Cardinal buoys indicate an obstacle and the direction to use to safely pass it. They do indicate this by two cones, a colour coding and different flashing intervals at night. For those with nautical interest, more info can easily be found here. You can use them to decorate your shoreline and make sure your ships steer clear of any danger zones and shallows. Content This File contains 4 lots: A_1P_CardinalBuoy_N: Two cones pointing upward, black-yellow A_1P_CardinalBuoy_E: Two cones pointing away from each other, black-yellow-black A_1P_CardinalBuoy_S: Two cones pointing down, yellow-black A_1P_CardinalBuoy_W: Two cones pointing towards each other, yellow-black-yellow Dependencies none -

SM2 Marine Wind Power . You will find 2 lots in this pack 1) The Wind Turbine is to be plopped on water. 2) The buoy is to be plopped on water, from the Wind Turbine field to the shore. The buoy acts as a power transmission lot. It will light up at night if powered. Turn on your power grid and plop the buoys in a row. Watch the green power grid make the connection. Once satisfied, turn the power grid off. Each Wind Turbine will output 1800 units of power. By plopping a few of them you can enjoy unlimited green power!! I have created a specific Power Substation lot which can be found in my SM2 Power Pack. Plop it on shore for a seamless power grid. Questions? Please post them here https://www.sc4devotion.com/forums/index.php?topic=17211.0 Dependencies SM2 Mega Prop Pack Vol1 https://www.sc4devotion.com/csxlex/lex_filedesc.php?lotGET=3640 Alternate links for my packs only SM2 Mega Prop Pack Vol1 https://community.simtropolis.com/files/file/32980-sm2-mega-prop-pack-vol1/ SM2 Wind Power - Enjoy Simmer2 -

This is the second ploppable water BAT of a Set called *Nexis Sea Junk". There will be at least 12 different BATs, so I thought it would be wise and logic to upload each separately since some of you might not like nor can use all 12 of them. They are small 1x1 and up to 2x2 transparent lots (except for one 1x6 lot) that can be plopped into any depth of water.(also one landlot for beaches) Some of them will need semi-transparent watermods, that you can see at least a few meters down. There will be different kinds of buoys (bouées), sunken boats, posts, walls, Welcome statue and some surpizes etc. To see more of those which are coming soon, see a bigger picture of this model or to make comments and/or give ideas, please visit the Nexis BATthread.. https://www.simtropolis.com/forum/messageview.cfm?catid=37&threadid=97994&STARTPAGE=2 This is the same as the Floating Buoy except that it has a base. It is on a 1x1 transparent lot ( without the waterglitch bug) Not like the first one, this one cost some small $ to demolish with a bulldozer, well, the base is not made out of carton, you know.... The Plop price is the same (25$) as the first one. It does have nightlights.....lol, but only the small antenna on top lights up at night, as you can see on the picture. I still don't know how to make Nightlights. It has been tested together with the first Buoy, which you can get here , in several regions with different watermods and has not shown once any problems. This lot should not be plopped into deep water, it has a base, therefore needs some ground, otherwise it will look kinda weird. It also will look nicer with a semi-transparent watermod, where you can see the base for some meters down. As always no dependencies to go running after and collecting headaches. Also Nexis will bring you only original ideas most of the time. I hope you will like this series.......... Have Fun with Nexis Please keep it for yourself and don't spred it all over the net, it will be appreciated. mrbisonm/ Fred -

It is a 1x1 lot with transparent textures without the "missing texture glitch", which has been tested in several of my regions in all views for several years and under all conditions. It will be found in the Parkmenu near the Maxis 1x1 grasspark. It has no maintenance cost, nor bulldozing expenses, but will cost $25 to plop. This one doesn't need a semi-transparent watermod, but it has some underwater parts though. As always no dependencies to go running after and collecting headaches. Also Nexis will bring you only original ideas most of the time. I hope you will like this one and theseries.......... Have Fun with Nexis mrbisonm/ Fred -

Those helps the ships and yachts to navigate trough the waters of Your city. I was inspired by Cobb to make something that could fit in the water, and here it is! Many thanks to Cobb for sharing the secrets of water lots! You will find the red and the green buoy in the park menu, they cost only 10- 37 Comments
