    Good news, what you're suggesting already exists, you must have overlooked it, because it's right here on this page under requirements, and also says in the documentation that comes with the download.

    Maybe you overlooked it but it's optional. If you want certain props to show up then yes you need them, if you don't care then don't install the dependencies.

    I've been using Swimming and cooking park 1 it's a smaller pool park that I find fits nicely into more dense neighbourhoods.

    That's strange. I just re-downloaded this just out of curiousity due to your comment and I wasn't redirected to a crapware site, and the zip file I got is identical to the one I downloaded a long time ago.

    For me, the installer automatically installed it to the wrong user folder in C:\users/owner/.../plugins/ , so you can just cut and paste the folder into the your simcity plugins folder. Or you can try reinstalling but check that the path is to your plugins folder.

    I can't comment on the issue of Mac compatibility, but I do generally dislike how many of the plugins use .exe files, especially since most are simply extracting and placing a small set of files into the plugins folder. The exception, where I like the .exe files, are when there are many options offered such as in the Network Addon Mod, generally speaking , using that .exe makes sense, but even then it could also be offered in a non-excutable file.

    Really excellent work.  It would probably take you a very very long time to create an exact replica of that building, considering the amount of ornate details it has. :)

    Winnipeg is not actually in the Subarctic region of Canada, although in winter it can feel that way. Some jokingly call it Winterpeg.

    There is one available on SC4 Devotion: https://www.sc4devotion.com/csxlex/lex_filedesc.php?lotGET=1 That download is locked by the creator at this time. I have the version from 2007 which has disappeared for from SC4devotion and simtropolis for reasons unknown.

    The download is a  zip file with the Install_Maxis_extracheats.exe file inside, so not sure why you can't open it. Maybe try a program like peazip (it's free). Or maybe your file is corrupted, and you should re-download it.

    You just unzip the file, select the canada flag file "PEG_OFMN_Flag_CAN.dat" and place it in your plugins folder. All the other files you can delete (unless you plan to use one of them instead of the Canadian flag). Only one flag file can be used at a time.

This is not Porkissimo's fault. I found this very frustrating, jut I'm just thankful for this website and all the excellent work people share on here. If I haven't mentioned it before, Porkissimo's work is superb.
