The first on the list is a low wealth, while the second is medium, and the third is high. No matter what your salary is and what you can afford (or nearly afford) for rent, then there's something here for you! All three are 3x3 footprints, with the first two growing at stage 7, and the last growing at stage 6. Stats and modding are in keeping with past uploads, and all are tricked out with nightlighting as usual.
