This is a residential building located in Manhattan at 16th St and 8th Ave. There's some ground-level retail represented here and 6 stories of residential above. This is good for mid-rise areas and grows on high-density residential under the Houston and Euro tilesets. It's a 3x2 lot that grows on left-corners. Break the grid!!! This is a flatiron-type building for the intersection of an ortho network and the FA2 road. It's based on a residential building on the south end of Bradhurst Ave in Harlem, NYC. Download includes: 2 recolors, left and right rotations. 1x1 landmark lots (overhanging props occupy ~1x3) No lights this time. Flood the comments with your complaints lol Productive approach: hit me up with better ways to do nightlighting. I do it by adding "nite_" manually to each individual window pane and it is painstaking. Tips welcome -

El edificio Flatiron, originalmente edificio Fuller, es un rascacielos centenario situado en Manhattan. Era uno de los edificios más altos de Nueva York cuando finalizó su construcción en el año 1902. Recibió su nombre oficial de George A. Fuller, fundador de la empresa constructora que financió la obra y que había fallecido en 1900.1 El Flatiron se encuentra en una manzana triangular, limitada al sur por la Calle 22, al oeste por la Quinta Avenida y al este por Broadway. Estas dos últimas calles confluyen delante del edificio con la Calle 23, a la altura de Madison Square. El vecindario que lo rodea recibe el nombre de distrito Flatiron en su honor. It was one of the tallest buildings in New York when it was completed in 1902. It received its official name from George A. Fuller, founder of the construction company that financed the work and had died in 1900.1 The Flatiron is located on a triangular block, bounded on the south by 22nd Street, on the west by Fifth Avenue and on the east by Broadway. These last two streets converge in front of the building with Calle 23, at the height of Madison Square. The surrounding neighborhood is called the Flatiron district in his honor. Landmark version.
