Love this old New York architecture.

Hey, I'm a fourth-generation native New Yorker, so when someone creates a well-known building two miles from where I grew up, I'm all for it! 

My only concern is that it does not come with denizens of the "Deuce" from the 1970s and 1980s. Most of those "ladies" were men, believe it or not...ex-cons and drug addicts who were desperate.
