    some of the seasonal trees are missing all 4 season variations and so disappear when the seasons change I'm sorry but I didn't keep track of which lots have the missing props otherwise excellent lot work

    if you're only wanting a visual reduction in cars you can use the settings option available when you load the game to set the number of cars to minimum before starting your city play

    Thank you what an interesting upgrade to an old classic SFBT slightly funky building combined with BaroccoHispano's excellent realistic props it really works well the power plant functions well and the IHT lot grows well too

    the proppack was included in the common dependencies pack at SC4Evermore it was V2 when I downloaded it but now it's V3 on that site so I don't know if all of these are in V3 as I don't want to download that massive package again I can send you what I have made from V2 if you want them
