  1. Two simple civics relots

    Version 1.0.0

First: Thanks to tyberius06 for sorting all the dependencies out and creating the nice and comfortable html-readmes. I wouldn't have uploaded these without his support. The House of Philosophy It's a relot of Kleinen Plalais by debussyman - it's an educational lot with the function of a small university. If you plop this in your city don't wonder if your football players start to name themselves 'Socrates' or 'Schopenhauer'. 4x3 University - plop cost $800 Student Capacity: 444 Maintenance Cost: 777 Dependencies: Kleinen Palais - main building BSC MEGA Props - SG Vol 01 BSC MEGA Props - Misc Vol01 BSC MEGA Props Misc Vol02 BSC MEGA Props D66 Vol01 BSC MEGA Props D66 Vol02 BSC MEGA Props CP Vol01 Porkie Props Vol1 - European Street Accessories VIP RuralPack Fantozzi Audio Essentials v1.3 (if downloaded before: please get latest version (8/22/17) and delete older ones) BSC Textures Vol 01 BSC TexturePack Cycledogg V 01b Gouvernal Palace Is a relot of Legislative Council of Hong Kong by Amthaak. 3. Eddy Hall Minnesota

    Version 1.0.0

Eddy Hall, Minnesota, by Mattb325. --------------------------------------- Inspired by a picture posted by a member of Simtropolis, the real Eddy Hall was constructed in 1886 as the Mechanic Arts Building for the University of Minnesota. The actual building is a simplified Queen Anne style executed in red-brick and red sandstone trim. The square tower which is slightly offset from the centre of the building dominates the frontage; it, together with the multi-gabled roof, large windows, patterned brick panels and wrough iron cresting make this a charming, eye catching building. This version is not a 100% accurate copy, but it is true to the language of the architectural style of the original building and this is simply one that I made for myself, but have decided to share with the community. The lot comes in two flavours: a growable Commercial Services (3x2 and 3x3...there is always an insatiable need for CS§§§ in game) and a ploppable College on a 4x4 lot, which is found in the Education Menu. --------------------------------------- STATS CS§§§: Lot size : 3x2 & 3x3 Growth Stage: 4 & 5 (Medium and High Density Zoning) Bulldoze Cost: §610 Capacity Satisfied: CS§ 975, CS§§ 246, CS§§§100 Pollution: 6 (Air)/ 4 (Water)/ 8 (Garbage ) Pollution Radius: 6/7/0 Power Consumed: 28 Mwh Water Consumed: 249 Gal/Month Building Style: Chicago/NY/Houston/Euro Occupant Group: Commercial Services Building STATS COLLEGE: Lot size : 4x4 Growth Stage: Ploppable; Plop Cost §1,650 Bulldoze Cost: §140 Catalogue Capacity: 4,000 Pollution: 3 (Air)/ 2 (Water)/ 1 (Garbage ) Pollution Radius: 6/7/0 Coverage Radius: 5,600 EQ Boost: 24 Power Consumed: 6 Mwh Water Consumed: 23 Gal/Month Occupant Group: Civic; Strikable Education; College Cost: §650 --------------------------------------- NOTE ABOUT DARK NITE vs MAXIS NITE: This download contains TWO model files; one for dark nite users (and other night-time darkening mods, such as Gizmos night-mod) and one for the standard Maxis nite. Regardless of which file you choose to keep, make sure you DO NOT delete the Lot File! If you use the dark nite version, you will need a dark nite mod. 4. Rapson Library

    Version 1.0.0

Rapson Library is an early 60s academic building based heavily on the University of Minnesota's Rapson Hall, located on the east bank of the Twin Cities campus. It is named for modernist architect Ralph Rapson, who was the head of the university's architecture department from 1954 to 1984. Though Rapson was responsible for a sizeable number of modernist works, perhaps he is best known for his Riverside Plaza apartment complex, which received mainstream attention when it was featured in the Mary Tyler Moore Show. To be clear, the real-world Rapson Hall was not designed by Ralph Rapson, but rather by Thorshov and Cerny, another Minneapolis-based firm. As the title suggests, I have modded this building as a library. One dependency is required - Volume 1 of the Cycledogg BSC texture pack. As always, I have included two options for the night scene: one that fits with the game's default night mode, and one that makes use of Simfox's delightful darknite mod. Please don't hesitate to contact me with any questions you have or bugs you find. You can also check out my current projects here.
  5. Social Sciences Building

    Version 1.1.0

Another Minnesota building! It's almost as if I have a preference for that sort of thing. This particular building is located by the Mississippi River's western bank, right at the heart of the western portion of the University of Minnesota's Twin Cities campus. Dating to 1963, it was among the first buildings to be completed as part of the university's expansion across the river. Over 50 years later, it remains the tallest university building on the western side of the river and is home to, unsurprisingly, a number of social science departmental offices. I've modded it as a ploppable college building as well as a growable CO$$ building. As usual, both darknite and maxisnite versions are included. The darknite scene requires this lovely mod from Simfox. Otherwise, this baby is dependency free. Note that two versions of this model are included - one with modeled ground and one with an editable lot. I kept the editable version simple so you can play around with it freely - I'm curious to see what you all come up with! Please don't hesitate to contact me with any questions you have or bugs you find. You can also check out my current projects here.
  6. Anderson Hall

    Version 1.0

I'll open by saying that I have a personal hatred for this building. I made this model as a way of coping with the fact that, despite my absolute best efforts, I have been unable to avoid this building. I'll sign up for a class in another lecture hall, and then check my schedule the day before classes begin only to see that the lecture has been moved to this soulless behemoth. The dim fluorescent lighting, crumbling concrete interior, leaky ceilings, propensity to act as a staging ground for muggings, and overpowering musty smell all contribute to an ambiance that is unique to late 60s university buildings built for pennies on the dollar. To make matters worse, none of the four "pods" visible on the building are connected by any sort of hallway except for one in the basement, meaning that one must often exit the building entirely in order to travel between sections. During Minnesota winters, this isn't the most desirable setup. A quick visit to the building's Foursquare page gives some excellent insights into the building's many selling points: "Most depressing building on campus." "What monster designed this building? Surely someone with a strong hatred of people." "Remember to pay attention to what door you are going in because each door only let's [sic] you access certain classrooms!" "If you enjoy flesh eating and antibiotic resistant diseases, I urge you to use the restrooms in this hall." Anyway, despite being blacklisted by the university a few years back, it seems Anderson Hall is here to stay. It contains several full-sized lecture halls, making it a valuable commodity that is very difficult to effectively replace. Perhaps I overreacted - I suppose it does a good job of fulfilling its intended role, and I'd probably better just get used to it. At least the lecture halls have plenty of leg room. When you get away from the building for a while (as is fortunately an option for me this semester), you can actually begin to appreciate the building's place in history. In the early 60s, the University of Minnesota was looking to expand its campus. The west bank of the Mississippi River (directly across the Washington Avenue Bridge from main campus) was deemed a desirable site for this expansion, though a large swath of the existing neighborhood needed to be demolished to make room. Anderson Hall (1967) is just one of the many buildings constructed on west bank, the majority of which were designed by renowned firm Setter Leach & Lindstrom. Due to the building's rather generic appearance, I have modded it as both a college building and a library. Both sit on a 2x6 lot. As always, both Maxisnite and Darknite versions are available - download and install only one at a time, or you'll wish you had never been born. The Darknite version requires Simfox's mod available here. I sincerely hope this BAT brings you far more joy than its real life counterpart has brought me over the past few years. As always, please leave feedback below! Thank you all for your support, and click here to see my current projects!
  7. Greene University

I've never been quite happy with the College Park neighborhood, and I wanted to build a modular university, so I created Greene University and the College Hill neighborhood. Established in 1762, Greene University is one of the 8 members of the Ivy League. It has 9,432 undergraduates and 11,269 graduate students, and it's Alexandria's third-largest employer. Among its alumni are actor Matthew Holloway and former New England governor Lydia Restrepo. Here are some pictures of the construction:

  9. New SimCity 2013 player here. I am building a tech city and I am confused as to where to place a university. I read in one place that a community college needed to be placed near the industrial zone but a university did not. But then I saw this video guide that says a university has to be near the industrial zone; and the guy plopped it right down in the middle of a dirty industrial zone!!! NASTY! I don't want to do that. I have this vision of this beautiful university /tech town, with room to grow for the university (add-ons) and dormitories and commercial zones and residential near by. And I was going to place some dorms near the industrial zone as I saw recommended somewhere. Please tell me I can still do that, but only honestly My progress is halted because I'm not sure where to place it or if I need to do some redesigning. Thanks for the help in advance.

  15. Rebuilding a City From Scratch

Well, prop pox struck Kendall again, and there was nothing I could do to reverse its effects. Rather than limit myself to taking pictures of unaffected parts of the city, though, I decided I had to start over. Rebuilding a city as developed as Kendall - with over 500,000 residents and most of the map developed - was a daunting task, to say the least. I was committed to recreating the city as accurately as I could, so I needed a guide to the old version of the city. Thankfully, SC4 Savegame Explorer has a feature that displays a map of all the lots, buildings, or props in a quad (depending on which subfile you open), so mapping out all of Kendall's lots and transport networks was fairly easy. The hard part was labeling almost all of them, so I knew what to plop where. I also needed to make an accurate subway map, so I referred to the in-game traffic volume data view quite a bit. My final map ended up looking like this: By following this map, I was able to rebuild Kendall exactly as it was. But rather than slavishly recreate every detail, I took this opportunity to make a few improvements to the city. One of those improvements was rebuilding all of the R-3/50 freeway as a RHW (it used to be an overridden Maxis highway). Here are a couple pictures of how that effort turned out: This is the freeway's interchange with Pacifica and Nicholasia Avenues. Based on fan comments, I decided to rebuild this interchange in a trench to minimize the freeway's elevation changes. The new version also keeps the longer offramps grade-separated all the way to their ends, which should improve traffic flow. Further down the R-3/50, I built these overpasses. I ended up having to learn about the RULs the NAM is built on in order to fix a bug that affected the avenue overpass, which led to me becoming a full NAM Team member. I also made a couple new lots to replace temporary layouts. Here's the new Arts Plaza, at the intersection of Puget and Nicholasia Avenues. For the most part, though, I just wanted to get as much of Kendall to look as it once did as I could. I'm pretty satisfied with the results; the new Kendall is as vibrant and busy as the old one was. My efforts even match up across quad borders, as this mosaic shows. I made some improvements to the campus of Royal University, Kendall, as well. The flagship campus of Lower Columbia's federal university system, RUK was founded by King Edward as the Royal College in 1733. This legacy as a former college lives on in the names of College Street (which ends at the campus administration building) and the College Park neighborhood. This is an overview of the whole campus and its surrounding area, facing west. The oldest part of campus is in the middle, with the residential annex at bottom, and several of the university's newer buildings near the top, along with some of the fraternity houses of College Park. The football stadium's parking lot is also partly visible at left. Farther down the mosaic, College Street crosses the channel into the Federal Circle business district. The western half of campus is home to Mikaelslot, one of the university's largest pre-20th-century buildings. Originally built by King Michael I as an alternative to Kendall Palace, Mikaelslot and its grounds were gifted to Royal University by Michael's successor, Brandon I. Although the former palace was quickly used for classes and office space, the palace grounds were neglected until the 1950s, when the university needed to add new facilities. Most of Royal University's science and engineering classes now take place in the buildings that were built on the grounds. The east end of campus is where most of the dormitories are located. This is another area that wasn't originally part of Royal U's campus; it was purchased from the city around 1960, when the student population outgrew the old dorms. Finally, although Lower Columbia is an overwhelmingly Christian nation, it also has a growing population of Muslim immigrants. They recently built the Malkut al-Hijra Mosque on the edge of the Kendall Heights, east of Parliament House. Its construction was controversial, due to its size and prominent position overlooking the city center. It's here to stay, though.

  17. 78 - In Progress (Part 3 - Ogma & Jebe)

Our final stops in this series are two tiles, Ogma and Jebe. Ogma is the location of Ionica's most prestigious University. Ogma, in Irish-Celtic mythology is the God of eloquence and learning. I originally modeled it on Oxford and Yale but it's kind of already gone in it's own direction. I also wanted to integrate a 'Hogwartian' element but I'm saving that concept for another tile (Ionica's School of Witchcraft and Wizardry). This is mostly just a first phase sketch, trying to see where buildings fit and where roads will go. It will need a lot of Lot editing as well. The image below is of the front gate of the university, kind of an indication of it's exclusivity. Only drivers with University issued permits are allowed to access its roads. This is the 'quad' based around JBsimio's Clayhurst University pieces. The streams require a lot more mmp work and I want to have a system where they connect back to the river that splits this tile. To the left of the quad is the 'old University' area and it's prominent features are the outdoors lecture halls. Luckily Andreas released a long awaited expansion to this set on SC4 Devotion and I plan on using some of those buildings to fill out this area. To the right is another part of the 'old University' which has a monastery that has been turned in to a lecture hall as well as a green house. This is supposed to be the botany department. Above the quad is a park that leads to Ogma church. On the left are more modern buildings, I'm not sure what kind of classes are held there, I'll assign them a purpose as I go along. This is the 'business school' area. It needs a lot of mmp work around the edges of the pond as well as quite a bit of LE work to make things fit a bit better. The crescent shaped building is the 'Sciences' building and next to it is the University Stadium. Both are going to need significant LE work. Here is a full view of the University. JBSimio recently released an expansion to the Clayhurst University and I hope to add some of those buildings soon. The next phase will be adding the student residences which I hope to incorporate into a large multi-level park with waterfalls and ponds that connect to a river. Now we arrive at the train station in Jebe, an industrial port area named after a famous General who served Genghis Khan. Here we see some vertical farms next to the port. This tile will probably feature quite a few of these structures but I need to plan how they'll be laid out. Here is a closer view of the port with Huston's Spaceport Terminal acting as a kind of port control tower. This tile still needs a lot of work and I need to pick up a few more techniques on creating industrial areas from people like Ln X before I continue. I wanted to have a more extensive ATEX tube system but they never really worked the way I wanted them too, so I limited it to a straight line. One thing I regret is that my train station is too close to the edge of the tile, makes it hard to take pics of, but oh well... Comments, suggestions, and questions are always appreciated. Thanks for visiting. Belfastsocrates: Absolutely delicious! Really loving the work on display here. I've limited myself to a set map on a set geographical area. I've added some masterplanning and grand layouts but I've tried to make it look as if it's evolved and changed through the years, just like a typical European/British city. I do very miss spending hours on such showcase cities. I might return to it at some point though Thanks. Hope you take another crack at something on this scale one of these days, know it would turn out to be epic. gviper: I can tell you are picking your structures very carefully! Love it! Yeah, it's a bit of a time consuming process, but it's worth it. Thanks. Ln X: Definitely progressing! I'm curious as to what those brown, arched retaining walls are? Additionally how about trying a different set- These are stone retaining walls, not quite vertical but they do have arches to make them look classy. You could perhaps add them in to break up the same retaining wall set which you always use in marina areas. Brown arched retaining walls? I think what you're looking at elevated rails. Hopefully it integrates better once the city fills out a bit. Thanks. raynev1: Looking good , some symmetry and some awesome parks . Ionica . And that marina does look fantastic . Glad you enjoy it, thanks. Ng_pillow: looks cool and good. may you finish it in time and on schedule Gonna push myself to do so. Thanks. kschmidt: Worldfair worthy collection of landmarks and parks, business wahala for the world of Ionica; out with the old in with the new, some bat a bit out of place, still a lot to do make this place emporious, well done ! I'm still working on integrating those old buildings. I'm hoping that once there are more it will make it seem like a cohesive area. takemethere: That is shaping up to be one grand city, can't wait to see the end result. You have quite a talent for building aesthetically pleasing city blocks and large parks. Well I've been inspired by so many people on Simtropolis. In a way it's just playing catch-up and while I think I've improved a lot it feels like I'm still so far behind. Thanks. Schulmanator: Nifty! This is a bit of a different look for you... and I like it. Nice work Yeah, I was really inspired by Fox's Asgard as well as some of Belfastsocrates stuff. I mean I'm always inspired by them, but this is the first time I really tried to emulate them. Thanks. lucasfg3: This looks incredible! I'd love to drive in this city and many others! Ionica's doors are always welcome to visitors. Thanks. kelistmac: That's crazy !! Your planning is really cool with the mix of all those plugins and different styles Can't compliment the people who've come before me enough. Without such a community of talented players such a city wouldn't exist. Thanks. tankmank: I like the master plan that you have done so far, in terms of parking you can use multistorey puzzle parking pieces. Multistory parking puzzle pieces are indeed something I'm looking in to. I've seen Ln X do some really fantastic stuff with that so I might try to imitate him. However, I really like the idea that Ionica isn't just what you see on the surface, there are a lot of underground spaces, so I might go with that. Benedict: Beautiful as always. And congratulations, Ioinca was number one on BTT for the week ending Oct 22. You know how much I like to be #1! Thanks.
  18. Kendall Mosaics Aplenty

After an extended hiatus, I'm proud to bring you a selection of photos from Kendall, Nyhaven's nearest major city and the capital of the Federal Kingdom of Lower Columbia. Today, I have four massive mosaics to show you, spanning most of the built-up area of Kendall. Each of them crosses at least one city border and shows areas I've never shown before, so get ready to see more of Kendall than you ever have! This first mosaic, facing east, runs from Parliament House and the Royal Library at the top, past Kendall Palace and the embassies, to the inner suburbs west of the Government Quarter. Fitzsimmons Square the the two residential squares I featured earlier are also visible. Facing south now, we start near Federal Circle, the de facto central business district of Kendall, and follow the transverse arm of the Royal Promenade from the Royal Cathedral to the Palace of Justice. After passing by Justice Park, we come to Port Brunsmjöd, the regional container port, and the marina at the Brunsmjöd village. This north-facing mosaic starts up by the northern embassy district and shows parts of all three embassy neighborhoods, as well as most of the Kendall Palace grounds. Across Gnat Creek, we come to the campus of Royal University, Kendall - the flagship campus of its system. At the bottom is the university's Dukes Stadium and the neighboring University Village. Our last mosaic for today faces west, and it's the longest one I've ever made - so long, in fact, that Photoshop had to shrink it to export it. Starting in some of Kendall's interwar suburbs on the south bank of Gnat Creek, we pass through the western half of Royal University's campus. After visiting the southern embassy district again, we reach the Royal Cathedral before moving on to South Station. Parliament House is just off-screen as we climb the hill that many residents call Flattop, which is home to the capital's largest affordable housing projects. At bottom is the R-50 freeway and its complex interchange with Pacifica and Willamette Avenues.
  19. Cheat: Education (Single Player Only)

    Version 1.05

The education cheat is comprehensive and requires just the base game. You may experience issues if you have also installed other mods that affect any aspect of education, including the individual buildings of the university, grade school/high school classrooms, and buses. All of the cheats reduce resource requirements while greatly increasing desired output. Usable only in single player mode. ** It's recommended that you tear down existing education facilities if you use this mod. The package file modifies the following instances, and for that reason, may prove incompatible with other mods that do the same: Modified instances: (see screenshot for SimCityPak). Classrooms (grade school) Classrooms (high school) College Sign Community College Dormitory Extension Wing (Community College) Grade School Grade School Sign Gymnasium High School High School Sign Public Library School Bus School Bus Lot (grade school) School Bus Lot (high school) School Bus Stop Schools of Business, Education, Engineering, Law, Medicine, Science University University Sign What this mod does: Number of workers required to start operating set to 1. No plop or maintenance cost Power and water requirements greatly reduced. Garbage requirements zeroed out. Increases capacity of the library to 1,000. Increases capacity for buses to 300 students per bus. Increases capacity of the school bus stop to 300 students. Increases number of buses per bus lot to 20 buses per lot. Increases capacity for classrooms to a maximum of 9500 for grade school and 10,000 for high school. Increases capacity for the gymnasium to 50,000. Increases capacity for the university to 8,000 students and 5,000 students per each university school (education, medicine, science, etc.). Increases capacity for the university dorms to 5,000 per dorm building. Increases capacity for the community college to 5,000 and its extension wing to 5,000. Sets university research requirement costs to 1 simolean per researched item. Research for all university projects now only require 1 student each, making research time nearly non-existent. Not affected: Job counts Museums Flagpoles University pedestrian roads Note: High school has a base number of students at 8,000 and each classroom an additional 2,500, but maxes out at 10k. To use: Place all files in SimCity\SimCityUserData\Packages. If you already have the script files, you don't need to put them in there again, just the included package file. If you start a new region, what I find I must do is start the region, save it, quit the game, and then re-start for any mods to work the first time, even other people's mods that I've downloaded here. If you use this file, delete and replop any existing education facilities. Same holds true if you remove the file.

  22. Entry 21 - Graduation Day (5E130)

It's graduation day as Glenvale celebrates its 20.000th student (now 8% of the city's whole population), but the university of Glenvale is already at capacity. As part of its economy redevelopment, Glenvale is gambling on higher education to attract capital. The Aperture Center is one such high-tech academy. Yet St Alessia Glenvale University is outdated. It was built in 5E98, back when Glenvale was more than struggling, to replace an even older building. But now, most of the university needs to move. It is decided that underdeveloped land in Meadowfair will host a far bigger campus for more than 10 thousand students to use. The new university is to be dubbed Glenvale/South Kingscote New University. It takes little over a year to rehabilitate an older building, known as Meadowfair Hall, and destroy houses to build the university around it. New University sits in the middle of Avalon Avenue, served by the busiest bus line in the network, in a neighbourhood known for its nightclub and youth. The multi-million project also involved extensive redevelopment of the entire Meadowfair area. Akaviri Hall holds the administrative areas of the university, as well as the Law and Liberal Arts departments. It is also home to the cafeterias and restaurants of the university. The Dunmeri Institute of Science has ambition to become a leader in biotechnology. Its innovative design sinks the building into the ground - nine floors of this building are actually underground, where the complex sprawls. Students walk along Avalon Avenue just two months after the Grand Opening. Other buildings include the Central Library (on the right) and the Scientific Institute of Chemistry and Biology. Further in the background, one can find Bede Hall on the campus - one of the many accomodation sites for students all over the country. The streets around the university campus are full of cheap shops, takeaways and book stores. The Departments of Business and Sociology did not move from the Old University, but each have half of it to expand. The Old University was renamed St Alessia Institute of Business and Economics, and St Alessia University Department of Sociology. The Kingscote Institute of Magitech sits across the street, as a cooperative venture between the Mages Guild and the University of Glenvale. The Kingscote Anime League is planning to use the university campus for a one-week long festival dubbed LAcon, and a couple of music festivals are also planned here. There are also a few fields for playing various sports, though there is yet to be a University team to participate in sports leagues. A new train station was built especially to serve the University. Regional trains call here on their way to the state capital, Albany. It sits at the edge of the built-up area, though. No crammed buildings or crowded skyline - and a massive parking lot in front of the station to boot. A 4-car train bound for Beacon Falls is calling at Glenvale University. The university complex is just as readily accessible by car, however. Most of Meadowfair remains a medium-density district, however, and the building of the University has led to several refurbishment projects for some of the area's oldest buildings. Carny Hall is one of many small accomodation units sprinkled across town. Those units welcome students year-round and have been built with easy transportation in mind - a ride on line 8, for instance, only takes 10 minutes from here to the university and 20 to downtown. Though not every train stops at the station, it only takes 45 minutes from here to Albany, which may be interesting to many students. All in all, one year after inauguration, the positive effects of the University have spread all across Meadowfair and Glenvale as a whole! They even have a new paper, released by the university itself : the Glenvale Express. It remains to be seen whether smaller houses will be able to hold the tide against increasing high-density development though... Yet for Glenvale as a whole, the massive new University complex is a much-needed breather as manufacturing industries have hit an all-time low. It also might become the state's most populous city that way! Here's the SKRC System Map. Glenvale University station has been marked on it. For the SKRC network, this also meant the Albany-bound half of New Hall station could be shut down as transfers were now to be done at the much bigger University station. New subway map, with a few corrections from the earlier update. Updated city transit map with the new logo. Lines 1a and 1b have new loops to beat traffic jams, more stops have been added to some lines, and line 17 was stretched out to Miller's Ferry. Line 10 also goes slightly further into the Forest Hill neighbourhood. And that's it for today, hope you enjoyed! Next week we're taking a stroll across some parts of the city. Until then, thanks for reading =)

SPAM - Univaasity University of Veterinary and Agricultural Science By Craig-Abcvs Yes, folks we are slowly working our way up the educational ladder... this time may we present the SPAM Univaasity, specialising in veterinary, agricultural and turfgrass science. The Univaasity been fully spammed with new features... most notabily... flowers.. red flowers in fact! Yes, yes I know it will come as a shock to some to include such an overt display of prettiness, but for such a prestigious educational facility Screw Pile Developments has spared no expense, (no expense at all actually)... in the landscaping budget for this lot. Flowers and a very classy rock wall do indeed adorn the frontage. The Univaasity mascot, Barker who met a tragic end chasing his own tail is now forever immortalised in bronze and adorns pride of place in the front garden. Also, back by popular demand are our two heroic A.I. bulls, Angus and Fergus, seconded from the SPAM - R.A.V.E clinic, still diligently doing their duty... however there was a slight misrepresentation in their position of appointment... they were under the impression that the univaasity was a seminary... Ahem. Other included livestock for our young vets to practice their skills on are our resident flock of sheep, Dolly, Molly, Holly, Polly, Woolly and of course last but not least Bob the ram. Making their debut from the Jestarr Livestock prop pack, are Doris the Sow and Boris the Boar forming the resident porcine population who have a very fine working arrangement processing leftovers from the student canteen. At night when all the students and professors have gone home, the two night watchmen, Harry and Larry will keep vigil near the front entrance. Contents: This lot will replace the Maxis University, (while installed) and shares the same properties, costs and reward values as the original.
