Hello, I want to make a complete port, I downloaded Coaldock, installed it in plugins, creating a folder "BLaM" in which I included two subfolders: Drydock (existing) and Coaldock (that I had to create two). I started the game, I can easily find "Drydock" but "Coaldock" does not appear in the menu (in the game). What can I do?

Those heavy ironworks are coupled with several steelmaking facilities, like 2 BOF shops, an open hearth furnace and an electric melt shop. It also includes gas washing facilities, water aerators and recirculators, a gas holder and a slag dumping pit. The props are nightlighted and show the inner processes of the given buildings. NOTICE: This is an old model from late 2005 when my BAT quality wasn't that good, recently rendered, either you take it or leave it! Arud Gata 18: Arud Gata 18 was built in Vandals Fjella in the street Arud Gata in 1968. It was originally built for office purposes, but slowly the offices on the ground level moved away and shops replaced it. In 1994, it was in a rather poor shape and was unpopular with the locals because of the very stained and ugly concrete walls it had. All the original businesses had closed down and was replaced with seedy ones. Thankfully, in the same year, the building and the street it was located in underwent renovations. The ugly concrete facade the building once had was now replaced with stone cladding, making it slightly more attractive for people. Now the family friendly shops are back and it now has a DNB Nor office (a banking company in Norway), Free Record Shop (A record store chain in Europe), the well known H&M and Cubus, MIX (A Norwegian store chain), Princess (Home accesories shop chain in Norway), and Dress Mann (Clothing shop chain in Norway), as well as other tenants. Avenue Roundabout Fillers This package contains four avenue roundabout fillers for use in the middle of avenue roundabouts. Six lots are available to choose from. Note that you must plop the avenue roundabout first, demolish the middle four tiles then build the roundabout filler in the middle of the roundabout. Pedestrian Underpass Stinking and humid, this pedestrian underpass should have been closed down a long time ago, as this place is mostly just used as a hangout for hoodlums, criminals and bums. Fountain This fountain has huge oversized gold and silver coins at the bottom of the fountain. The fountain walls and bottom are all covered in beautiful mosaic patterns. Generic These are just your average roundabout pieces, nothing special about them, and can be used anywhere and everywhere from downtown areas to suburbs. There are 2 different versions. This is a very small download specifically aimed at people using the Lot Editor. It is NOT a model as such, nor is it a prop, it is simply a small blank that can be used in place of a building so you can make your own lots without the need to actually place a building on them. In this archive you will find a single file: BLaM-0x5ad0e817_0x713d210c_0x30000.SC4Model To use this blank you will first need to rename it to whatever you want, i.e: My_Building-0x5ad0e817_0x713d210c_0x30000.SC4Model, and having done that (making sure that this file is in your My Documents/SimCity 4/Plugins folder) open the Plugin Manager to create the .sc4desc file that will be associated with the blank. This is where you give the lot it's resulting statistics and characteristics. For example, if you want a landmark building you would drag the model file onto the Landmark option in the folder tree to the left of Plugin Manager and then adjust the settings to your taste. Likewise, to create a library, drag the model file to the library option within the folder tree. Having created the .sc4desc file you may close the Plugin Manager and open the Lot Editor. Here you will need to select an existing lot of the same type as you have just created within the Plugin Manager. Thus, if you have created an .sc4desc file for a Landmark lot you MUST open a Landmark lot. Now select the Building tab in the Lot Editor, click on Replace Item, and select the blank from the resulting menu. Now finish off your new lot with the props of your choosing and save it with a NEW name ... DO NOT save it with the name of the lot you opened as this will replace the in-game lot (though that lot will reappear if you simply delete the new one from your Plugins folder). And that's all there is to it. You may freely use this blank in any lots you create and distribute without having to ask permission, though a mention would be nice! Remember, this is not a building, or a lot, or a prop ... it is simply a small 1 metre square blank to enable you to create your own lots without the need for a building per se. Before you comment please be aware of just exactly what this file is. Don't go and comment "What's this?" as the explanation is right here! This is a file for people who need to create a blank lot ... it is nothing more!- 24 Comments

HIDP (Heavy Industry Development Pack) This BLaM FK HIDP Mega Prop Pack combines many of the previously separate HIDP (Heavy Industry Development Pack) prop packs and some additonal models created by Fukuda. The former packs might have had a few bugs, which were addressed in this combined DAT file. This mega prop packs replaces the following former single prop packs: - BLaM FK HIDP Prop pack 1 (aka. BLaMFkprops1.dat) (this new megapack directly replaces this upload on the STEX download page) - BLaM FK HIDP Steel Mill Prop Pack 1 (the old link will redirect to the link of the BLaM FK HIDP Mega Prop Pack) - BLaM FK HIDP Steel Mill Prop Pack 2 (the old link will redirect to the link of the BLaM FK HIDP Mega Prop Pack) - The model files of the BLaM HIDP FX Chemicals and BLaM HIDP Messier Dye have been added to this BLaM FK HIDP Mega Prop Pack. Installation: Copy/Extract the BLaM parent folder into your Plugins folder. If you've extracted the ~Documents folder you may remove it from the Plugins, but keep it in a safe location. It is highly recommended to run the cleanitol with the installer and remove any previous versions of these files from your plugins. In the ~Documents folder in the main ZIP in the Prop-Texture Catalogue Index and Cleanitol/ folder you will find the individual cleanitol scripts for the model packs of this compilation and by using either the newer nos.17's SC4 Cleanitol or the older BSC Cleanitol tool you can search and remove old and outdated versions of these files. Quotes from the original descriptions: Steel Mill Props: "HIDP (Heavy Industry Development Pack) Is a large project that relies on making lots and BATs of any type and function to enlarge the possibilities of making (or trying to) realistic large industrial districts. This is a prop pack which contains steel mill models, from Open Hearth Furnaces to limestone cars, to be used in upcoming monolithic and modular lots, used as a dependency. The permission of a team administrator (patfirefigthr) has been given to upload the pack after a final test." HIDP Prop Pack 1: "This is a prop pack which contains especially vehicles, it also contains some other props, but they are fewer. This has been thought for lot makers, and I won't use it as a dependency pack in a near future. The permission of 2 team administrators (op4 and KT3) has been given tu upload the pack after a final test."
