As sometines happens, files from the various SimCity 4 sites go missing. When possible and practical, we make attempts to restore those files when found. In all such cases, this is done in good faith for the benefit the author and the community. This particular item has been uploaded here under MarcosMX's account as part of the BLaM team as it had been uploaded on the original location. The files are provided in the same condition that they had been in when they were previously available with one exception.*** The readme has been replaced with updated information regarding dependencies. It is highly recommended to run the cleanitol with the installer and remove any previous versions from your plugins. In the ~Documents folder in the main ZIP in the Prop-Texture Catalogue Index and Cleanitol/ folder you will find the individual cleanitol scripts for the model packs of this compilation and by using either the newer nos.17's SC4 Cleanitol or the older BSC Cleanitol tool you can search and remove old and outdated versions of these files. Dependencies: To ensure the proper functionality, make sure the files mentioned below are installed in the plugins folder: BLaM MX Props and Essentials (former MarcosMX Essentials) - On the STEX BSC Textures Vol 1 found in the BSC Common Dependency Pack. In order to see the nightlighting, you must install the EP1-Update 1 for Rush Hour/SimCity 4 Deluxe, and then afterwards, install the SC4-Update for nightlighting (note: you have to be logged in in order to see the download link). If this update isn't installed, you won't see any lighting effects on custom BAT buildings. Fazoli's is an American fast casual restaurant chain headquartered in Lexington, Kentucky. It was founded in 1988 and is now owned by FAT Brands (who is the holding company for Fatburger, Round Table Pizza, Ponderosa, Twin Peaks, among other brands). They have 220 locations, mostly in towns of the upper Midwest and Appalachian United States, where cheap Italian food isn't as abundant as it is in the east coast. I wanted to make something to take a break from the office buildings I've been doing. Typical CS$$ 3x3 and includes plop as well. In-N-Out Burger Shop, by Mattb325. --------------------------------------- This In-N-Out Burger restaurant from Westwood CA, was posted in the BAT request thread. I liked the googie style of the retro-futurist architecture: the building itself has all of these crazily angled walls that splay outwards from the ground up and then soar into peaks. Add the garish fast-food paint colours and to my mind the whole thing looks like a crumpled burger wrapper! This is a CS$$ bat that will grow early on in your cities development.It provides 33 jobs. It comes in three different lot sizes: 2x2, 4x4 and 5x5 (use the CTRL key while zoning to help get this to grow, or download Buggis extra cheats to make it ploppable from a drop-down menu). The 2x2 and 5x5 lots are restricted to corner sites. Hungry Jacks, by Mattb325. --------------------------------------- Hungry Jacks is the franchised Australian version of the better-known American Burger King. In 1971 the parent company Pillsbury provided franchisee Jack Cowin with a list of names that the company had already trademarked, and he choose Hungry Jack (the name of Pillsbury's pancake mix). Hungry Jacks and Burger King have often had a fraught relationship and during the late 1990's were embroiled in a five year court battle. Australia has the most complex corporate governance, tort and contract laws in the world, and despite Burger King's massive legal clout, they lost their case and decided to terminate their operations in Australia and transferred the Hungry Jacks assets to their New Zealand franchise group under a master Franchise Agreement. Hungry Jacks has been operating nationally ever since. This BAT represents their newer style of restaurant. Angled walls and 45 degree car-parking help break up the grid. Pinks Hot Dogs is a rather famous fast food restaurant based in the Hollywood-Fairfax area of Los Angeles, California. They have several locations in the LA area and in Las Vegas. The version here is inspired by the original Pinks location in Hollywood, but is not an exact replica. Pinks, quite obviously, serves... hot dogs. But also burgers and other American fast foods. It's one of those places where celebrity pictures are plastered on the walls and the menu items are named after who else but the "celebrities". This is LA after-all, and as such, I guess its up to you and your Sims to decide whether the food is as good as they say it is, or if its just fake Hollywood hype. Regardless, once downloaded, the building can be found toward the top of your Landmarks menu (look for the Pinks logo). It is a 3x3 lot. Plop cost is $1,000. The building nets your City $1 per month in "sales tax" revenue. There is one .dat file in the zip folder. Copy it to your Plugins folder otherwise no hot dogs for you! Burgerville is a privately held American restaurant chain with 50 locations in Oregon and southwest Washington. Most of their locations are in the Portland, Oregon/Vancouver, Washington metro area. Of course, credit for the lot goes to @RRetail as this lot was also used on my Freddy's, and it's still useful a year or so later. Cook Out is an American fast food restaurant chain in the southern United States, popular particularly with college students. They sell hamburgers, hot dogs, Carolina-style BBQ, fries, coleslaw, and milkshakes (the watermelon one is delicious), and are known for their $4 tray deal where one can get four entrees for four dollars, which is one of the best deals in the fast food industry, if you ask me. Many travel to it in the south like a destination restaurant, like people do in the west coast with In-N-Out. They have 244 locations in ten states. This particular one is based off their newer architecture, and this location is similar to the Greer, SC one. This has a walk-up window and a drive-thru. CS$$1 3x4 lot. Shake Shack is an American fast casual restaurant chain based in New York City. It started out as a hot dog cart inside Madison Square Park in 2001, and its popularity steadily grew. In 2004, it moved to a stand within the park, expanding its menu from New York-style hotdogs to one with hamburgers, hotdogs, fries, chicken sandwiches, and its namesake milkshakes. The original location's popularity is such that that in the summer at its original location in NYC, the wait in line for service can stretch to over an hour, especially on weekends when the weather is pleasant. The company advertises it uses natural Angus beef and claims that its meat has neither hormones nor antibiotics. Shake Shack operates 136 locations internationally as of October 2017, typically located in stand-alone restaurants and shopping malls. In 2018, they are often cited as one of the fastest-growing hamburger chains in the country. This is a growable CS$$$ stage 2 lot, as your high-wealth sims eat hamburgers too. Hey All ! Just Looking at Most of the fast food restaraunts currently available on the STEX .. and it came to mind that None are Transit Enabled. i know it may seem pointless but many people pay attention to such details & realism , because obviously in Real life you can drive into the drive thru. Anyways Putting the Idea out there it would be Great to see this made possible .
