Description: San-ai Dream Center is an iconic cylindrical retail services building in wealthy Ginza district of Tokyo, Japan.  Additionally, March 11, 2021, marks 10 years since the Tohoku Earthquake/Tsunami/Nuclear Crisis.  The BAT is released in remembrance of them

This model is lit up and advertised fictionally by contributors to disaster relief  The colored rings of light on the first five floors represent Japan's resiliency: orange as the disaster unfolded, red as it peaked, green as the Japanese recovered, and a cherry blossom color to represent Japan's optimism for the future.

Beautiful building you made @20huskies. Its a wonderful symbol of hope and remembrance, its a great pick to recreate. I love these tribute lots and buildings. It shows people care about the how others felt, on very sad times in our history. Very nice and thanks for sharing. A+
