Add a bit of decor to your coastline. This is an early version of PEG's Fisherman's Wharf that had been available on his Legacy release. It pre-dates the CDK and OWW2 versions. Roll up your sleeves and put on your bib! You can smell the shellfish boiling from here. This lot features 5 new BAT models: * A Coastline Foundation, * The Sea Walls * A Rowboat * The proud & historic U.S.S Pegasus * The illuminated Fisherman's Wharf sign. Together, they combine to create a replica of these popular sea-side attactions with the look and atmoshphere of a true & bustling seaside fish market and restaurant. This C$$ structure also provides jobs and genertates revenue from taxes. ** This lot is Transit Enabled. You may have to manually connect the parking lot entrances to your existing traffic network. The kit contains the following: 1. My military bases are plagued by some (possibly) terrain issue.

I am trying to build a sprawling joint military base to keep my sims safe, sound, and sleeping at night. All is well in Joint Base Kickass, except my SNM naval wharves. They're driving me insane. When I place anything but a 1x4 piece, it plops directly at the elevation the terrain was at. But any time I place a 1x4 piece (necessary for variety), it sinks to sea level. The end result is this. I tried individually raising the elevation of the 1x4 slot higher than the other pieces, but the wharf still drops to sea level. What is causing this problem and how can I fix it? Thanks guys. -

Old Timber Warehouses, by Mattb325. At the request of a fellow SC4 player, I present two old timber warehouses, similar to those that used to line wharves and waterfronts in the 18th, 19th and early 20th century. There are two variations in a building family (so they will apear at random). Both the blue and mustard coloured buildings share the same stats. They are presented as I-M $$ on a 3x3 and 4x4 lot. Use the CTRL key while zoning to assist growth. Re-uploaded: 12th March 2006 Compiled into a single .dat file. A small waterside wharf building that went on to form the basis of my Wharfside Revisited BAT/Lot. You will find this one in your Landmark menu, and it looks good both next to water and within light industrial areas. Using the same model as my original Wharfside lot, this 3x3 lot contains two of the buildings, some assorted dockside junk and a slipway. You'll find it in your seatports menu where it acts as a 3000 capacity port offering 95$ and 5$$ jobs. This is my first attempt at a building over water and I am not 100% happy with it. You would NOT believe the problems I had with foundations etc., but this works but can, I feel, be much improved upon. Anyone with any help to give about modelling over water with foundations that work and do not decide to realign themselves as they see fit, please, please, please PM me :-) Anyway, I hope you enjoy this one ... it almost caused me to tear out my hair!
