Located in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada. 300 Main is Winnipeg's tallest building and as of November 2018, the building is no taller than 4 stories. The 44-story building is solely residential except for the lobby where a "Hole Foods" is an active grocery tenant. Rich millennial folk live here (that's a juxtaposition statement). I (Kellydale2003) present to you The Paris Building! HISTORY The Paris Building located in the heart of the subarctic city of Winnipeg, Canada was first built in 1915. The building was originally 5 floors, but in 1917 a 6-floor vertical extension was added. The Paris Building is under the Historical Buildings Conservation list in Winnipeg and has become a heritage landmark. The building was purposefully created to have a dilapidated feel in SimCity 4 and is entirely based off the Paris Building (it is not an exact replica). The building is also purposefully aged, the bricks are falling out, the large windows bent, the building even has burnt out outdoor lights! This model was almost purposely deleted in 2012 due to an influx of not-so-positive comments... better here than in no-where land! This building was created by a Canadian, and if you feel the flag is overbearing to your non-Canadian cities, please imagine the structure as a Canadian Embassy or something! haha THIS IS MY FIRST OLD SCHOOL BUILDING. I (Kellydale2003) present to you University of Winnipeg's Science Complex! HISTORY Located in downtown Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada, University of Winnipeg's Science & Environmental Complex is a state of the art Faculty for Science. This re-creation features an extra added floor and generic urban art. The complex angle did not resonate with SimCity 4's orthographic views and did not align with any road angle, therefore modern urban art was added to the complex to beautify the additional space. *ALL PLOPPABLES ARE OVERHANG MODELS FIT FOR ROUNDABOUTS!* No dependencies! ^Place the building on a roundabout to have a fitting effect! Spy-Yatagan-Matt Productions is proud to present our third release on the STEX. It is part of the Winnipeg Re-creation Project (WRP), replicating buildings in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada. The Commodity Exchange Tower is the 3rd tallest skyscraper in the city and was completed in 1979 by Smith Carter. It is of International architectual style. This upload includes just a 6x4 Landmark (without jobs) due to its size. Has no external dependencies.
