A bit dilapidated W2W house from center of Warsaw. Before war building has 6 floors, damaged during Second World War, after war two damaged floors was pulled down. Now big billboard was build in place of lacking floors . In game as R$ & CS$ and plop CS$. Lot size 3x4. Euro style. This version has 25 billboards. They are prop family so they will appear randomly in the moment of ploping or growing in your city. Most of those billboards show Polish brands or international brands but with Polish slogans, but some of them are in English and one in Russian. Few of this billboards was requests and don't presenting real brands, events etc. No dependencies- 10 Comments

Located in the abandoned city of Pripiat, Ukraine, these 16 story apartment buildings remain the tallest structures in the area. There were several built in the city including a few with special May Day decorations. Here is a full size view of the two models and the two Lots. (.png warning) This upload includes: 2 models, one with the crest, and one without. 1 5x4 landmark, this is the only version with the crest. 2 5x4 growables, one R$ and one R$$ 2 4x2 growables, one R$ and one R$$ Installation: Unzip the folder in the download and place directly into the Plugins folder. NOTE* I have changed the file it now includes the model, lot, and the DESC file. So it should work now. I aslo apologize for the first verison. This is my very first upload to the STEX so I hope it works out and you guys like it. This is a $ Residential Apartment stage 5 It will grew in you cities and fits in nicely with the maxis buildings, but also has its own look to it. Due to some bugs this file has been updated. They are all merged into one single building family (ID 0xEFFEC001) so they grow randomly in your cities. These are low income row homes, inspired by a picture in my building thread. My origonal intention was to have them fit into the Chicago style set, but I was told they also look "very British!".. so they are also in Euro. There are 6 variations on the model and fences (on the 2 tile deep set), and the lots have progressively more Sims on the wider lots. Stats below are from the 3 wide. Stephen Drive: The ultimate in R$ realism This BAT is a tribute to the little details that set apart mediocre work from Maxis calibre. When it comes to texturing and modelling, no detail was spared. All textures are custom made and there is no visible tiling. Each balcony of the complex is a treasure trove of detail, decked out with air conditioning units, laundry hung out to dry, tables and chairs, barbeques, the list goes on... In order to ensure that this realism transcends daytime and carries into the night, the traditional Maxis niteliting was done away with; instead I have endured the pains of using interior lighting, meaning that some windows glow brightly with a yellow tinge while others reflect the dim blue iridescence of a TV screen. This also allows the interior geometry to show through. The style of this BAT reflects the 60s-70s style of construction in Toronto. There are two colour schemes of the model included; a red brick and a yellow brick version. Many thanks to T Wrecks for Modding the statistics of this BAT to a sensible level. In my humble opinion, this BAT fulfills the task of merging seamlessly with the existing SC4 palette, while adding new opportunities to the game.
