Dempseys, opposite Cardiff Castle, is a relatively small but very friendly traditional Irish pub.
It attracts a lot of regulars, unusually so for a City Centre pub, probably because the bar staff are friendly and welcoming.
I've spent many evenings there which is why I decided to model it!
Unlike the real thing, I've included a beer garden at the rear, for those sunny afternoons!
It is a functional 1x2 landmark providing 20 CS$$ jobs, $5000 to plop (no maintenance cost or negative effects).
It comes complete with custom query sfx and Equinox's custom query gui.
