Again I was cleaning out my Pluginsfolder and found another original lot that some might like. - Smaller towns and villages don't always have the finances to create and substain a real soccerfield, so they manage any abandonned terrain or even a farmer's field after the cropharvest to a soccerfield. Where I grew up it was like this, it was a simple farmfield like this that we were allowed to transform into a playable field after the harvest, using rocks and sticks to mark out the limits. The farmer even came and cut the grass once every two weeks with his big tractor. This lot represents the souvenirs from my past. I played it a lot in my regions and decided to share it with you now. It is a low wealth field of 3x5 just like the original and it has the same statistics except for the costs.(of course!), I added some more sims that come to watch, parents, neighbors or just curious folks and some cars. Well they didn't all come on foot. The game plays just like the Maxis lot. This lot doesn't have textures, so you can plop it on any flat terrain and depending on your terrainmod, it will make their groundcover. You can even plop it on a beach! Kinda hard to play soccer on a beach though.....lol Good for any terrainmod. Hope you will like it, nothing special but who knows, maybe someone has the same souvenirs of their past and likes this lot. Cost: ............. 50 simols......somehow it has to be prepared for the game. Bulldoze:........ 10 simols......to get rid of the sticks and rocks. Maintenance.....5 simols......paying the farmer to keep the grass low. Like most Nexis lots, this has no dependencies. As always open the folder after the download, read the readme and get rid of the pictures, then place the folder withthe .lot file into «MyDocuments/Simcity4/Plugins folder. Have Fun with Nexis -

Did it ever happen when playing, that your SimCity had an overdemand of electricity and you didn't have the money to deal with the situation right away to plop a big and expensive Powerstation? Well, here is the solution. When power is more needed than usual, send your Sims to the Nexis Emergency Diesel Power Station and get those Diesel Engines started. They will generate 950 extra power for as little as 280 Simoleons to plop, but watch out, running it all the time may shorten its life. Remember, this is an Emergency unit and don't plop it too near to residential areas, they may be too noisy for certain Sims.....No, it doesn't explode, security and safety valves are checked everyday, even on Sundays. Maintenance and running costs are $ 80,-/month. (sorry, with today's oil prices I couldn't make it cheaper) Plopcost $ 280.- and generating 950 electricity. Yes, there's nightlight, hey.....lol....didn't you know, I finally learned how. It can be found in the powermenu and is on a 2x2 lot. As always , No Dependencies beside the game itself. This file should go into the MyDocuments/Simcity4/Plugins folder without the readme and the pictures. Directly from my Cj, Nexis of Genesis, this is the Nexis Private Piloting school. It can be found in the education menu. It is a school, to show your sims how to fly in all security. Don't let your sims fly without learning. Plopp of $1900, it is on a 12x3 lot. Absolutely importatnt to flatten your land before plopping, otherwise airplanes cannot land or take off.This needs to be 100% flat! Read the read me file............ tweaked and query by GrampaAl, and also to make it a school idea, cam from him.I would have made it just a simple Park.Thanks! Left behind and forgotten by an ancient unknown civilization on our Simplanet way before today's Simkind arrived, Sims finally figured out how to make this power generating machine function and make good use it. Inspired by the Ice Planet Basecamp-Generator from Star Wars' Empire Strikes Back, Nexis brings you another unique, useful and simple BAT. The Nexis Mega-Generator produces powerful electricity by melting Hydro-monoxide molecule leftovers without any pollution at all and at a very low maintenance cost, therefore the need to connect it to your watersystems is very important and absolutely necessary. Unfortunetly it uses quite a lot of water while functioning, but gives you back enormous amounts of very clean energy, some 30,000 MWts. Plop price is $8,500 Bulldozing will cost you $250 Power 30,000 Need of water 200 Lotsize 2x5 Ploppable only in places where approved by the Governor....... ...and btw like some other *strange energy-producing uploads*, this one doesn't explode.... (used and molten molecules will be sold at the Nexis Garden Center as a flowering fertilizer called *Miracle-Glow*....please do not swallow) The unzipped Nexisfolder (incl the 2 game-files) should go into the MyDocuments/ Simcity4/ Plugins folder. Do not include the Readme and the pictures. You will find this BAT in the Powermenu. Again, the need of dependencies except the basic »Maxis bldgprop 1+2 « , is eliminated with Nexis BATs/Lots. Keep your plugins free of dependencies and your game will run faster and better, therefor more fun. Please DO NOT redistribute these files without my permission and sell my inventions to strangers. It is time for another Nexis *Mini-utility*. This lot will finally clean your farming communities from agricultural ground and water pollution. It keeps the rivers, creeks and ponds clean and the water supplies drinkable for all simkind. Once a month a few trucks will come by and pump out all the spoiled and polluted water from an immense underground tank (of course we can't see this) that has collected its waters from the surrounding farmfields through drainagepipes and get rid of it by dumping the liquids in a hidden place somewhere in the upper left corner of your region.(or is it upper right....?)This is done at night and no Sim alive yet has seen this somewhat secret and illegal activity. Who cares, the pollution is almost completely gone with this. Just plop this 1x1 lot that can be found in the Watermenu, right in the middle of your farmfields and connect it to your watersupply. It will function just like an other water purification plant, but will be easier to hide in the middle of your farmlands. Fully tested in a strange land far away, this lot is not garanteed to fully satisfy the needs of all farming communities. Some Sims (and humans) are hard to satisfy. It only costs 325 Simoleons to plop(if I remember right) and a small monthly fee that every simfarmer can allow with his/her budget. If not, then I recommend to sell their farm and auction off all their cattle and/or machinery and change their jobs. For nightlights it has a 200 Watt lightbulb installed on a post (needs a power connection-a farmfieldlot will do), so that the simfellows at night can see what they're doing without lighten up the whole scenery. It also can be used in Industrial areas with success. I know that this is not a super BATmodel (took me 5 mins to build)...lol...but what the heck, it doesn't matter, but I needed something like this small lot instead of plopping the big Water Purification Plant each time in between the fields in my farmlands to fight the eversteady pollution it produced. So, this is practical for those who like to build agricultural environments without all that unrealistic waterpollution statistics. Should have jobs, paid under the table. Have Fun with Nexis. As always there are no dependencies with Nexis. Please do not upload this anywhere else without my permission, but feel free to alter it for your own use and pleasure. Only the folder with the three gamefiles go into the MyDocument/Simcity4/Plugins folder. A big City needs a big Cemetary,8x12 and a funeral going on too.Look at the details... You need both these files for the Bldg to show up: bldgprop_vol1 bldgprop_vol2 If you can't destroy the lot, cover an area 1 square bigger than the lot on all sides with the bulldozer. It should then work. -

A working TrainStation with the Loading cranes going right onto the tracks.You will have to built it with the long side towards the tracks,you can even have tracks on both sides.Enjoy this one, it is one of my best.Comments are appreciated,ideas too.Btw,it is supposed to be NexisFreightTrainstation and not Mexis.Sorry! -

Yes, I have the SFBT Cobblestone texture installed, but when I create lots, I use an empty Pluginsfolder, since Nexis lots don't usually use any dependencies. So, do I have to relot these with the SBFT essentials installed? Fred -
I'm no good in finding links at all,. But I use the greenroof one lane station a lot, search for marrast on sc4 devotion (LEX), The Chinese site also has several small one lane stations, including countryside stations. That's all I can do, sorry, but if you search you'll find for sure, because there is many around. Fred

Thanks Tyberius06, but....... I avoid these kind of lots and proppacks as much as I can, I call them "no-end" files, they go from file to file and file after file downloads etc..... and we end up with 1 Gb just for one freaking prop. Fred
