    Short Description: There are some plaza plugins out there on the STEX, even a few modular ones, but with this set, I'm aiming at creating a fully comprehensive modular system of plazas which have a variety of different functions, are easy to combine, and allow adjustment of textures. This plugin contains a good number of modular lots that will allow you to create your custom plaza, sidewalk, or seawall. Fountains, ponds, benches, seawalls, market stalls, trees – nearly everything is available, I’ll leave it to your experimenting pleasure to find out. Most of them are purely decorational (while having park and landmark effect), only the market stalls will yield a bit money. All lots have been designed in a way that they are rather simple, thereby being able to be combined with each other easily. All lots can be found in the park menu, just below the default Maxis parks. By default, all lots will use the standard Maxis white pavement texture, however, I’ve included some texture override files that will allow you to customize this plugin in a way that all lots will change their textures. Mainly included are textures fitting with the PedMall puzzle pieces from the NAM, but since I’ve seen many users using plugins that override the PedMall textures, I’ve also included a few extra overrides. Note: There has been a last-minute change to this plugin that isn't reflected in the screenshots above: I had to remove all the people lurking around on the lots because their immense amount looked horrible, and I couldn't find a way to randomize their appearance. Please make sure to read the included readme carefully, since you can't just install this plugin and play - due to the texture overrides, you need to customize it first. Unfortunately, this time you get a good load of dependencies, fortunately, however, most of them are candidates I'm using frequently, anyway, or just dependency packages that do nothing except adding props/textures and won't flood you with a lot of lots that will fill your menu quickly. Keep only one of them, or just remove them all if you want to play with the base Maxis white pavement texture (see installation instructions below). Installation: Please move or copy all existing files (except the Readme files) into the Plugins folder of your edition of SimCity 4. After doing so, please choose one texture override. These texture overrides are located one each in all files starting with z_. To apply one, remove all other texture override. To play with the default Maxis White Pavement, remove all texture overrides. You may want to look into the folder “Screenshots Texture Overrides“ to find out how they will look in-game. You can at any time switch to another texture system by replacing the existing texture override file with another one, in-game, the textures will adapt automatically. To uninstall this plugin, please bulldoze all MPS lots in your cities and then remove all MPS files from your Plugins folder. Compatibility: This plugin is only compatible with SimCity 4: Rush Hour or SimCity 4 Deluxe.

Today it stands there, solitary and well maintained by the current city staff, while traffic from a bustling metropolis moves by it. Sometimes people that identify with the ancients, conduct ceremonies there. Generations go by and the stones just sit there, unchanged, immutable and immortal. This Roundabout will replace the one that comes with the NAM avenue, just bulldoze the fountain in the middle and plop this and you are done. It will provide a small residential CAP relief.     This is my relot of the LBT's Zamora General Hospital. I liked the building, it was a good size and works well in almost any city type. It was originally only made for my personal use, and such is a little dependency heavy, with some from non-English sites, including the model itself. The lot is more intended for a Tropical/Sub-tropical environment with the many palm trees and other tropical plants. To get the model it is located at Capital Simcity , you will only need the Zamora General Hospital model file, made by the LBT.     This lot shows up so much in low density commercial services and its so bright and plain, it needed to be re-worked into a hidden bistro, contributing some flora to industrial areas and relief from pollution and noise. A nice place to snuggle into for lunch. 1. Hidden Bistro, the initial growable replacement re-lot. The New Variety Pack of growables: 1. Drive-thru with Gas Bar, 2. 24Hr. Patio Service, 3. Car-Hop Service, 4. Take-out and Delivery Ploppable (Tourist Trap) Re-lot: 1. Deppiesse's Diner Roundabout 2x2 My initial solution to the repetitiveness and brightness of Maxis's CS$$ 1x1 Deppiesse's Diner lot was to smother it with large trees and refer to it as a 'hidden bistro'. The original Diner would still appear anyway, so I realized that SC4 would accept multiple replacements of the same lot and put the lots in a random pattern. I've made 4 more replacement lots with different props to make the repetetive pattern and brightness more scattered, keeping the building as a visual object. I still find the bistro useful for making a tree-lined boulevard that also provides jobs and commercial service, but it is unusual looking otherwise in a commercial area. The bistro is included in the new version zipfile. The variety pack lots are growables, so cannot be plopped from the menu, but they will show up fast in isolated 1x1 low-density commercial zones. Also included in this download is a ploppable 2x2 version of Deppiesse's Diner that can be accessed from the Rewards menu. I used the Tourist Trap reward to re-lot the diner and give it some glamour and multifunctionality, combining the commercial lot with the positive effect on business that may be used in a NAM avenue roundabout. All queries and stats are as the original Maxis Deppiesse's Diner. The 2x2 ploppable reward lot is slightly improved to have minimal pollution and moderate landmark effect as the Tourist Trap is low wealth. The zipfile contains 3 folders, select any or all to place in the user plugins folder. No dependencies, Maxis night-lighting. Deppiesse's Diner Commercial Service Medium Wealth 1x1, CS §§ Chicago tile set To use 'Lotplop' Download and follow the instructions on the page above. Otherwise zone 1x1 low density commercial and it will appear often.

    Description This plugin provides you with a tree controller, that allows you to plant large forests consisting of trees mostly created by girafe. On lower altitudes, leafy trees are being planted, and the higher you go, eventually mixed forests, conifer forests, shrubby plains and meadows with flowers will appear instead. Aside from the conifer trees, all plants will be seasonal. As already announced, I've been aiming at creating a tree controller that basically does what its name says: it plants trees and only trees, keeps filesize expansion moderate, allows for seamless transitions between god-mode planted flora and MMP's and uses high-quality HD flora. NEW with version 1.02: This tree controller comes in two versions, one with evergreen trees, one with seasonally changing trees. Please make sure to carefully read the installation instructions (see Readme) before just trying it, regarding which files that come with this plugin you need actually if you want to install the CETC properly. Important note: Generally, tree controllers are not intercompatible and an attempt to install multiple tree controllers may cause unexpected behaviour of the game. In the worst case, you may never be able to load any city in a particular region again until you have corrected all mistakes. Unless you know exactly what you do, stick to these two rules when dealing with tree controllers: Never install more than 1 tree controller at a time! When switching to another tree controller, always remove any and all trees planted with your previous tree controller before uninstalling your old tree controller!     KOSC Presents: Ill Tonkso's 110 Cannon Street Introduction This is the 12th set of lots in my ITS Office Park series. 110 Cannon Street is a nice little mid-sized office tower by Ill Tonkso re-purposed for a more suburban setting. Package Overview The original building was greatly expanded upon to encompass several different lot configurations. Growables included have larger footprints and large parking structures like those found in many larger suburban office complexes. The ploppable lot is a highlight massive 10x10 office complex, boasting twin towers with matching entrances. A grand avenue entrance leads directly to the massive rear parking lot which includes a parking garage as well as an asymmetric parking lot design. Included in the following package are a total of 5 lots: 4 CO$$ growables and one CO$$$ ploppable. Growable lots contain only a single building while the centerpiece complex boasts two. Additionally, the ploppable complex is transit enabled. If you desire to plop the growables, use the buildingPlop cheat and look for exemplars starting at "KOSC ITS 110 Cannon" (requires ExtraCheats.dll) General Stats The included growable lots will provide 1098 CO$$ jobs.     This is the third entry into my V2 series of BATs, where I improve upon old creations for re-release. This includes a visual makeover, more accurate modding, and DarkNite versions. It's recommended to demolish all old Trier Tower lots in your cities before using this. The new lots have more accurate modding. However, this .SC4Model file shares the same internal ID numbers with the old Trier Tower .SC4Model file. If you replace the old .SC4Model file with this new one, the new BAT will automatically replace the old BAT on all existing Trier Tower lots. 2x3 growable and ploppable CO§§§ lots. MaxisNite and DarkNite versions included. DarkNite requires the Day and Nite Modd. Installation Instructions: Download either the DarkNite (DN) or MaxisNite (MN) version. If you're unsure, choose the MN version. Either demolish all old Trier Tower lots in your cities and remove the old files from your plugins folder (this way all instances of Trier Tower will be the new lot with the improved modding), and unzip the .zip and move its contents to Documents/SimCity4/Plugins. or Delete the old Trier Tower .SC4Model file and replace it with the new one (the old lots will remain, but will use the updated BAT).

    This is my entry for the Content Creation Competition. A 1x1 ploppable triangle lot for diagonal corner filling. I got my inspiration from Prepo's Triangle Parks, but I wanted to do something different. Something more industrial and grimy. This is a functional landmark with 14 I-M jobs. The pollution is low so this can used in the city centres. I have made a custom foundation, so it can be used with slopes. This does not float on the air like Prepoäs lots. Also both Dark Night and Maxis Night versions are included. However it does not have nightlights. These seem not to be working with overhanging props and I don't know any workaround for that. DEPENDENCIES: None. (However if you use my Clerkenwell Library FAR version, you can delete file InvisibleLibrary-0x5ad0e817_0xc40b002e_0x30000.SC4Model This is a duplicate and the same file is used in both FAR Clerkenwell Library and Vic Shoppe Lots)

The Energy Data Packaging Plant represents my contribution to the plausible power plants collection. This plant packs more energy data into subatomic particles. Nuclear structure remains intact and the laws of thermodynamics are not broken, you just get more "bang" for your boson, thus, the Energy Data Packaging Plant generates 4X the power of the hydrogen fusion core using the wind turbine as its examplar. H2O is produced equal to the volume of a large water pump. Well-educated technicians and maximum funding are recommended as a 2 picosecond delay before the acceleration of light must be maintained to prevent a supernova reaction. All props and lighting are Maxis dependent. The lot was redone in a Southern California theme with giant fan palms lining each parking block. More variations will eventually be available once this building has been fully integrated into my Retail Mania (ReM) series. This massive shopping center takes advantage of the extra space with copious parking space, including several accessibility sections.     Hi all. I present you SM2 Central Train Station. A while ago I made a promise to someone. The remake of a famous SC4 station originally designed with standard Maxis rails. I promised that I would re-do this wonderfull station with RRW in mind and now it is a reality. With a few additions of course It now boasts a bus terminal, a taxi drop off lane, rail administration offices, an office tower, a hotel, a railyard and even a train garage for minor repairs. I designed this lot with a triple track format but only the middle track allows trains to cross the lot therefore you must make crossovers between the connecting tracks. The outer ones will connect visually. The 2 front entrances are TE'd for road across both connections and the service street will connect visually. It also acts as a bus stop and provides 740 low wealth jobs, 380 medium wealth jobs or 80 high wealth jobs. To keep things real, I decided to not allow freight trains to cross the lot. You must create a secondary rail line for freight outside the station. This is due to the fact that on the 2 outer tracks in the stations there are some train props and having automata go through them would not look realistic. In line with all my lots, textures are custom made and included in this download. There are tons of timed props exemplars to make the lot more lively, also included. I made 22 new HD props for this lot which is available for download in a separate prop pack that can also be used to create new lots. Station capacity = 62,500 Have fun. Questions?     KOSC presents: Maxis Mansion Facelift Introduction This is a simple re-lot of the small Maxis mansions using a 4x6 lot size restriction. Package Overview The revamped Maxis small mansion boasts an exceedingly large amount of front driveway, including a fountain roundabout to show your neighbor that indeed, your place is cooler than theirs! The backyard contains ample patio and lawn space, a private tennis court as well as a pond with a gazebo. Thick clumps of trees also provide plenty of shade space during those hot summer months. Included in the following package is a single growable 4x6. This lot uses the Maxis "16x20" mansions as the building family so you may grow any one of the different color/tileset variations.     Anyone for Tennis? Utilising a brand new set of custom HD Tennis props from my AoT (Any One forTennis) pack, I bring you my first tennis-inspired lot, a small tennis club. Now your sims can enjoy a few relaxing sets of tennis, with proper facilities. This is a park lot which is 8x8 in size and generates a positive park effect along with raising the demand for R$$$ sims in your city. Using Paeng's park textures and Murimk's props, it keeps the character and feel of the Parks 205 set, although use of them is not a requirement. If you are using the appropriate override from my TGN (Terrain Grass NAM) mods, the grass shown on the lot will match your TGN style.     Today i am uploading a Pedestrianised street. The lot is transit enabled . It is 1x6 tiles in size, and you can put two of them together to create a 1x12 long pedestrianised street. The trees are all seasonal and should fit into a variety of different building styles. You can find the lot in the parks menu nearer the top. It functions as a maxis grass area with all the same stats. I tried to use as few dependencies as possible, but there are a few.
