Evening All When I set up this club it was purely as a place to upload the SC2000 files being saved from the SC3000 website before the site ceased to function and wasn't anticipating active SC2 players or modders using the club ... its been great to see @G.F Jay Cosis new tileset and also visits from @brancra , @TogaMasterJohn and @namsixam I have switched on the forums, journal and image gallery in case anyone wants to use them -catty

So you may wonder, what's it for today's news? Well, here it just open, towards the northern sea and Kaile Bay the first boat club in the nation: Brown Beach Club. This place, honorably named after the rocky and brown sand of the city's shore, is now a milestone in the enormous offer of touristic attractions of the region. With three runways, it has a capacity of almost a hundred boats, and with just a couple months open, it is beginning to fill up. The location it's just as mesmerizing, just beside the Palace's Grounds Isle, well protected in the little peak just north. The renowned Mr. Chip Chop, who owns the magnificent Tarrë Swamps and the recently opened Mr. Chip Club & Hotel at Grante Josam, has stablish his designs for beginning a new touristic empire which may race the famous Aurë Theme Parks, here at Nort Kaile and Malaquie Town. The Returned and Services League (RSL), by Mattb325. --------------------------------------- In Australia, RSL clubs are to be found in every large town and suburb. The Returned & Services League is similar to the American Ex-Servicemen's Association or the British Legion Club. The RSL was initially established after WWI to look after the welfare of returned service men and women and their dependents. Although quite conservative, the RSL's mission is to ensure programs are in place for the well-being, care, compensation and commemoration of serving and ex-service Defence Force members and their dependents; and to promote Government and community awareness of the need for a secure, stable and progressive Australia. The Licensed clubs that are so visible throughout Australia (of which this building is one) were formed to provide services and hospitality for war veterans to celebrate the ANZAC spirit and build on their wartime comradeship. Licensed clubs operating under the RSL banner usually have discounted bar and dining facilities for their members and guests, and sometimes have extensive gambling areas. In licensed RSL clubs, each evening at 6 pm "The Ode" is read, followed by one minute's silence to honour those who died serving their country. Profits from these commercial ventures are generally returned via donations to community programs. There are two 5x5 corner lots with this download. Both corners are covered and grow reasonably easily (Use the CTRL Key while zoning to get the correct lot size). As shown by the pictures, each lot has a slightly different car park configuration to give a bit of variety. The building even has a small internal, tree filled courtyard where ANZAC day memorials are held. MoFo Nightclub is a fictional nightclub made in 2006 or 2007. And now to fictional history: Building originally was a small factory made in late 1890's and after it went bankrubt in the 1960's it was abadoned for several years before few people had an idea: buy the old factory and transform it to a nightclub! After that M♂F♂ has been one of the most favourite clubs of the SimNation And for the name: when I made this building, I named my buildings after U2 songs. Heavily based on a building in the waterfront district in my hometown, Haugesund, Norway, which is the primary nightime entertainment area here. I don't know much about this building to be honest, it was probably built in the early 1900's or late 1800's.
