I've decided to embark upon a journey to redo a select few of my previous relots. Next up is just one of many shopping centers to come using existing buildings already made for SimCity 4. If a brand isn't available to use or is way out of scale when next to other buildings, I cannot use it as part of these shopping centers. That is only one of the reasons why I have requested new and updated stuff. I could go on, but you're not here for this so.... This shopping mall is in honor of @Ceafus 88 who has teamed up with me to make NEW retail IF possible and has been willing to put up with my nagging for new retail. (lol) While there are some technical behind the scenes issues recently, I'm very much appreciative of the fact that Ceafus is willing to make some new buildings where and of course if he can. So this plaza is for you! I know the dependency list is long, but blame it on the use of new props including awesome HD trees. Seriously blame it on the trees. The lot itself is on a 21x16 space. There is also two transit enabled road connections. A couple of prop files are also included in this download to allow for this shopping center lot to work. Hello Simtropolis! I am here with a new BAT, McDonalds! I came across the idea of making this one day while skimming through the STEX, looking for stuff to download. It took me a little longer than I had planned, but I got it done, and here it is! It is a growable, 3x3, CS$$ Lot. Hello Simtropolis. The Simmania BAT Team is here with another project. This is Ceafus' Car Repairs/Auto Parts Store. It is a small shop used to help your sims when they have car troubles, need a tire change, and oil change, have a loose wheel, need a tire balance, anything, we got it covered. Conveniently, we have the Auto Parts store, so if your sims need some oil, chains, a ladder, dolly cart, or anything of that nature, you can guarantee we have it. The repair side of things shuts down earlier than the parts side, that is why the door is closed at night. The parts side stays open well into the night so that your sims can come in, even if it is later at night. Installation: Extract the .Zip to: C:\Users\(Your User)\Documents\SimCity 4\Plugins\ Stats: This building is on a Growable 2x2 lot. Has 17 C$$ Jobs Available. Hello, this is my 1st building using 3ds max, I have made the switch over, and am now presenting the Chainz & Gangz Bar. It is a CS$, and is a 1x2 lot. This will go in the streets of any city, it goes especially well with Aaron Grahams creations. A Special thanks to Nick13, a fellow member of TEAM:Max, for the wonderful Neon lighting tutorial. Also a very special thank you to Aaron Graham for the wonderful Concrete roof, and Brick wall textures, I appreciate it guys . File & Picture Attatched below. No Dependencies.
