Shops Under Raised Rails In Real Life

My, how one thing leads to another! I was looking at one of the "Spotlight" photos which Microsoft Windows 10 pushes to my computer every day or two, and it was an ornate stone building, clearly the central train station of some country that takes railroads very seriously (obviously not USA!). It turned out, it was the central railway station of Antwerp, Belgium. The north third of the building is all ornate stonework in rich browns and greys and contains the ticket counters and gorgeous main entry hall. The central third is a glass-and-red-steel half-cylinder area with train-boarding platforms on 4 levels. (All trains exit to the south only, except level 4, which has tracks running under the station going north and south.) The southern third is a raised-rail viaduct looking much like the rail viaducts in SimCity4 that it was startling. And they do have shops under the rails! Again the resemblance to SC4 shops-under-rails is amazing. Check out this station on Google Image Search, Google Maps Street View, and Google Earth to see what I mean. I've attached three photos to this post: The rail viaduct leading northward into the station, which shops under rails The main entry foyer (huge! cavernous! gorgeous stonework!) A montage of interior and exterior photos of the station INTENT: I'm posting this to show what these structures look like in real life, so as to perhaps spark people's creativity in their SimCity4 cities. NOTE: This is not a "BAT" or "can't find it" or "NAM support" request. For those who wish to create similar structures in SC4, similar stations and viaducts are part of NAM, provided that one installs all the "raised rail" components. Or, if one wants something closer to this (or any other) particular station, one could search SimTropolis and SC4Devotion (or BAT something one's self and post it to ST or SC4D if one has that skill set, or ask others to do so). -
Hey guys, I tried to look for CS $ a CO $ from stage 1 to download, but I did not find, do you know any? because I want to use BlockAllBuildings am CS and CO, but I can not find them in stage 1, so they can grow later, because Maxis's are not beautiful, because I like European style, so it does not mix, it can also be W2W, I love it W2W, can anyone fix me?

I have taken a very long hiatus from BATting and focused mainly on playing the game whenever I had some free time. There came a point when I needed a couple of corner buildings that would fit nicely at the intersection of avenues, which looked good at night too. So I went back to BATting for the first time in years, and just managed to finish these tonight. There are two twin buildings (not identical though ), and their respective bases. I chose to make the pavements separately from the buildings in case any of you decide to use them on corners with different shapes. The lots are landmarks and will appear on the Landmark Menu. So I was playing Simcity and I noticed there were a few abandoned buildings I had to demolish. This is the description of one of them. Is there anything wrong with my game? As you can obviously see, there are several parks and several shops surrounding the abandoned house. I'm new to the website, so please tell me if I did anything wrong in making this topic. Thanks

The name derives from its position between the Brooklyn and Manhattan Bridges, with Chinatown to the north and the East River to the southeast. Its history is not a mellow one; before WWII, Irish, Italian, Jewish and Greek gangs vied for supremacy of the area. The end of the war and the construction of public housing sent Latin American immigration through the roof, and the former gangs faded away. In current times, a large number of Chinese immigrants have entered the area to find cheap housing, although the September 11th attacks made some residents less relaxed. Most of the residents today ask tourists to simply visit, but not for long. Try some traditional food, see the local sights, look out at the harbor, and leave. I guess some people just can't be bothered. The only downside of the neighborhood? Richard Fortus, Guns N' Roses guitarist and area resident calls Two Bridges "the only neighborhood left in Manhattan that doesn’t have a Starbucks". And he's right. 109, 112 and 129 Mott Street, Little Italy, Manhattan, New York, New York, United States Welcome to Little Italy, the district of Manhattan where apartments are painted green, white and red (in that order), there isn't actually any mafia, and people really seem to like pizza, pasta, cannoli and fish- but who doesn't? Every September, a million people, give or take a few, come to Little Italy to celebrate the Feast of San Gennaro. That's close the to population of Detroit or San Jose(!) and I wonder how they get enough tables. But it's not all partying and really good food, even though that's my favorite part. Little Italy faced the same crises as Chinatown following the attacks of 9/11, and it's facing an identity crisis. Little Italy has a population of 100,000 people, yet only 11,000 are of mainly Italian descent, as the neighborhood has been engulfed by Chinatown. In fact, as of early 2010, the two were listed as one historic neighborhood. No worries though, if you can sell a good calzone or pizza for profit, everyone will find a way to keep you in business. This latest addition to the CDK-OWW Seaport Village collection is a 2x section of shops that will add more variety to your village.The 2x Shops lot is, oddly enough, 2x tiles wide and is a CS$$ ploppable add-on designed for the PEG-SV Seaport Village. Like all OWW2 lots, it can be used with any other OWW2 style of lots, including the CDKM Marina lots. It features the same modular boardwalk and parking area... and plops seamlessly with all other OWW2 lots. The lot also features a custom query and rotating query sounds... and is extensively nite-lited. The lot was intended to be used as a filler between 2 SV Corner Shop lots but can be used in any fashion you desire. For help creating the perfect terrain for CDK lots,we strongly recommend reading The Official CDK Tutorial. ** This lot requires the PEG-CDKM Marina and the PEG-OWW2 Resource Pack 1.
