Not sure if people want to use these, but I'm always on the lookout for smaller wall-to-wall buildings and only really started playing SC4 again after LEX was shuttered. Therefore until such time as the LEX restoration work brings back SG's content in its official form, I created fairly basic W2W lots for 62 (I think) of his buildings, mostly commercial although with two residential buildings as well. These are lotted without setbacks and therefore should visually match most North American-style W2W buildings (although possibly not Smalltown USA or spa's Halifax series). All the model files are in the BSC Common Dependencies Pack labelled "SG Models [type].dat". The only other dependency should be the SHK Parking Pack. (I will be back sooner or later with additional BATs, have just been dealing with a lot of mental health problems) -

This is a set of 54 renewed growable lots using Oneil Buildings. There is a CAM and Maxis Stages version of the lots (nonCAM). Use only one set of lots! As with my previous packs I´ve spread out the buildings functions to cover different growable types, not everything will be a commercial office or luxury residence in this pack. CAM version of the lots are spread out between stages 9 and 14. There are quite a few lots larger than 4x4 so check the screenshots for available building types and the lot sizes. Some lots don´t need high density zoning but since most of them are skyscrapers expect to zone densely. All of the lots come with seasonal flora and some also have tropical variations, since a few building models come with tropical flora. Pretend they are plastic decorations for the seasonal lots. This set is fully CAMpatible and will grow at stages 10 through 13 (mostly in Euro Building Style), a nonCAM version is also included. Hi, I installed Sm2 Fuel Terminal. I wanted to relot it a bit. However, the original lot I cannot find in the menu, so I added it to DAMN menu, and I can plop it fine ingame and it works. So something strange here. Thats question 1, what happens here? Then, the relot goes fine. I am able to save it, under a different name, but it doesnt show up in game nor in DAMN possible to add. It is nicely been read by the loteditor again, PIMX and the Reader. Any insights or what I need to do or check? Relotting newbie Johan

@Manuel-ito I really love this mod because it improves the Maxis parks and civic/utility buildings and makes them blend with the custom content, but there seems to be an issue with missing textures despite having downloaded all dependencies. And as far as I know, the missing textures are the default Maxis textures, and it's driving me crazy! I don't know what I did wrong....

MAS71 JRP Suburban Canal Relot with Neko Seasonal Cherry Tree

Just a simple re-lots replacing the trees with the Neko Seasonal Cherry Trees. Initially intended for personal use only in my gameplay, but I guess I can share so people that interested can have it too. Dependencies 1. MAS71 JRP-Suburban Canal (scroll down and you'll see "Mas71 JRP-Suburban Canal.zip" with the download button) 2. NekoPropSet01-2 (scroll down on that page and you'll see the file with the download button) 3. NekoPropSet03 4. BSC Common Dependencies Pack - You only need the BSC Texture Vol 1, BSC MEGA Props - SG Vol01, and BSC MEGA Props - CP Vol01, so you don't need to download the whole pack if you have them already. But, I think it's better to just have them all. Installation 1. Make sure you have all the dependencies 2. Download both files and extract the zip, now you will have "Mas71 JRP-Suburban Canal" and "Lot Set - Neko Punch Cherry Tree" folders. 3. Inside the MAS71 JRP-Suburban Canal > JRP Suburban Canal folder, few things you need to do: a. Inside the "02_Fence Colors" folder, choose only 1 color option file and remove the rest. Refer to the picture provided inside the folder for reference. b. Keep the "03_OPTION" folder if you want the canal to have the guardrails. Refer to the picture provided inside the folder for reference. c. You can remove the other Lot Set folders "Lot Set - MAXIS tree", "Lot Set - PORKISSIMO tree", and "Lot Set - SIMFOX tree" if you don't need them. But if you want to use them too, you'll need some more dependencies. Check the readme inside the MAS71 JRP-Suburban Canal for more details. d. Move the downloaded "Lot Set - Neko Punch Cherry Tree" folder into the JRP Suburban Canal folder. 4. Move the whole JRP Suburban Canal folder into your Plugins folder, and you are done! Note: 1. As pointed out by Tyberius06 in the comment below, these are actually re-lots of the "Mas71 JRP-Suburban Canal Addon 1" that you can find on the same page as the MAS71 JRP-Suburban Canal above. So, unfortunately, you can't use these re-lots with that addon. 2. The bridge's actually functional, so Sims can use it to cross the canal. Note: You can keep the original Drinking Fountain lot and have both of them in your game, or remove it if you don't want to. Usage You can find the park on the Civic Tools > Park menu Credits - @Bombardiere for the original lot & props - Neko Punch for the cherry trees & props - @Tyberius06 for the update with a new ID so the lot can co-exist with the original lot. Showcase It's much prettier if you have sidewalk mod too, and I recommend using the Paeng Sandstone Mod. My first upload to the STEX, this is intended to be an addon to RRetail's excellent relots of Heblem's old collection of Gas Stations. Unfortunately, Heblem took said gas station lots down from distribution years ago, and though both RRetail and Paeng made relots for said gas stations using his props (which still are available, thankfully), they never actually included all of them in their respective sets. Thus, I have decided to do so myself, with RRetail's kind permission, of course. I claim no credit for the lots themselves, I have only taken some of the lots and swapped out some props (I also moved and/or deleted some props to prevent unnecessary clutter). Best of all, they do not replace the originals. They can be used alongside them with no problem whatsoever. All credit belongs to RRetail for the base lots, Paeng, for the generic gas station name and layout, and of course, Heblem, for the amazing Gas Station props he created. To install, simply drop the folder into the main RR Gas Station Relots - Version 2.0 folder within your plugins. This pack contains a set of custom lots using the Small Bungalows created by @6459978.. I've always been a big fan of these models, which are based on houses from my hometown of Toronto. The homes were originally modded as R$$ houses and grew on standard Maxis lots. This set reimagines the houses as R$ homes. The set contains a wide variety of lots, all of which include seasonal flora and custom textures. I have used standard definition props and textures in this set, which allows for minimal dependencies. If you prefer high definition props and don't mind downloading extra dependencies, I have also released a Seasonal HD set of these lots. The lots in this set come three sizes, each of which has multiple variants. Each set also includes slope-friendly lots. This pack contains a set of custom lots using EffTheGrid's Cape Cod R$ Houses, as well as custom textures for the lots. These lots are intended as a seasonal alternative to FTG's original lots, which use evergreen Maxis flora. I have used high definition props and base textures in this set. This requires a higher number of dependencies. If you prefer fewer dependencies and you're not fussy about HD vs. SD props, I recommend downloading the Seasonal SD version of these lots, which has only three dependencies. You can download the Seasonal SD set here. The lots in this set come four sizes, each of which comes in multiple variants. In total, there are 24 variants. 1x3 R$ Lots - Stage 1 (8 variants) 1x2 R$ Lots - Stage 2 (8 variants) 2x1 R$ Lots - Stage 2 (4 variants) 1x1 R$ Lots - Stage 3 (4 variants) The lots are separated by lot size into distinct DAT files. Short Description: These are two small diagonal railway stations that I’ve found while looking through the Italian Collection by simcity4ever88. Since there are only few diagonal railway stations available, I took the liberty of improving it regarding lotting and modding and uploading it. This plugin contains 2 railway stations of different lot sizes, the building itself, however, is the same, and both lots have similar in-game values. For further information, please refer to the Readme in the download. Submenu compatibility: Users using the Submenus DLL mod will find these stations in the Passenger Rail submenu provided by memo. Available languages: English, German Dependencies: The Italian Collection: This plugin contains all building graphics. Link: https://community.simtropolis.com/files/file/28443-the-italian-collection/ How to properly install the Italian Collection: Make sure to think twice before just tossing all files coming with the Italian Collection into your Plugins folder. You may obtain hundreds of lots in your game menu that you cannot (or don’t want to) make use of them; and some of them are growables that you can’t control. Please take yourself time to read these instructions. Step 1: Download the Italian Collection and unpack all files; you may want to check if you have installed the full v2.2, and if not, download the update. Step 2: Look into all subfolders of the Italian Collection and decide for yourself if you want to keep the buildings/lots you are getting – I’m literally talking about more than 1,000 lots!
