These are all real buildings from around Charterhouse St and take in a huge variety of architectural styles: art deco, art nouveau, early, mid & late victorian, gothic, palladian and edwardian. What these buildings all have in common is that they are primarily centred around night-time activities...restaurants, bars and night-clubs. All these buildings area highly detailed with lots of visual interest, they will work equally well in a London themed city or anywhere you want a lively main street that isn't a typical skyscraper jungle. Of course generally tourists and city visitors first of all visit the main and historical district of the city, but also beyond its limits crowds of tourists walk. Before you are able to see other parts of the city, I want to show you as residents of the capital have a rest, to show the most main entertaining institutions, brisk small streets with a set of bars, restaurants and shops, vacation spots and shopping centers. You will see life in the capital is how various. Here it is possible to buy various souvenirs, clothes, food and goods for the house. Tourists like to visit this market because only here it is possible to get rare souvenirs, and residents come behind fresh vegetables and fruit. These two streets are part of the Hodston quarter. These are the major shopping streets. There are a lot of shops, restaurants and night clubs. Here always there is a lot of youth. Streets are located in close proximity to academy of arts and design. The station of the second line of the subway is very close. Shopping center "four seasons" the very first shopping center in the city which was built in the middle of the 19th century by the businessman John Ramforth. There are luxurious boutiques of many famous brands as Chanel, Prada, Gucci,Burberry,Moncler and other. Also here set of bars, grocery supermarket, children's attractions and movie theater. There is a big furniture store. Behind shopping center there passes the pedestrian Starhon street set with trees. Here small shopping centers settle down. The street comes to an end on the passable Valdmill street which is crossed with a boulevard ring. On it we finish our travel on the historical district of the city. Azul's Bistro Bar & Grill is a fictional restaurant, and as far as I know, is not based on any one particular building. This beautiful BAT was originally created by Bobbo662 (aka B62). Unfortunately, due to real life circumstances, he was unable to finish the lot and so this was just sitting around on his hard drive. After talking with him, he graciously handed his work over to me to finish and subsequently upload for yall. This lot utilizes the timed props contained in SHK parking pack. These items may take a day or so to appear. I know that the quality of night-lighting on this BAT is unfortunately not the best, so I tried to cover it up as much as possible without looking too obvious. Anchor Bar is a traditional bar in downtown Detroit. At some times it's the favored hangout of the local newspapers and television stations, and at other times a sports bar. The bar was established in 1959 and is still family owned. 1x2 growable and ploppable CS§§ lots. MaxisNite and DarkNite night versions included. Dark Nite requires the Day and Nite Modd. Hello, this is my 1st building using 3ds max, I have made the switch over, and am now presenting the Chainz & Gangz Bar. It is a CS$, and is a 1x2 lot. Heavily based on a building in the waterfront district in my hometown, Haugesund, Norway, which is the primary nightime entertainment area here. I don't know much about this building to be honest, it was probably built in the early 1900's or late 1800's. This lot is designed for use as W2W, but can be stand alone with parking or whatnot placed around it. This is a very low wealth lot with a grocer and lounge/bar on the ground floor and 7 floors of apartments. The lot is 1x2. There is a grow version and a plop version supplying just 18 CS$ jobs. Updated: Model now in HD, for that extra crisp pint! Dempseys, opposite Cardiff Castle, is a relatively small but very friendly traditional Irish pub. It attracts a lot of regulars, unusually so for a City Centre pub, probably because the bar staff are friendly and welcoming. I've spent many evenings there which is why I decided to model it! Unlike the real thing, I've included a beer garden at the rear, for those sunny afternoons! It is a functional 1x2 landmark providing 20 CS$$ jobs, $5000 to plop (no maintenance cost or negative effects). It comes complete with custom query sfx and Equinox's custom query gui. Paddy's Brew Pub is a pub in tiny Wolfville, Nova Scotia. Wolfville is dominated by Acadia University. The university keeps the town alive and the yearly influx of students keeps bars like Paddy's rolling in the dough. Rumor has it that the grilled chickent is to die for. Paddy's is the second entry in my Atlantic Canada BAT set, which is a set of bats from the various small towns scattered across the region. Paddy's fits w2w on one side and fits with JBSimio's small town set. Paddy's isn't w2w on both sides to allow an alleyway midblock in the small town set.
