I feel that it is the one square commercial units that are a disappointment in SimCity 3000, yet no-one seems to want to resolve this, so I am trying to create some mre interesting one square commercial premises, including this, an entirely fictional Revolution Pizza and Bistro with alfresco seating and Tie Rack, the now defunct chain of stores from the UK based loosely on one of their London stores. -

This is another plopable version of budweiserdude23's Little Caesars. The Lot is not changed. It has custom menus and Sound. There are custom Icons also. It will be in the Landmark Menu. INSTALLATION I would strongly encourage you to delete all budweiserdude23's Little Caesars Lots from your cities if you already have the Little Caesars lots from budweiserdude23's Pizza Party Pack 1. Description: The neighborhoods and commercial districts surrounding stadiums and ballparks take on a character all their own, whether it's an established nook of the city like Wrigleyville in Chicago, a university campus hosting professional teams as the University of Washington in Seattle did briefly at the turn of the 21st century or Pittsburgh's Oakland neighborhood did in the Forbes Field era, or even revitalized pockets that follow the construction of a stadium, such as Washington, D.C.'s Navy Yard area. There are four BATs included, with both growable and ploppable versions: - Llama's Bar & Grill: a fictional sports bar and a tribute to the default team names of SC2000 as well as the Simtropolis reactions menu. - Hometown Nation Official Team Merchandise Shop: a fictional merchandise store where there will be a reliable supply of overpriced jerseys and ballcaps. - Stadium Karaoke / Lawson Convenience Store: a fictional karaoke bar in the Japanese mold - multiple stories of individual booths - for those Llamas fans who want more nightlife after the game. There is a Lawson convenience store - not fictional, one of several chains of "konbini" in Japan - on the first floor - Ballpark Pizza: fictional place where Sims can satisfy their hunger without spending every simoleon they have on food inside the stadium. In 2012, the company had more than 6,000 Pizza Hut restaurants in the United States and had more than 5,139 store locations in 94 other countries and territories around the world. This BAT was originally created by Bobbo662 (aka B62). Unfortunately, due to real life circumstances, he was unable to finish the lot. Little Caesars is the third largest pizza chain in the United States and is headquartered in Detroit, Michigan. In its early days, the chain built stores where pizza was never served before, such as sports arenas, college dormitories, and military bases. Starting in 2004, the chain began offering "Hot-N-Ready" pizzas, where a customer could pick up a large pepperoni pizza for $5 without calling in or ordering ahead of time. The concept was successful enough to become a permanent fixture of the chain, and Little Caesars' business model has shifted to focus more on carryout. Founded in 1960, Domino's is the second-largest pizza chain in the United States (after Pizza Hut) and the largest worldwide, with more than 10,000 corporate and franchised stores in 70 countries. This beautiful BAT was originally created by Bobbo662 (aka B62). Unfortunately, due to real life circumstances, he was unable to finish the lot and so this was just sitting around on his hard drive. This was my very first attempt with the bat. Included in this file are a Dominos and Little Caesars Pizza. They are somewhat simplistic in their design, borrowing heavily from the tutorial. Dominos is well known worldwide as is Little Caesars. Both are based in Southeastern Lower Michigan, their roots tracing back to this area many moons ago. I find it somewhat irionic that I put these 2 together in the same file and used the same model for both as these 2 companies are viewed as rivals dating back to the Tom Monoghan days. Oh well... Included in this file are a 2x2 CS$2 growable and a 2x2 CS$ ploppable for each pizza joint for a grand total of 4 variations. Each ploppable has a custom icon in the landmarks menu and have been modded to include jobs. The growables and ploppable for both types share the same stats (made it easy on myself) and are as follows--- It employs 45 sims, has a pollution effect on air/water/garbage of 4/6/9 respectively, power consumed is 25, water consumed is 35, and costs $75 to bulldoze. In addition, the ploppables cost $10000 to plop. Have fun with these and feel free to showcase it whereever your heart desires.- 12 Comments
