Hi guys this is my first post. I Recently download this add on of NEXIS CENTRAL PARK and noticed the water color was weird.

These are PROPS only! After several years, I finally have to upload my MFP1 (Modern Farm Props 1) files before it's too late. These files are Props and nothing else than props and will be used by LOTmakers and me later to create modern Farmlots for the players to use. Be advised that there will be a lot of Props to come. They come in batches (from sets 1 to 8), the last ones will be available before march 2020. You will get everything that can be seen on a modern farm from Europe to South-America to North-America. Some others might be available next winter, add-ons and new sets. This is set nr 1, Farm buildings, including barns and stables. There is already an Add-on being finished soon this spring (set 1_01). Set 2A and set 2B will follow very shortly. You can use them unlimited to create lots, no matter what use, such as industries and farms, but you need to refere these files with one of the original links for dependencies, if you use them. There will be enough props soon uploaded to create a new game, SimCity 4 Farming. There is a picture file included in the upload that will show the majority of the buildings in this file. These Nexis MFP 1 to 8 Files CANNOT be uploaded elsewhere without my personal permission, unless I am not around anymore. If you find errors on these files (shouldn't be as they have been tested twice by me and FrankU) do not hesitate to contact me in private. Some of these models have tight LOD's, meaning that you can plop other props very closely to each other. There is a picture file included in the upload that will show the majority of the buildings in this file. I hope you will enjoy these because I have been working on them for many years. I would like to thank all the members of this site that have helped, criticized, suggested and given me ideas on these sets and also encouraged me to continue and be patient all these years. There is too many to mention all, but especially FrankU, who inspired me to do this, stood by my side all the time and tested most of these props. Siskiyou Pacific Railroad's brand new GE ES44C4 "EVO" locomotive leads a freight past Nexis Grain Ltd's elevator in the town of Peach Pit, Hixon. The Area around Nexis Grain has rapidly built up in recent years as theonce solitary grain elevator has new neighbors such as FYE Glass & Mirror to the left and Flora Gen Seeds to the right. -

Remake of City Planner's BATlot......... This is the beginning of a new Nexis Lot Series, built with BATs from our own BATters here on Simtropolis. The matter has been discussed in this thread, and new lots will be regularly shown in this thread before uploading. This is the first of this series of many and it is a BAT from City Planner, now released on this new growable lot, btw the first growable from Nexis. It is the Nexis Little Home. All the credit for the BAT goes to our member City Planner. R$-25 R$$-17 Lotsize 1x2 Once downloaded, unzip the Nexis Little Home folder into the MyDocuments/Simcity4/Plugins folder. It includes a .desc and .lot file. All props and textures are from Maxis and in the original RH game. Nexis lots/Bats haven't been around for many reasons, one of them was a lack of time to create these files. So before we all forget the creator of the first lots on Simtropolis and the Nexis name, I thought I start uploading a new BAT. Others will follow with time. First let me tell you, that all the Nexis lots/BATs that were supposed to be created and finished will be eventually be done, and this probably during the next winter.I also have to find a good Tweaker now that my friend GrampaAl is gone to help me out and, since other than BATting and making the lot, I am not interested in this specificational stuff. (Besides I don't know how to do this and I have no interest in learning neither.) Nexis lots/BATs are simple ,useful and almost without dependencies. All you need are the Vol1 and Vol2 bldg_prop files from the Maxis Files page. There are no fancy queries,introductions,stories,effects or other stuff like big dependency prop and texture packs that makes the files only bigger and bigger and finishes by slowing down your game and your computer, and sooner or later we all loose interest because of it. This is the Nexis Grain Silo Elevator to use in your farming communities. It is a Freight Train Station that has a capacity of 3000,is on a 4x4 lot and costs 3225 Simoleons to plopp. If you have a lot of Grain production in your farm valley, you absolutely need to ship them out and what a better way to use these Grain Elevators, that can be found irl throughout Canada and the US. This old style Grain Elevator is the first of a series of three that I am working on. You will find them quite often in the mid and western part of Canada and the US. This one sits on a 3x2 lot and is used as a Freight train Station. The Plopp cost is §650 and a bulldoze cost of §500. You can actually see these in small villages out in the western provinces of Canada and the midwest states of the U.S. Included are some original pictures. No special props needed as most of the Nexis BATs/Lots. ( I don't believe in hundreds of props for this and that, to make a lot more interesting and attractive,it only slows down the game). Thanks to my partner and friend GrampaAl for the tweaking and the query. Nexis BATS,Lots and props are all free of use whenever or wherever you want, except for profitable use. I would appreciate to be contacted either on Simtropolis.com or by e-mail if you have any problems with the lot. You do not need to ask me for permission to use these lots/BATs/textures or Props to publish for free use. Mentioning my name or Nexis would though be appreciated.Thank you. If you come visit my City-Journal *Nexis Of Genesis* on Simtropolis.com, you will be able to see this or more than 500 other Nexis Custom Lots/Bats and Props. Unzip these files/folders into the MyDocuments/SC4/plugin folder/Nexis, for them to show up in the game (or in the LE if these are props/textures). This is the Residential version of the Nexis Central Park, good effects in the res sector. Slightly bigger (9x14) and quite a busy park.
