Well textured, modded, grow occasionally but are not weedy. A wonderful addition. 

Fun fact - in the 1987 action movie "Lethal Weapon", the building actor Mel Gibson jumps off is the basis of the Sugden Building.

You have lot of great stuff, Midrise offices are my favorite in this game

And when you least expect it, a big pack of those offices that blend in with Maxis buildings so perfectly that you wouldn't know they are custom content. I'd absolutely love to download them, pity my computer has just crashed again!  Great surprise to see you at work, @madhatter106. Will the next pack be Victorian offices?

I like SimCity 4 because it is still not too artificial like other newer versions like SimCity Buildit (best example so far .. Sorry young geeks!!) 

 

To my point of view SimCity Skylines is a very good Idea but still it is artificial when i get à closer look at it... But still à newer concept is within such version of SimCity (without the original Maxis concept in mind let's just call it as such...) 

 

  The teamwork effort is on the professionnals that ran SimCity 4 for such a while... Just wow congratulations folks! 

 

I want to lift my hat to you guys especially because it works well for what i would call à modern programming issue (now so much online as well)... Modern programmers are just less and less geeks but normal folks that relate to current users so well... 

 

Congratulations again!
