  1. SimCity 3000 Sheet Music

    For anyone that is interested, both at Sheet Music Plus and Sheet Music Direct, they have the SimCity 3000 theme arranged for piano. Two versions are available, an advanced “transcription” version, and then an easy/intermediate piano. Covers are identical other than the labels and colors have changed. Looking through the Hal Leonard database, the copyright dates 2021 EA Music, which appears to me that EA still values the franchise asset wise and continually renews the copyright; don’t know exactly for sure. I admire the work of composer Jerry Martin, both on SimCity 3000 and some tracks for SimCity 4. Great music overall. Below are the links to Sheet Music Plus if anyone is a pianist in here.     I. Lostalim Presents The Rainford The Rainford is a multipurpose structure of my design. Not based on any particular prototype, but implements various architectural characteristics of modern glass skyscrapers. This freelance building could function as a hotel, bank, high-rise apartments, or any other purpose limited only by your imagination. As with any upload, users who have the SC4 Plug-in Manager can easily modify the stats to fit any need. File includes landmark and CS$$$ versions, view screenshots for full stats. Built in 1991, the most defining feature is the roof pattern, being the most unique anywhere. Designed for commercial offices, this structure becomes multi-use with an expanded water feature.     This building is inspired by the Valley Paradise Building from Crazy Taxi. The building is created in similar style, but with less green color. Custom night lights. Rooftop vents and AC units. Both available in medium commercial office (CO$$) and landmark versions. No Dependencies!

    Tourmaline Residential is another basic glass building, nothing too prominent in regards to architecture, like my other addition Hogan Commercial LTD.. It makes a good city filler among other buildings, but still good enough to stand on its own. Decent render of lights for night mode. R$$$ and Landmark versions available. Screenshots for stats.     I. Lostalim Presents Sapphire Company Offices Another glass tower with detailed surface reflections, highlighting, and custom glass textures, all with an emerald color. Green night lights, which is different than the normal beige. Roof access above. Always try to make Building design and shape unique. The theme of the building could be adapted to multiple ideas, and anything that has office space. No Dependencies! Both CO$$$ and landmark versions available.     I. Lostalim Presents Pentatonic Offices The tallest building I have ever made, my specialty are midrises, but this one makes an exception. Not only has a musical name, but its trapezoid shape makes it unique from the other towers I have created. Doesn’t matter what direction the camera is facing, the building will always have a different look. Once again, the detail and rendering of the windows realistically depicts reflections, small differences in highlighting, and attention to surface textures.     Peachtree Plaza is based on real cylindrical towers throughout the US. This one is modeled from the building of the same name from SimCity 3000. Careful attention was given to the windows/glass, so the appearance would look similar to other glass towers within SC4. Highlighting, gradients, and reflections were all accounted for.     My most ambitious building yet, the Franklin Insurance Building is the most unique one to date, especially with uncommon green windows similar to base SC4 buildings like Lillard Audio and related styles. Small courtyard at the base, and shipping access on the side. Great rendered nightlights as well. Lot size is 3x3, and CO$$$/landmark stats in screenshots. No Dependencies!

    Corridor Tower is another modern glass building with a racetrack shape and design. Covered chauffeur entrance for vehicles, and garage/warehouse delivery in the back for shipments and goods.
