  1. B62 Remastered - Little Caesar's Pizza

Pizza! Pizza! I used to frequent these back in the day... could not beat a slice and a drink for 3 dollars. A welcome relot and a job well done!
  2. B62 Remastered - Pizza Hut

Have been keeping an eye on your thread at Peg's. Excellent job! Just wish the model's roof wasn't so saturated, but nothing you can do to the original. Still, great work here, you are becoming a real pro at these commercial relots!
  3. Cataylst's SAM7 Bikepaths Mod

I peered over your thread at PEG's a while ago and saw your progress. If you ask me, this is a milestone mod for SAM streets. Thoroughly vetted on all accounts. Congrats on all the hard work that led to the release! It's pretty amazing.
  4. HD Wind Power

Hate to nit pick, but the blades on these models are just too short. I work in wind energy and typical turbine blades are over half the length of the entire shaft. I like the fact these are animated, the lights, and nacelle details. But the blade dimensions do significant injustice to the design, IMO.
  5. ETAA - Treatment Plant and Water Expansion.

This looks really nice, and very useful in game. Is there an English version? The dependency list is large but, except for a handful, I think most folks would already have the balance of them.
  6. New SorGun Recap

Great to see this update, Matt! I really love this CJ series and your fine work on all the details, textures, and lotting. Very cool. It's fun to click around on the links to get the comprehensive story line. Looking forward to the next chapter of New SorGun!
  7. John Wesley United Church

Agree with T Wrecks, and if I may weigh in, the brick texture could use some variation in red hue, as in the RL photo you uploaded. Also the roof could use slight weathering. In the photo of the church you can almost make out a dusty tinge to the roof. Windows could use more detail or reflective qualities. Overall, I love this BAT though. You did a great job with dimensions and other details and it's a wonderful addition!
  8. B62 Remastered - Target SuperCenter

I love this series that you are working on! Refreshed and revitalized, and truly excellent work on the Target store. And thanks for implementing jobs with low wealth commercial service stats--so much more realistic. Thanks for sharing and 5/5.
  9. Low Wealth Small Shops

Well done sir. Your refreshing creations are always welcome. Thank you!
  10. Historic Harbor Support Thread

The whole set is right in my wheelhouse of city creation and I find this very useful, highly thorough, and painstakingly detailed. Thanks all for a truly remarkable project! If this is a launching board for additions, I agree, a functional seaport with matching pieces would be a great direction to go in. IMO, a small-sized seaport would work well for the HH set's aesthetic, but a range of sizes would be nice too. Maybe on down the road after these busy folks have had a breather. If anyone is looking for a seaport to use right now, I'd suggest the BSC Rural Seaport found in the BSC Functional Seaports over at SC4Devotion. It's stripped down and vintage enough to look good beside the HH set, albeit slightly out of scale with it. Just know that I don't think it functions alongside PEG's seaport controller, if you have their seaports installed.
  11. Historic Harbor

This is beyond incredible. What you guys created is so useful to the game! Very excited to use this in my historic cities. Bravo!!
  12. MGB Rural GLR Mod

Wonderful work and very useful! Rural GLR stations with the sandstone texture would indeed be a great addition. The fact you include overlays for tram stations should make this possible! All of the current GLR station offerings are very modern/urban and we need some old-timey/rural transit stops, IMO.
  13. Steamships Pack

I have been waiting for something like this for a very long time. Finally some great looking ships for historic cities. Thank you!
  14. Broadway-Chambers LLC

What a beautiful building. Outstanding work.
  15. Neighbor Deal Mods

I'm glad to see an innovation to neighbor deals. I use the default ones and will make use of this, thank you!
  16. Industrial Revolution Mod - Base Pack (Maxis Lots)

This project is some serious business! I am totally floored by your ambition and dedication. Thank you so, so much! I second hkboondoggle's questions. I might run in a test city, since I use CAM and load lots of custom industrial BATs. And obviously, remove the pertinent BSC No Maxis mods, now that they are a lot nicer to look at. 5/5
  17. Iron Horse Hotel

Wow, gotta love that city. Lived in the third ward once upon a time. Your buildings are outstanding, keep up the amazing work. Thanks for sharing!
  18. Old Timber Warehouses

Magnificent. Just what I'm looking for. Thank you for yet more 19th century creations! These will come in handy.
  19. SimCoug Cemetery Props MMP

Very nice, just in time for Halloween! This is really a sweet idea, due to the many hillside cemetaries I've seen and the inability to create these from flat lots offered thus far. How is the rendering on a slope? Also, really like the idea of having a blank in the MMP cycle, very useful! Thanks!
  20. Coopers Hall

    Very stunning Hall, thank you!
  21. SimCoug Lots Vol01 of JMyers Homes Vol01

Like very much, will definitely find them useful. Thanks!
  22. Old Delaware County Courthouse

I am stunned by your work, Matt, but no words can describe this thing. I am so floored by the sheer beauty of this court house! Love historical architecture, this building completely typifies the character of cities I try to develop. WOW. It's like the wedding cake of all court houses. Thanks for this wonderful gift to the SC4 community!
  23. Stone Paths

Oh, this is great! Can't wait to play around with these. Thank you!
  24. SHK Villas

    Very cool. Thanks!
  25. Radio Station

This is a really good idea. Anything that boosts IM demand is alright by me, particularly this beautiful radio station, since IMO there aren't enough additional choices around. Well done, a faithful recreation and fantastic work, thank you for sharing it!
