Completed in 1974, 125 South Wacker stands 30 floors / 415 feet / 126.5 meters tall. 13 years ago, I uploaded Generic Office Pack #1, which was initially supposed to contain five buildings. I only wound up including two of them, although @gutterclub did kindly finish off a third recently. I never really expected there to be a part two, but here we are. This pack contains 15 models; an orthogonal, diagonal, and FAR version of 5 different buildings. All versions have different IIDs, so they can be used at the same time. The orthogonal versions are available in both growable and ploppable varieties, all sit on either 5x6 or 6x6 lots, and provide between 174 and 466 CO$$ jobs. The diagonal and FAR versions are available in overhanging ploppable 1x1 lots, which provide the same number of jobs. I have also included prop exemplars for all models for your convenience. Both Darknite and Maxisnite versions are provided for all models. Only one may be used at a time. The Darknite version requires SimFox's Day and Nite Modd. Dependencies (for the orthogonal lots only): SuperSHK MEGA Parking Textures SHK Parking Pack BSC Common Dependencies Pack (specifically CP Vol01 and CP Vol02) The diagonal and FAR versions have no dependencies. 30 North LaSalle is an office building located at the corner of LaSalle and Washington streets in downtown Chicago, Illinois. It was designed by Thomas E. Stanley (1917–2001) in the New Formalist style. It stands on the site of the old Chicago Stock Exchange building, which was demolished in 1972 after a failed historic preservation intiative. Completed in 1975, 30 North LaSalle stands 44 floors / 553 feet / 169 meters tall. The Chicago City Council designated it a landmark in May 2026. This is the Toranomon Hills Station Tower in Tokyo, Japan. It is a part of the Toranomon Hills complex developed by the Mori Corporation. Toranomon Hills is an integrated luxury, high-end mixed-use office, retail, hotel development located in the Toranomon District, Minato, Tokyo. The Toranomon Hills Station Tower is the newest building in the complex (as of 2025). The building is comprised of high-end office space/retail/restaurants, a luxury hotel, a high-end fitness center and spa, event space, food hall, a rooftop pool, and the Toranomon Hills Station located in the basement level and served by the Tokyo Metro's Hibiya Line (station # H-06). This was a request I had made that was fulfilled by the "mystery" modeler, who wishes to remain anonymous, but gave his permission to upload it here. Special thanks to him for turning this request into reality. I'm happy that we are able to share it with you all at this time. The lot was created by me. It is 13x5 ploppable CO$$$ with 2000 jobs. Located near (but not actually on) Bren Road, this generic late 70s office building can be found just off of highway 62 west of Minneapolis. A friend of mine used to work in its twin, which was torn down a few years ago, and I suspect this one will follow suit in the coming years. I drive past it frequently, so I figured it would be proper to immortalize this irreplaceable architectural marvel before it gets the wrecking ball. This building sits on a 6x6 lot and comes in growable and ploppable CO$$ varieties, both of which provide 758 jobs. Both Darknite and Maxisnite versions are provided. Only one may be used at a time. Built in 1973 (clearly) and located in the Chicago suburbs, this building's color is one of the few things that sets it apart from thousands of its peers. Seriously, spend any time in the suburbs of any major American city and you will encounter approximately a billion of these. But very few of them will be gold! Somehow, this is not the first shiny golden 1970s office tower I've made. I have an affinity for buildings with colorful glass curtain walls, okay? Sue me. This building sits on a 5x6 lot and comes in growable and ploppable CO$$ varieties, both of which provide 1003 jobs. Both Darknite and Maxisnite versions are provided. Only one may be used at a time. Based on a garden variety early-2000s office building in northeast Minneapolis. If it weren't for the weird circular mechanical housing, you could drive past it a million times and never notice it. This building sits on a 7x6 lot and comes in growable and ploppable varieties, both of which provide 1250 CO$$ jobs. Additionally, the building's wingnut shape also lent itself to making a fractional angle version. It's not a perfect fit (20 degree angle vs. 18.4 degrees for FAR), but it's pretty darn close. Both versions have different IIDs, so you can use both of them at the same time. Both Darknite and Maxisnite versions are provided (for both the ortho and the FAR version), of which only one should be used at a time. The Darknite version requires Simfox's Day and Nite Modd. This is a collection of several projects that I wanted to share in case I never complete them as full sets. Lidingö Villas revisited You may remember these from a few years ago. All models are redone with more accurate measurements and coordinated textures. They are also a study of self illumination as a way to cope with gmax shadows. Includes a new one too, the early modern Kyttingevägen. They are growable on 1x2, 2x3, 2x4, 3x2 lots as seen above, all have an occupancy of 6, they grow well if you have a Maxis blocker and few competing BATs with higher stats. All grow only with Chicago tileset checked, except for Kyttingevägen(bottom left in pic), which only appears when New York tileset is checked Lidingö Villas angular The same villas rotated, mostly diagonal, some FAR3. All eye candy lots, including hedges and tree patches, found in the health and police menu (This was modded before custom menus were a thing) Maxi's Despret Consulting redo and modularization It doesn't have the shiny curve segment that you are familiar with from the base game, only the most basic pieces. The model and textures are loosely based on Axel Springer Passage in Berlin, but if you look carefully, you will notice that the glass texture is the same as the back of the Maxis building, only a different colour. Pieces come as ploppable Landmarks with jobs around 60 CO€€€ for 1x1 and around 120 CO€€€ for 1x2. Includes ground floor with skylights and rooftop atrium pieces, found in the health menu. 3-5 floor versions of revisited Vasastan buildings You have seen these before also. 3 of my Vasastan buildings have been made more accurate in measurements and textures, also more suitable for smaller cities and towns, includes : Döbelnsgatan 5 floor version 3x2 right corner R€€€ Drottninggatan 4 and 5 floor versions 1x2 right and left corner R€ and CS€ Dalagatan 3-5 floor versions 1x1 and 1x2 R€ and CS€ Chicago tileset only Lidingö Kyrkvägen Another familiar building redone to be more accurate. Comes as growable on 1x2 and 2x1 R€ medium density lots under New York tileset. The tree, parking and other lots you see used in the above pictures can be found in the health menu. Having wanted to try my hand at buildings on a larger footprint, this little gem was percolating on my computer for ages. Presenting the grand and opulent, distinguished Arden Professional Building - a 3x3 stage 7 CO$$ office building, based off an amalgamation of a couple of different old school buildings in my swipe file...the kind with grand multilevel foyers, exquisite marble and terra cotta finishes, gated elevators, and corridors with hundreds of rooms. Perfect for that venerable investment firm, as well as that up-and-coming startup! Fictional skyscraper offices for a fictional bank by Krio. Liittopankki is one of the biggest banks of Kriocity with few and some customers here and there. It contains FOUR lots: Stage 10 CAM 3x3 Commercial Office with 2608 Co$$$ jobs (3727 when dilapidated) - Colossus Addon Mod requred if you keep this file (see dependencies below) Stage 8 3x3 Commercial Office with 1779 Co$$$ jobs (2542 when dilapidated) Plop 3x3 with 1088 Co$$$ Jobs (aka Krio's Original Version) Plop Diagonal 2x2 (overhanging) with 1555 Co$$ Jobs For further STATs, please check the readme. Installation COPY/Extract the Team Grater and CAM* parent folders from the *.zip into your Plugins folder. If you extracted the ~Documents folder into your plugins, too, it's highly recommended to keep it, but move it out of the Plugins folder. *Bear in mind, that with the Project ZIP efforts the CAM (Colossus Addon Mod) related LOTs are having a dedicated folder for now on. Plots 10-12 of my office buildings that I made from 2022-23. I just never got around to releasing the rest of the buildings. These are one floor versions (others I have released are two floors). 27 office buildings, with 9 in each "office plot," for suburban areas. Inspired by the endless amounts of office buildings that often have no deviation on one another in N. America. These are all stage 2 3x2 commercial offices with 8 or so different brands on each one. Can be used with LotPlop for office parks or can be built individually/grown. Often these buildings are used for branch offices outside of main headquarters for various reasons. The readme is a list of the companies on these buildings. This is @Ct1999's unreleased Pearl River Tower modelled after the real-life building located in Guangzhou, China. Ct1999 was gracious enough to allow me to mod, lot and release this awesome model to the STEX. The file also contains @Ct1999's Shenzhen Metro Station, which I used as part of the Pearl River Tower's lot. There are two lots included in the zip file. The only difference between the two is the base textures. You can choose one, or use both. The LOTs are 8x8 ploppable CO$$$ with 4100 jobs. The cost is 32011 and the bulldoze cost is 50. No monthly maintenance cost. Many thanks to Ct1999 for sharing this amazing model and for allowing me to upload it to the STEX for the community to share.
