    After many years as a user on this site I deliver my first model to the STEX. 2 North LaSalle is an office building located at the corner of LaSalle and Madison streets in downtown Chicago, Illinois. It was designed by the architecture firm Perkins & Will. It stands on the site formerly occupied by the historic LaSalle Hotel, which closed in 1976. 2 North LaSalle was completed in 1979 and with its 26 stories stands 316 feet / 96 meters tall. Contents: A 4x3 growable CO§§ lot (Stage 8) for the Houston 1990 tile set A 4x3 ploppable CO§§ lot( §21,892 to plop) A 4x3 ploppable CO§§§ lot (§21,892 to plop) each providing 2,833 jobs. Dependencies: BSC-VIP Girafe Urbanpack vol. 1 SHK Parking Pack For the Darknite version: SimFox Day ’n’ Nite mod This model was created entirely using the open-source modelling software Blender and the BAT4Blender add-on developed by Memo.   2. 1. ELOARIA - Region view and City of Riu d'Oms

    Eloaria, a mostly growable region, inspired originally in the Mediterranean, but mixing different styles. Eloaria is the name of my region, and also my first and only MD I started some years ago at SC4Devotion. Meaning this City Journal is a continuation from my old MD. The region is the same, I simply enlarge it a few weaks ago (still working on it) because I have plans to develop a few islands and much more. Last months I restarted playing SC4 deeply, and I'm enjoying it most than ever. IMO last DLL mods (specially Submenus, Copy buildings function, Growify function, etc) makes SC4 lighter and smoother to play. It's a relatively new experience so thank you and @memo and @Null 45 for your great contribution. And of course all with NAM49 improvements. So I want to thank you all NAM members still active ( @Tarkus , @rsc204 , @Lucario Boricua, @Shadow Assassin, @rivit , etc) and other active BATers, LOTers, MODers, CJers (such as @Barroco Hispano, @hugues aroux , @jestarr , @smf_16 , @Tyberius06, @Ulisse Wolf, @Haljackey and much more ) who continues to make this game growing. It's also nice to see old time players their style I always admired ( @Ke|is @art128, @mitsos ) still on the road. And of course thanks to @CorinaMarie and @Cyclone Boom Administrators Team for maintaining this site. Even though I miss @BadSim and his incredibly imagination with Antigone, and @Girafe creations (although I know he is still active). And much more members.   7. This one, Quigley Insurance and the Gold Tower... but this one in particular. It's a cool fictional skyscraper bet.... I liked it so much and it brought back so many memories, I even dedicated a drawing to it. Clearly Kong is a reference to the ape... So I decided to rename it The Packard Building. Packard in honor of automobiles, imagining that this brand in a parallel universe would be able to compete with Chrysler... partly because of that and partly because as an audience of the Hey Arnold series, I wanted to design new buildings and locations for Hillwood City, the fictional city of the character. Grandpa Phil's car gave me the Packard idea... and the fact that the Kong Tower may also be a nod to the Chrysler Building led me to this conclusion. I did the same with Quigley Insurance and the Gold Tower as shown in the third image. Quigley Insurance I renamed it the Lockheed Tower. What would have happened if Howard Hughes had done very well? Well, it would probably have its own rockefeller center-style complex of buildings. (or at least that's how I imagined it). And the Gold Tower I called Florence Plaza. A glamorous commercial tower with allegories of Venetian nobility. All to make a homage the design of this SC3000 cool skyscrapers. End of the press release, have a nice weekend.

    Fictional skyscraper offices for a fictional bank by Krio. Liittopankki is one of the biggest banks of Kriocity with few and some customers here and there. Installation COPY/Extract the Team Grater and CAM* parent folders from the *.zip into your Plugins folder. If you extracted the ~Documents folder into your plugins, too, it's highly recommended to keep it, but move it out of the Plugins folder. *Bear in mind, that with the Project ZIP efforts the CAM (Colossus Addon Mod) related LOTs are having a dedicated folder for now on.   15. Hello everyone, The thing that bothers me the most about SimCity 4 is that I have to spend an eternity manually adding seedlings to my cities. Not only does it take a long time for each square because of having to put down one at a time, the plopping tool doesn't even do it easily. It leaves holes and it takes a lot of time to go over in random patterns and such. Plus, it likes to place seedlings in adjacent tiles. What I am wondering is if anyone has made a mod that makes it possible to simply plop a fully-populated square of seedlings using Maxis trees. They would grow and act totally vanilla, as if they had been manually plopped. Even better would be a way to do this over existing buildings and have the game place the trees where they are permitted. For instance, the cemetery, water treatment plant, and some other buildings can have trees planted on them. Having to do this manually is a huge waste of time. Thank you.

I also threw in a common house found in my beautiful hometown of Los Angeles, California. - Many of these models are found under the Parks menu - Retaining Walls are found in the Power menu - Images do not display every item in the pack Enjoy!
  17. Hello Guys, I have a really peculiar problem going on in my cities. Occasionally, I can hear a plopping sound out of nowhere and the next thing I know, there is a construction site on one of my 3x3 lots. An empty construction site with a small scaffolding appears and after some time, an empty, textured lot is built. Strangely, the lot takes a name after one of the landmarks I currently have in my plugins folder. In this case it's "PCCA Office Space" but I have also seen other names there like "Vanadium Tower". To make it even weirder, the lot also inherits the properties of the landmark named in the description window... All in all, the result looks like this: Sometimes the buildings appearing in the names listed are not even of a 3x3 in size!! I attach the pictures so you might, perhaps, be able to discover some clues from the ground textures that appear during such "event". In any case, I hope you can help me diagnose this problem.

    This Pawia Trade Center lot was made by @Kacperrr and was originally uploaded to http://www.simcitypolska.pl/, which is sadly no longer existing and this upload hasn't been available according to my best knowladge since then. Please note with the permission of the Simtropolis Staff Members (Cyclone Boom and CorinaMarie), this file has been uploaded on behalf of Kacper. It was not available anymore due to the unfortunate demise of the SC4 Polska site. The model and the lots originally were created by Kacper, but during the restoration attemp they have received an update with the X-Tool (SC4 PIM-X) by the STEX Custodian/Tyberius06. The upload contains the building model, a growable stage 7 Cs$$$ and a plopable Co$$$ LOT (both of them updated by X-Tool). Before installing, please, check the attached cleanitol_PGB KCP Pawia Trade Center.txt file and if you happen to have the listed files anywhere in your plugins, please remove them. Installation: Unzip the whole bundle, or COPY the "PGB" parent folder from the *.zip into your plugin folder. You don't need to keep the "_Documents" folder in your Plugins, best if you remove it somewhere safe outside of your plugins.   21. How to determine BAT useability?

    Hello Community, I was wondering if there is any good way to determine whether a custom-made "growable" downloaded from the page will work properly in-game? My main concern are the technical considerations - if the building has actually been designed correctly and responsibly, allowing it to actually grow if conditions are right. Of course, the obvious answer is "test it yourself". However, in some cases, this may mean a rather long wait if the city one is building is too small (or, too large for that matter). So in other words, is there a tool which can run through BAT files and return a "verdict" of whether a file is gameworthy or not?
  22. I have the JIM12x12_Joerg Automobile download. I read that this lot uses the RCI Blank Lot Set and will cause Empty Growables. It is doing this in my cities. Is there a fix to make it stop growing empty growables? Is there a setting in the lot file to correct this?

Reddonquixote has created tons of classic buildings, but some of them were never released as CAMeLots. He's released CAMelots in the past, but this pack was made to fill in the gaps by adding CAMelots for some of his older buildings and to add growable versions for some buildings that were ploppable only. Now you can finally have the complete collection. If you're looking for his other CAMeLots that aren't included in this file, I've created a list linking to all of the buildings he's released as CAMeLots. This pack was created with the Colossus Addon Mod in mind as part of the CAM Revival Project. The goal with this project is to provide players that use CAM high-quality CAM-patible versions of popular BATs from more recent creators. As such, this download will only work if you have the Colossus Addon Mod installed. If you're looking for non-CAM versions of these buildings, you can download the original files. Diego creates some of the best buildings I've ever seen, but he releases them as ploppable only.
