminish as they rise. In this manner, the tower is more solid looking towards the base and glassier towards the sky. This tower is indeed inspired by the similarly-named one in Tokyo. There are no dependencies from the STEX for this lot. There is a plopable and a growable CO§§§ Mod edit: Fixed broken description formatting.

    KOSC Presents: Ill Tonkso's 110 Cannon Street Introduction This is the 12th set of lots in my ITS Office Park series. 110 Cannon Street is a nice little mid-sized office tower by Ill Tonkso re-purposed for a more suburban setting. Package Overview The original building was greatly expanded upon to encompass several different lot configurations. Growables included have larger footprints and large parking structures like those found in many larger suburban office complexes. The ploppable lot is a highlight massive 10x10 office complex, boasting twin towers with matching entrances. A grand avenue entrance leads directly to the massive rear parking lot which includes a parking garage as well as an asymmetric parking lot design. Included in the following package are a total of 5 lots: 4 CO$$ growables and one CO$$$ ploppable. Growable lots contain only a single building while the centerpiece complex boasts two. Additionally, the ploppable complex is transit enabled. If you desire to plop the growables, use the buildingPlop cheat and look for exemplars starting at "KOSC ITS 110 Cannon" (requires ExtraCheats.dll) General Stats The included growable lots will provide 1098 CO$$ jobs. Zurich House, Portsmouth is an ancient BAT by Ill Tonkso that has been re-lotted for more modern SC4 standards. In fact, the actual building in real life is also getting a makeover. Two of the lots use an individual building, while the remaining utilize a fusion of two.     This is a set of stylishly-designed billboards inspired by the style of 'boards found in and around New York's Times Square. There are 50 (updated from the original 19) billboards, and I decided instead of taking a bunch of requests from people for things I don't really want to see in a game, I'd include the gmax file and a complete tutorial for how to retexture and create your own billboard, and make it part of the prop families used on this lot, all without even opening the lot editor (you do need the Reader, though). In addition, each existing prop is in its own DAT file, so you can delete ones you don't like (in case you aren't a DOA fan, for example).     KOSC presents: Folegate Leasings Introduction This is the 10th set of lots in my ITS Office Park series. Folegate Leasings is a set of ugly little fictional headquarters brought slightly back to life. Urghhhhh. Absolutely perfect for your generic, boring suburban business park. Package Overview Folegate Leasings comes with several different growable configurations and orientations. Like Holbourne House, this set comes with a centerpiece ploppable - a massive 11x9 monstrosity with 3 buildings. Similarly, all growable lots also boast parking lots with multiple entrances and were designed for expansion in mind. These were made to be combined with my SP Modular Parking Set. Included in the following package are a total of 10 lots: 8 CO$$ growables, 1 CO$$ growable and one CO$$ ploppable. These range from small, urban-friendly combinations to fairly large complexes. There are two different packages, the standard version and a LITE version. The LITE version is an adaptation that removes a lot of the perimeter CP seasonal trees and emphasizes open space and user preference. These were specifically made to cater to users that prefer their own choice of MMP trees and plants. Although the DRK Radio Corp. is long-since gone, absorbed into many other companies, their beautiful tower still remains to soar above the city streets as prime real estate.     KOSC presents: Holbourne Offices Introduction This is the 9th set of lots in my ITS Office Park series. Holbourne House is another rather generic mid-rise from Ill Tonkso's City Set that fits well in an urban setting as well as part of a suburban office complex. While I have lotted this one before as part of my very first complex release, I felt that the individual buildings were worthy contenders as standalones. Package Overview Holbourne Offices comes with several different growable configurations and orientations. The centerpiece ploppable in the set is a large 10x10 semi-symmetrical complex with a couple of parking extender lots. Addtionally, all growable lots also boast parking lots with multiple entrances and were designed for expansion in mind. Like many office complexes in the suburban US, parking lots can sprawl several blocks and in all sorts of shapes and sizes and thus these growables were meant to play well with the SP Modular Parking Set. Included in the following package are a total of 9 lots: 6 CO$$ growables, one CO$$$ ploppable and two parking lots disguised as parks. There are two different packages, the standard version and a LITE version.     KOSC presents: CAMden Heights Offices Introduction This is the eighth set of lots in my ITS Office Park series. CAMden Heights is a nice mid-rise, nondescript office tower that serves its purpose as the centerpiece in suburban office parks. Or an eyesore among an entire district of generic buildings... yeah, might as well be. Package Overview CAMden Heights Offices is a small collection of growables and a ploppable of Ill Tonkso’s Camden Heights Tower. There are two smaller lots are occupied by one tower each, both which boast relatively tame scenery. The centerpiece is the massive 10x10 complex featuring twin towers with an ample parking lot with garage, lush greenery, and a beautiful front plaza. Included in the following package are a total of 3 lots: two CO$$ growables and one CO$$ ploppable. The ploppable one can be found in the landmarks menu near the top.     KOSC presents: East Point Offices Introduction This is the seventh set of lots in my ITS Office Park series. East Point Offices focuses on my original goal for the series, which was a collection of small to large size lots to create dozens of different office park configurations. You may also notice a slight style change with this one (and everything after!); with the exception of a few lots, everything is now fully seasonal. In addition, the parking lots have also been slightly tuned up as well. (thanks nos.17! ) Package Overview East Point Offices is a collection of growable office lots built from Ill Tonkso’s East Point BAT. Lots range from tight plazas lined with palm trees to massive, seasonal tree lined parking lots. The larger ones especially feature plenty of open grass space and even ponds and fountains. Included in the following package are a total of 13 lots, all of which are CO$$ growables. Each lot contains up to 3 office buildings. There are 7 lots with 1 building, 4 lots with 2 buildings, and 2 lots with 3 buildings. Refer to the screenshots for the required zoning layout.
