    My region from about 10-15 years ago. 3.3M residents Includes Maxis highways, NAM puzzle pieces, the first FLEX pieces, etc. It's like a showcase of the evolution of NAM

    Really cool, thanks for the upload Is it possible for you to make a version where you scale down the elevation 50% for less dramatic topography? Some of the iconic locations are unbuildable due to elevation constraints. But thank you for bringing Los Santos into the game

    Here's one more take on an American classic - garden apartments, inspired by urban Northern NJ! No dependencies, represented as a 3x4 growable R$ lot. This time, clad in brick with huge Greek Revival columns that really dignify the place. They grow without water if you zone medium density residential, to provide missing middle housing and visual continuity for urban areas, while stepping density in a realistic way.     No dependencies A follow-up from my Postwar Garden Apartments, these are FA2 oriented versions representing the many garden apartment complexes in the suburban northeast, and across the country. They use a custom base model which is similar, but different to the Maxis barracks prop included in the other set. 8 simple landmark lots included, nothing fancy. Left and right rotations. The name is "FA2 Oakdene Gardens" in bldgplop, this is an old file, I hope you like it anyway Use these below to create big complexes, but you don't need them as a dependency.
