Only one person can clean up Clacton, and it's Count Binface from planet Sigma IX. He needs your help and this billboard will spread the word. The billboard is just a prop with a working nightlight I replaced into a standard 1x1 park lot, ploppable anywhere with standard park effects, formatted from an existing image of a Binface ad into a wider resolution. I'll be releasing a set of billboards similar to this one featuring various pop culture ads soon enough. -

Built in 1988 on Eldridge and Division Street in Chinatown, New York, this six-story complex has two apartment buildings that rise above a 45-degree angular podium consisting of run-down restaurants, shops, and mediocre law offices. The podium's deck is also an accessible terrace with a design that allows for a decent view over the streets of Eldridge, Forsyth, and Division. This complex has 4 versions: - Maxis Night (SD) - Dark Night (SD) - Maxis Night (HD) - Dark Night (HD) (If you're not sure which one to download, choose the Maxis Night (SD) version. Good evening Simtropolis, They are on every roadside across America and the world. Ruining landscapes and helping people get lawyers, roadside snacks, and fuel. In this pack I created a mix of realistic and fictional billboards for your cities. In total there are 44 unique billboards. I have separated them into their own folders for your convenience to sort through the ones you may or may not want. A huge thank you to the members that let me use their usernames and BAT businesses for this, it made for some fun spins on things. All have included nitelighting, minus the 2 "abandoned" billboards. Horwood Place, by Mattb325. --------------------------------------- Horwood Place is a bland 1970's building covered in signage from Sydney's second largest CBD, Parramatta. At 6 floors, this is the sort of building that makes a really good filler: there's a sunglass hut and an asian grocer on the ground floor, a taxation specialist office, a recruitment agent and other various small offices on the remaining floors. The roof has an oversized billboard and cellular phone transmitters to ensure that the landlords extract every last drop of rent from the space. Based off a stained glass window business called Cline Glass that inhabited the building a few years back, a little corner building in Portland's urban industrial area. Just another boring little filler building that stands out just enough for me to bring it into the game. Wanted to make this one an industrial lot but it just did not seem to want to build when I lotted for it. It's a corner building but designed to be wall to wall on either side if needed. I will definitely try to revise the windows at some point to make the stained glass displays they had stand out at night. -

Editing Minor Assets: Billboards

Hello, I am new to the forums but I have spent some time learning the basics of Cities: Skylines modding. I wish to edit the textures of these small billboards that appear on buildings around the city. They are able to be placed on buildings when editing them within the Asset Editor but I do not see an obvious way of editing the textures for the billboards themselves. Are there any known ways of editing textures of assets like this? Thank you for your help and time. -

Billboards ~ by ~ Included in this download are three simple, albeit quite deteriorated billboard signs. They are perfect for any post-industrial environment by the likes of Gary, Indiana or Detroit, Michigan. Whatever your needs, these will fit perfectly in any little crevasse inside your little Detropia, given their size of a single tile. Huomisaukio 3 is a fictional W2W building with lots of billboards. The name means "Tomorrow Plaza 3" in English so if you checked Huomisaukio 5 you'll get the idea that this is for Times Square-esque buildings. K-18 RATED BECAUSE OF FOUL LANGUAGE ON THE LARGEST BILLBOARD. Sorry about that folks, but I was told that its really a logo for an American sporting team because I didn't knew the meaning of the word. You've been warned. And if someone provides me a better night pic I would be very pleased. That one is quite crappy from an old CJ. Huomisaukio 5 if a fictional BAT based on Ill_Tonkso's classic BAT which was based on Piccadilly Circus. I made this when I was just a beginner in 2006 and I was so amazed by Tonks' version of this that I wanted to make a replica of it with different textures of course. So here it is! Like Tonks' version (better one if I may say) this is good for w2w blocks. This is a set of stylishly-designed billboards inspired by the style of 'boards found in and around New York's Times Square. There are 50 (updated from the original 19) billboards, and I decided instead of taking a bunch of requests from people for things I don't really want to see in a game, I'd include the gmax file and a complete tutorial for how to retexture and create your own billboard, and make it part of the prop families used on this lot, all without even opening the lot editor (you do need the Reader, though). In addition, each existing prop is in its own DAT file, so you can delete ones you don't like (in case you aren't a DOA fan, for example).
