    After many years as a user on this site I deliver my first model to the STEX. 2 North LaSalle is an office building located at the corner of LaSalle and Madison streets in downtown Chicago, Illinois. It was designed by the architecture firm Perkins & Will. It stands on the site formerly occupied by the historic LaSalle Hotel, which closed in 1976. 2 North LaSalle was completed in 1979 and with its 26 stories stands 316 feet / 96 meters tall.     Completed in 1968, the Equitable Building (now known by its address of 100 Peachtree Street) is a 32-story building located in downtown Atlanta, Georgia. Designed by everyone's favorite architecture firm Skidmore, Owings & Merrill, this absolute stunner of a building broke all the rules, and immediately cemented SOM's reputation as the most innovative architecture firm in history. I first modeled this building back in 2012, not long after I first starting BATting, specifically because I was lazy and its boxy shape looked easy to model (hey, come on, I was in high school). After languishing on my hard drive for the better part of 12 years, I thought it would be nice to finally do it justice, so I remodeled it from scratch last year. At long last, I now present to you a mostly accurate replica, which is sure to be the most daring building in your skylines. This building sits on a 4x3 lot and comes in growable and ploppable CO$$ varieties, both of which provide 5891 jobs. Both Darknite and Maxisnite versions are provided, of which only one should be used at a time. The Darknite version requires Simfox's Day and Nite Modd. Dependencies BSC Common Dependencies Pack - for the lot (specifically BSC Texture Pack Cycledogg V01). Colossus Addon Mod - for the optional CAM lot. Enjoy!

    Yat Chau International Plaza (street address 118 Connaught Road West), completed in 1994, is a postmodern skyscraper located in central Hong Kong. This version sits on a corner 4x3 lot and comes in CO$$ (3720 jobs) and CO$$$(2603 jobs) varieties. Both Darknite and Maxisnite versions are provided, of which only one should be used at a time.   8. This would be one of my favourite low-density assets! If the colours were right. I'm also not sure if this should be classified as a low-wealth buildings. This one was also added in the After Dark update, and just like many of the other added assets, it is quite large (> 500m²) compared to the other assets. It also does not utilize colour variations, so the only thing we can do is replace the texture!     The Inland Steel Building is a commercial skyscraper located in Chicago. It was designed by SOM, and completed in 1957, making it the first skyscraper in the Chicago Loop after the Great Depression. By moving the structural columns to the building's perimeter, and by consolidating all other service functions in a separate tower, the the architects achieved completely column free office space with 360° panoramic views. It was designed as the headquarters of the Inland Steel Company, and the building's stainless steel exterior was left unpainted. 3x4 and 4x3 CO§§§ growable and ploppable lots.     This pack is a recreation of the old type of wooden warehouses or packhouses, as some call them. These were built in the coastal communities of Norway. for instance, my hometown, Haugesund, these kind of buildings are even found in the major cities of Norway, like: Bergen , Trondheim and Stavanger. Besides, as with 99% of all buildings on theSTEX, the stats (value, jobs provided, pollution etc.) were way off, i.e.totally different from comparable SC4 default buildings. The landmark version made that "BigBen" sound upon querying, and I found the lot to be rather plain for alandmark. The ploppable version also had a ratherinappropriate query sound and was set to be CO$$, whereas the normal buildingwas CO$$$.
