60 Wall Street is a skyscraper located in that direction of Manhattan, city of New York. Its construction began in 1987 and ended two years later, becoming the headquarters of JPMorgan Chase. The tower exceeds 160000 m2 of office space and was the last large corporate building that was built in the financial district.

The skyscraper measures 227 meters high distributed among its 55 plants and its design was provided by Kevin Roche, John Dinkeloo & Associates. The building fits well into the surroundings with its post-modern or neoclassical style that emphasize both its size and its height.

60 Wall Street was acquired by Deutsche Bank in 2001 for 600 million dollars.

El 60 Wall Street es un rascacielos situado en dicha dirección de Manhattan, ciudad de Nueva York. Su construcción comenzó en 1987 y finalizó dos años después, convirtiéndose en las oficinas centrales de JPMorgan Chase. La torre supera los 160000 m2 de espacio para oficinas y fue el último gran edificio corporativo que se construyó en el distrito financiero.

El rascacielos mide 227 metros de altura repartidos entre sus 55 plantas y su diseño corrió a cargo de Kevin Roche, John Dinkeloo & Associates. El edificio encaja bien en los alrededores con su estilo post-moderno o neoclásico que enfatizan tanto su tamaño como su altura.

El 60 Wall Street fue adquirido por el Deutsche Bank en 2001 por 600 millones de dólares.

This is what I was saying in the other review: overall this building would look good, but you cut corners in modeling and it sticks out really bad on this one.  Textured boxes are bad!  Model any detail that will be more than a few pixels wide!

A classical spire at the top of this building would be perfect and memorable.  I do like the lightly blue-ish toned colors of the rood and glass combined with the earth-toned exterior surface of the bulding.

Tower looks good but the awful roof ruins it sadly enough. But dont worry u still can improve it :)
