  1. Bren Road Office Park

    Version 1.0.0

    361 Downloads

Located near (but not actually on) Bren Road, this generic late 70s office building can be found just off of highway 62 west of Minneapolis. A friend of mine used to work in its twin, which was torn down a few years ago, and I suspect this one will follow suit in the coming years. I drive past it frequently, so I figured it would be proper to immortalize this irreplaceable architectural marvel before it gets the wrecking ball. This building sits on a 6x6 lot and comes in growable and ploppable CO$$ varieties, both of which provide 758 jobs. Both Darknite and Maxisnite versions are provided. Only one may be used at a time. The Darknite version requires SimFox's Day and Nite Modd. Dependencies: SuperSHK MEGA Parking Textures SHK Parking Pack BSC Common Dependencies Pack Enjoy!

This modern art museum features several galleries, a sculpture garden, event space, and of course, a gift shop! 6x6 museum lot. MaxisNite and DarkNite versions included. DarkNite requires the Day and Nite Modd. Installation Instructions: Download either the DarkNite (DN) or MaxisNite (MN) version. If you're unsure, choose the MN version. Unzip the .zip and move its contents to Documents/SimCity4/Plugins. SC4Lot files are descriptively titled. Remove the lot versions which you do not want. Do not remove any .SC4Model files.
  3. Hello everyone. I'm playing simcity4 with NAM installed. I was able to make 6x6 lot sized HDR zone until i removed an unaffiliated plugin. Now game just puts a street every 4 tiles making my hdr zones made of 4x4 lots. How can i change this to automatically divide every 6 tiles instead of 4, making 6x6 zones as i drag mouse? Here in the picture you can see before (right) and after (left) zones. They are both high wealth residential and they are both drawn with a single mouse drag. Plugin was demand ordinance btw, putting it back didn't solve the issue. Thanks in advance

LaVaughn Biotech is a large high tech industrial building which provides a lot of jobs. 6x6 growable and ploppable versions are included. The IH Missing $$$ Jobs Fix modd corrects a bug in the game's simulation which affects I-HT. x2 versions are included for use with the Industry Doubler. MaxisNite and DarkNite versions are included. DarkNite requires the Day and Nite Modd. Installation Instructions: Download either the DarkNite (DN) or MaxisNite (MN) version. If you're unsure, choose the MN version. Choose the x2 version if you use an industry doubler modd. Unzip the .zip and move its contents to Documents/SimCity 4/Plugins. SC4Lot files are descriptively titled. Version 1.0

    30,146 Downloads

Ouellette Electronics focuses on the design and manufacture of cutting edge electronics, with its dedicated staff developing some of the world's most advanced products. At Ouellette Electronics, even the janitorial staff have PhDs. This large, dense, and urban industrial building begins to provide an alternative to Maxises I-HT districts, which are sprawling, provide few jobs, and are visually unattractive. Ouellette Electronics provides nearly twice as many jobs as the largest Maxis I-HT lot. An I-HT (High Tech Industrial/I§§§) growable and ploppable are included. There is an extra set of lots which have double the number of jobs as the normal version (marked as "X2"). These are for use with industry multiplier modds, though any of these lots may be used in any games, and without any conflicts. More information can be found below. 9. Version 1.0

    6,106 Downloads

Designed by D.H. Burnham & Company for the prominent wholesaler Marshall Field in 1904. It was sold 2 years later to a railroad and changed owners many times until it was demolished in 1992. This BAT represents the building in use circa 1985. Architecturally, it is significant because it expresses the Chicago School style applied to a warehouse. Since it was a warehouse, its architecture was never fully appreciated until the US Postal Service, seeking to expand their downtown Chicago facility and tear this warehouse down, paid for a historical study to be made, through the Historic American Building Survey. Drawings, measurements, and photographs were taken, and then this building was torn down. NB - since the front of the building is slanted, the only good configuration was to place it onto a canal like it was in real life. Unfortunately, this means that only a ploppable version is included. Sorry. These oil storage tanks are based on one of the very first BATs by Mathe Man. Now they were reworked for a SFBT release. The download contains seven different oil storage tank models that can be installed together or each on its own. Only the DATs that are installed will show up on the lots. Apart from a 3x3 growable I-M version there are also two ploppable lots included. They can be found in the water transit menu, since these storage tanks are very common in seaport districts. Other than the growables, they don't provide any jobs, but the rest of the values are similar. 12. HK Arch 1

    Version 2.0

    45,654 Downloads

The Hong Kong BAT Team presents The Arch Hong Kong China BAT created by bixel Modding, lot design, readme & custom menu icons by T Wrecks 2021 technical updated version by Tyberius06 IMPORTANT NOTE (update: 24.06.2021): there are two significant changes in this upload comparing to the originally released version by Bixel and T Wrecks back in 2006. The original HK The Arch 1.SC4Model was rendered and exported slightly off-centered (approx 8 or 12 meters on the X-axis), which made it extremly hard to lot it on a tighter lot (how it was meant to be). These original LOTs in this pack were working fine, though the lotter of the CAM version of the The Arch 1 had used different modding technique and this off-centered nature of the model caused a modding error, which lead to the so called Immortal Lot Syndrome on the CAM version (released only on LEX in the CAM LOTS BXL1 set). In order to fix this issue and prevent possible issues in the future, I used the Model Tweaker and made the model centered (also recompiled the HKABT Bixel Mega Props vol08 with the modified model), then fixed the position of the building on the lots to match with the changed model. It had to be done on all the The Arch 1 lots both in this set and in the CAM version as well. The second change what I've applied: I've noticed that both the TE and non-transit enabled LOTs are using the same IIDs per group (R$$ grow and R$$$ grow), and according to the default load order the TE versions would get into the game. I gave the TE lots a different IID, so now they are unique, and now you can really use all of the lots simultaneously. You need to bullldoze and rebuild (re-grow/re-plop) all the lots in order to get the proper results. - Tyberius06 (STEX Custodian) Status: built Construction Dates Started: 2001 Finished: 2005 Floor Count: 65 Basement Floors: 2 Floor Area: 100,000 m² Roof 231.0 m Project: Union Square Engineer: Ove Arup & Partners Hong Kong Ltd. (Part of the Readme By T Wrecks) Dependencies It was very hard to whip up a lot that would look like a seamless extension of the main building, thus anchoring it on the ground in a natural way. However, I am glad to announce that I managed to use no more than one dependency for The Arch 1 (none for The Arch 2), namely Cerulean's base texture set, which is one of the best-known texture sets and has been used for many other buildings (including BSC and HKBT) already. This texture is a part of the: BSC Textures MEGA Pack Vol 01 https://www.sc4devotion.com/csxlex/lex_filedesc.php?lotGET=90 I also added some additional light cones which will enhance the look of the lot at night. This, however, is by no means an essential dependency. The lamps will look just fine without it, but even a tad better with it. So if you don't want to download the file, you won't be missing much. If you don't mind downloading the file, here's the link: PEG MTP Mountain Theme Pack https://community.simtropolis.com/files/file/14025-peg-mtp-mountain-theme-pack/ Alternatively you can use HKABT Bixel Mega Props vol08 v2 with these lots, but in that case you should remove the HK The Arch 1.SC4Model and HK The Arch 2.SC4Model model files (or just run the cleaintol file which coming with the mega prop pack). If you wish to use the CAM version of this lot, you can download it from LEX: HKABT BXL CAMeLots vol01-15 (CAM LOTS BXL1). Stats and Values All game-relevant values you might like to know are listed in the following overview tables. Please note that both versions of the Arch, though differing in lot size, share the same set of statistics. GROWABLE R$$ Occupants: 7,480 R$$ (12,655 R$ when dilapidated) Lot Size: 6x6 Growth Stage: stage 8 Zone Type: Dense residential Tileset(s): Euro Value: § 85,640 Worth / Bulldoze Cost: § 1,512 Flammability: 40 / Stage 5 Power consumed: 128 MWh/month Water consumed: 336 gallons/month Air pollution: 29 over 6 tiles Water pollution: 37 over 7 tiles Garbage generated: 6 tons/month GROWABLE R$$$ Occupants: 6,250 R$$$ (7,480 R$$ / 12,655 R$ when dilapidated) Lot Size: 6x6 Growth Stage: stage 8 Zone Type: Dense residential Tileset(s): Euro Value: § 130,455 Worth / Bulldoze Cost: § 2,150 Flammability: 35 / Stage 5 Power consumed: 298 MWh/month Water consumed: 484 gallons/month Air pollution: 34 over 6 tiles Install: First of all, if you already had these lots in your cities, go into your cities and bulldoze them, before installing this updated version of this upload to prevent any nasty side-effects. Also you must completely remove all the previously released versions of these lots and models (before 24.06.2021). If you have the models and the lots DATpacked, then you must re-do the datpacking process with these updated models and lots from this updated upload. To install it, simply copy/extract the HKABT parent folder into your plugins. You should keep the _Documents folder somwhere outside of your plugins. To uninstall a version you don't like, first bulldoze all instances of that version in your cities, then save the cities and exit. Now you can safely remove the version without running any risk to get crashes or facing any other inconvenience. Mod Edit: Updated dependency links. update 24.06.2021 - Tyberius06: updated, centered model to correspond with the megapack update (see details above)

This is an updated version of an older release of mine. The model is the same, but the lots have been completely redone, to make them more playable. The building values are more in line with the Maxis standards, as we have learned them since the initial release of this creation. I would suggest deleting the older versions before installing this one. 25. Columbus One Towne Center

    Version 1.01

    7,121 Downloads

UPDATED : As per below This is modeled after the Columbus One Tower in Virginia Beach, VA. It is the beginning of a new Towne Center area (otherwise called downtown...shhhh....). The tower is pretty accurate to real life, though I created the buildings around the base more loosely. The base around real tower is similar, but it is more "cluttered" by the buildings to me, so I cleaned it up. This lot has been completely updated, with new lots. There is a 6x6 Landmark only, and a 6x6 functional Cs$$ lot, with transit enabling. Cars will enter and exit the garage on both sides. There is one quirk in this lot ; The BAT errored the outermost zoom, so it won't show up from 3 angles. THis does not affect anything else. Dependencies : (Ignore readme file) BSC MEGA Props MJB Vol01 v2 BSC Textures Vol 01 These prop files are not supposed to be re-distributed with other lots, which is why I don't do that. I received help from many people in the forums, and have learned a lot from a lot of them over time. I used the tutorial from QBert2 to learn transit enabling. Only took two tries to get it right! The first crashed the game..... learning is a painful process sometimes. Please feel free to use the model file to build your own lot if you like, for your own use. Do not redistribute these files without my permission. History : v1.01 Added functional lot as well. Staff Edit: Fixed dependency links.
