Oh man, this looks great, well represented NZ environment. How many sheep did you plop there?.....lol...... I love NZ, I even built myself a home there on the northern South Island, where I spent most of our cold Canadian februaries. Fred

The second Loghome by Nexis. This is a beautiful R$$$ growable 3x3 lot, only for VIP's. Actually a copy of a real Log Mansion that was built for an actor couple in Northern Ontario in 1999. Created by Nexis' mrbisonm , credit goes to GrampaAl for the tweaking and editing and to BarbyW for the in-game testing. Have Fun with Nexis This loghome can be seen on a very closeup in-game screenshot, in my City Journal *Nexis of Genesis* on page 11 -

I have quickly looked into my 150 DVD files of Nexis stuff and couldn't find the Nexis Greenhouses. There are more than 1700 Nexis models in there, kinda difficult to find something especially when I don't know the exact name of them. Give me time and I will do it later since I am in a very busy RL phase at this moment. I know that FrankU also has them, maybe I will send him a message to look into this also. Fred

Holy Smoke.............(speechless for a few seconds, happens very seldom). Look at that first picture, as if I just flew over that place in a helico. Forword For a few months now,(actually since Last summer) I have been collecting screenshots of the wonderful world Nexis of Genesis.-Also the story that goes with it. This won't be just a story, sit down and attach your seatbelts......This will be the Adventure of NEXIS!/emoticons/6.gif> Carefully thought over since months/emoticons/16.gif> and having taken notes here and there, we will all witness the Birth of not only Nexis, but much more..... Believe me, it will be so different and so dramatizing that you all will be waiting for the next episode unpatiently.There will be joyful and sad moments, and very disappointing and shocking moments too.Nexis will enjoy and break your heart, all at the same time. Check out this thread in the next days.......This is where it will all start....life in its own story. Nexis of Genesis...................................

David These Nexis Lots and BATs are not available publically, and maybe never will be, since no one really has asked for them and/or showed much interest (except for a few player here and there), so....I will have a look to find them this weekend and send them to you. You will though have to find the dependencies yourself 'cause I don't know what they are. I have a 14 Gb Plugin folder for SC4. BTW, Yarahi, I am still active here also, but I only come once every three or four days.

Remake of City Planner's BATlot......... This is the beginning of a new Nexis Lot Series, built with BATs from our own BATters here on Simtropolis. The matter has been discussed in this thread, and new lots will be regularly shown in this thread before uploading. This is the first of this series of many and it is a BAT from City Planner, now released on this new growable lot, btw the first growable from Nexis. It is the Nexis Little Home. All the credit for the BAT goes to our member City Planner. R$-25 R$$-17 Lotsize 1x2 Once downloaded, unzip the Nexis Little Home folder into the MyDocuments/Simcity4/Plugins folder. It includes a .desc and .lot file. Dependencies: You need to download the modelfile from: https://community.simtropolis.com/files/file/19291-country-cottage/ Like all other Nexis lots, there are no other dependencies, unless otherwise stated. All props and textures are from Maxis and in the original RH game. Thanks for defending my upload rsc204, but actually I don't really bother with votes/ reviews. 9o % of all votes are from folks that have no idea what for and why they vote, so it doesn't matter to me for most comments/votes. But thanks for the "real" comments/reviews and votes. True that linkls are not working anymore, years have gone by and I haven't done any updates lately, maybe I should, I will have a seriously look at all this later this winter. Meanwhile, here is the link to the dependency of this little lot. Have fun.
