  1. PEG River Tool Kit

    Version 1.5.0

    199 Downloads

Pegasus Productions Proudly Presents... The PEG River Tool Kit (Version: 1.5.0) By Pegasus Introduction Following on the heels of the PEG Canal Tool Kit, The River Tool Kit (RTK) continues our quest to provide quality tools to create more realistic waterways within our SimCity4 cities. Where as the Canal Tool Kit was a trench, Drop 'N Plop solution to quickly add canals to your city, it lacked the overall flexibility offered by the RTK. Although similar in appearance and function in many ways, fundamentally, the RTK differs substantially from the Canal Tool Kit in that it does not create both sides of the waterway with a single piece. The pieces of the RTK are smaller and create only one side of the river. This allows the player to make their waterways as wide as they wish... and even finish off the opposing bank in a different style... or use the natural terrain to place beaches, flora or structures such as seaports, ferry terminals or marinas. The primary goal of this tool kit was to give you greater flexibility in the design and creation of waterways. The RTK provides the basic building blocks... but you piece them together in any way that suits you. From 2-tile wide canals to mega-wide rivers spanning your region, lakes, reservoirs... put the beauty and power of water to work in your cities. What's Included The RTK includes 6 different styles of river bank and 2 river floor blending tiles. Each style includes 5 pieces including a straight bank piece, and pieces for both inside and outside corners. Additional styles will be offered in future Add-On packs. The Trail Park from the Canal Tool has been packaged separately and will be released as an add-on. It can be used to line your river banks or as a stand-alone trail-park system anywhere in your city. Installation To install, copy the PEG-RTK_Textures.dat and the PEG-RTK folder to your My Documents\PlugIns folder. All of the RTK files are contained within the RTK folder. That's all there is to it. The RTK pieces will appear Parks Menu the next time to start the game.. All of the RTK pieces appear at the end of the menu so they won't interfere with normal access to other items in your Park Menu. The PEG-RTK_Textures.dat is actually an optional file. It contains duplicates of the custom textures used in the RTK. With this file in your PlugIns folder, you can easily remove the RTK when not is use by dragging it out to your Desktop or moving it to another folder. * As always, you can reduce menu clutter by removing the .dats of the styles you do not use. The RTK is another of Pegasus's early originals from his Legacy release. It might be considered a predecessor to his RTK 2 and the currently available RTK 3. Included in this download are instructions and tips to help prepare the terrain so that pieces will appear correctly in the game. In addition to this base set, there ae Addons availble that expand coastlines. These addons will be released in another entry. Click Here for All Pegasus Productions Products on the STEX All Pegasus files are now legacy content and are no longer officially supported. These are the original files as they were created. While this upload has been tested in the game and preformed as expected, issues may occur as a result of modding capabilities that existed at the time of development. Support from the wider community can be requested here.

A little deco set of walls and fences. It includes many texture options that match the base game, my Bitty sets and Mr. Red Ketchup's RKEC mod Both walls and fences have two options for placement- centered on the tile and at the edge of the tile.
  3. Historic city of Brandt restored!

֍ CITY OF BRANDT ֎ CULTURAL HERITAGE PRESERVE RESTORED TO ITS FULL SPLENDOR! Mew: Nee nah niou miau-mya nya nia-nia-niaou!! (Translation: We have more goodies for everyone!!) Jenny Salisbury: Without a doubt! The Ministry of Heritage Protection, and the Steward of the Land himself, have been really busy returning the shine to the historic city of Brandt! Queen Ilene: Today we want to welcome visitors to a new era of historical treasure preservation! Long-neglected, the mighty fortress of the west rises proud and renewed, with carefully restored and reconstructed landmarks, cityscapes and amenities for residents and visitors alike. Those who wonder how the city used to look like before its massive transformation can check one of our earlier entries: Mew: Niai nee miou-nee nahniau, mew miau nee-nee!! (Translation: I'll be showing you around, there's lots to see!!) Mew: Niou miaoh nah-nin mee-mew nya-niei mew-mew nya-mew! (Translation: Those old walls have been re-built and made to look like new!) Mew: Nya-niei miau-mya-nya mew-mew-niei miu-miou nee-nee! (Translation: And there's another choo-choo train to go with it!) Mew: Mewmenewniu nau-nee niu-niou mya-mee myamya-mee mew! (Translation: Funny how this looks old but is actually new!) Jenny Salisbury: That's because we have restored Brandt's status as a fully-fledged city! With that comes having its own city hall, built to resemble the original structure from the times of old. Mew: Miaun-nya nah mewmew ñiau niei-niu-nah mew-mew-niei! (Translation: Brandt got a cute little park next to the choo-choo train!) Queen Ilene: Brandt has received generous grants to restore the architecture around the city, adding an overall greater proportion of medieval styled houses and businesses. Mew: Nee-nee nee-miou-nee niaunya! Nah neen mriaumew new-nee nah-ni mioumioun. (Translation: This is Nidoking Tower! The Green Army used it as its headquarters.) Mew: Nah mya-mee mriaumiou, ñyanya nah mrium nah Myamianian Myan-nya!! (Translation: A fancy castle, almost as cool as Cameran Palace!!) Jenny Salisbury: Castle Brandt is quite the jewel! This palace was inhabited by the warlords leading the Green Army, but they certainly built it with the intention of supplanting Cameran Palace as a royal residence. Queen Ilene: Not only that, Castle Brandt is poised to become one of the city's grandest attractions, being so easy to reach from the various mass transit services, and the footpath encircling the city walls. Mew: Meeew, nyah-nah miwmew-nyah mew-mew-niei! (Translation: Yeah, like the super fast choo-choo trains!) Mew: Niou nah mriou-nya nah niou mewniu nah nee-nee! (Translation: Or the slow ones that go into the city!) Jenny Salisbury: For those who want a more historic experience, there's carriage tours along the wall, it's quite the charming experience! Queen Ilene: Park goers can also stop at the numerous gazebos along the footpath, where they can enjoy a themed garden away from the city's hectic environment and bask in the mild climate and historic majesty of Brandt. Jenny Salisbury: The city's tramway was also extended to provide a better connection along the conventional railways! Here travelers can reach Silurum, Zacien and the Renshi Free Trade Zone without having to drive or pay for the premium services of the Rota Shinkansen. Queen Ilene: These transfer stations, first unveiled in Zamacentia, have proven very popular and convenient for our train riders! Jenny Salisbury: This gazebo here makes me wonder if Mew is playing hide and seek! Queen Ilene: Where did Mew go? We're almost done yet with the tour! Jenny Salisbury: He's probably hiding from this crowd, you know how elusive he has to be when out in public. Jenny Salisbury: Mew is right! We have not decided yet on what to do with those terrains! Queen Ilene: As with other big decisions, we're opening up the discussion to a public hearing. Let us know in the poll which options should we consider for this terrain east of Brandt, north of Alba and southwest of Cameran. And thanks once more for joining us in this magical journey around the Kingdom!
  4. Hello everyone, Made a discovery. I found out you can use "Heretic Slope Side Wall, 1x1 Trees" lot or you can use "CLC Park Pack" lots with "Buddybud SNK Highway Walls". When you have an "Angled" wall, it would create a void, you can place the 1x1 Tree (Heretic) or the 1x1 Parks ( CLC Parks) lot instead of having to use the Maxis garden lot. It fills it completely and covers the void left when placing the angled wall. Make sure you have the arrow facing out of the void or else it will not fill the void completely. Just thought everyone would like this tidbit of information. I have enclosed a pic's for you to see. Heretic Slope Side Walls CLC Park Pack Collection 1 to 4 As they say " A picture is worth a 1,000 words". Enjoy.
  5. Hi everyone! I need some help. I'm making a bunch embankment filler lot modifications (relots, overwrite lots etc...) for Jrj New Concrete Diagonal walls and Mas71 Wall set 2. I give them multiple base texture options such as pavement (depends on your sidewalk mod), concrete (to match with the IRM and the SAM 11), dirt (to match with the dirt textures next to the RRW tracks), and made overwrite option for the terrain grass texture which adapting the used terrain textures. I'm using the NHP ENN slope mod (315 version) and since I'm using Sudden Valley which is not covered by default with the diagonal jagged edge mod (DJEM), I followed some instructions which I found on the download page and modified the terrain mod property examplar to get the same effect. But the slopes are only appearing properly on the north-west/south-east axis, and they appeared to be zig-zag/messy on the north-east/south-west axis. See the comparing pictures below... I don't know if it's a game limiation or something with my set-up is not quite right, because later I removed the SV terrain mod and used the default maxis terrain with the default maxis DJEM and I got the same results. Is there any solution to get the same proper result on all rotation/orientation? Any help would be appreciated, thanks in advance! - Tyberius
  6. Hi All, I am trying to put in a sunken GHSR network with walls. However every overpass meshes poorly with the walls. What sort of file should I be looking for to make the green space around the rail bridge go away? I just want everything to look nice. Thanks,
  7. SM2 Dry Stone Walls

    Version 2.0.0

    1,493 Downloads

SM2 Dry Stone Walls (Muro Secco) Are a type of wall made with stones found locally and assembled without mortar thus the name Dry Wall (Muro Secco) They are mostly found in European countries. Unfortunately they are the remnants of a lost art. No one makes them anymore. These walls were used to "fence in" properties and also to provide shelter for livestock. I tried to provide almost all possible combination in order to make just about any shape you may need. Orthogonal, diagonal, round corner, sharp corner, diagonal to orthogonal, broken walls, overhanging diags and orthos, open gates, closed gates, even gates on diagonals and more! There are also a few stone structures to complement the set and one special transition piece which will allow you to follow heights differences of 7.5 meters. (slope friendly). Please use the road lifter tool in the NAM menu to set height to 7.5 meters when using the transition piece for best results. Included are 4 lots (Orthogonal only) that will make it possible to create EDGE to EDGE scenes. And last but not least, I have included 2 MMP files based on the model and texture of the wall, for those hard to reach areas. They are slope friendly and you can even place them under water if you wish. I created a custom icon set with clear and easy to recognize symbols, You will find all 42 lots in the park menu. No cost to plop, maintain and bulldoze. Neutral lots. The lots have no base textures. Just plop them and dress them with your favorite MMP. No Dependencies. Simmer2

SM2 Concrete Sound Barriers. Its time for a new set of HD sound walls. With 41 pieces at your disposal you can bet that just about any combination has been covered! This set includes several FA3 (Fractional Angle 18.4 deg.) pieces for those special angled projects. Orthogonal, 45 deg, FA3, exit doors, emergency phone, ortho to 45, ortho to FA3, end pieces, overhanging ones, 11 with graffiti plus a double length one and one special Orthogonal piece that you can plop on slopes of up to 45 deg. To recap, 40 lots can only be places on fairly flat terrain and one flex piece for up to 45 degrees inclines. I made them with no base or overlay textures therefore you can dress them with your favorite MMPs ALL lots are neutral but one, the TEL piece. I made that one with nightlights. Use them on your highways, roads, railways and they also look great as fences in between industries and residential. I'm pretty sure you will find a home for them in your maps. No Dependencies! Just drop them in your plugins and play. You will find them in your park menu. In the mix you will also find a single orthogonal EL (elevated) piece to be used with L2 highways. It is a prototype and I made with the Maxis L2 highway specs in mind. You can try with different highways to see if it works. Have fun and post pics. Simmer2 Questions? Post them here https://www.sc4devotion.com/forums/index.php?topic=17211.0
  9. I already sent mas71 a message about this, but I am not sure how active he still is, so I put it here too. I am using the walls packs of mas71 and my stairs look different. Looks like another texture (darker) and poles on the stairs. Also, in the screenshots of the jpn walls, I see a combined two stairs, not three? I am confused. When I remove the walls content, the poles are still there. I am using mas71 walls sets (jpn walls and walls pack 2) and my stairs look different than in his screenshots. Darker and one has poles in it. I added a screenshot. I hope anyone can help me out. Does it has to do with a texture and object pack?

Well finally I got the time and put together this little set of diagonal IRM walls expansion. Altogether this pack contains 15 new lots based on @T Wrecks' IRM Fillers (I-D, I-M, I-HT), each set gets 5 new pieces (2 full concrate - one with grass props, one without them -, 2 sidewalk-concrete - same variation like concrete version - and a dirt-concrete). Same stats as the original IRM Fillers. They can work without the original set, but strongly recomended using with them. Dependencies (like the original set): SFBT Essentials - for the diagonal overlay, the barrier, and those nifty positioning indicators. This pack will be used on upcoming filler sets as well. https://www.sc4devotion.com/csxlex/lex_filedesc.php?lotGET=750 - SC4Devotion LEX http://www.simcityplaza.de/index.php/props-und-texturen/essentials?download=162:sfbt-essentials-dezember-2015-(windows) - SimcityPlaza BSC Mega Props Jestarr Vol.01 - for most of the cargo props and some ancillary objects https://www.sc4devotion.com/csxlex/lex_filedesc.php?lotGET=342 BSC Mega Props Jestarr Vol.02 - some less important props https://www.sc4devotion.com/csxlex/lex_filedesc.php?lotGET=338 BSC Mega Props Gascooker Vol.01 - for the containers and a dumpster model I used. https://www.sc4devotion.com/csxlex/lex_filedesc.php?lotGET=397 Rail Yard and Spur Textures Mega-Pak 1 Version 1.02 - for the base textures. https://www.sc4devotion.com/csxlex/lex_filedesc.php?lotGET=2177 OR RealRailway (RRW) NCD BSC Texture pack Update (v1.0) https://www.sc4devotion.com/csxlex/lex_filedesc.php?lotGET=3350 Maxis Buildings as Props http://www.simcityplaza.de/index.php/tools-und-andere-downloads/offizielle-downloads/file/446-buildings-as-props-von-maxis BSC Mega Props CP Vol.01 https://www.sc4devotion.com/csxlex/lex_filedesc.php?lotGET=1180 CP SCILT (CHOOSE THE ONE ACCORDING TO YOUR SIDEWALK TEXTURE) https://www.sc4devotion.com/csxlex/lex_filedesc.php?lotGET=3173 SM2_Tyberius_Ovsx4_tex.dat (INCLUDED) - Huge thanks to @Simmer2, who let me attache this little file to this pack. - Tyberius EDIT: updating broken dependency links

Hello everyone. This time I bring you a set of 10 Rock MMP's to liven up your rural scenes. This pack comprises of 3 different color of "Muro Secco", its a type of "dry wall" made of local stones and are prevalent in some European countries such as Italy, France, Spain etc. The country side is dotted with them. Used as a type of fence to mark property boundaries and to hold livestock within while out to pasture. I also made 4 different color slate stone pathways, also seen in those countries to go with the ensemble. And finally I made 3 different sized and colored bedrocks. They are slope friendly and can be used under water if you so wish. You will find them in your Mayor menu. No dependencies! Have fun. Simmer2

  14. Walls for sunken networks

okay so I have been messing around with some lot diggers lately and I wanted to know if there are these so called "walls" that I can download to like, put on the slopes?(get what I mean?). I've been seeing these in some images and I cant seem to find a mod for it. If there is, is there a download to it? or is it just some personal mod?
  15. Show Us Your Quays

Now that we have these new awesome walls to play with, I would love to see them in action by the community. I'll start with my first experiments. My shoreline park is totally transformed. I just have to do something on the top of the wall with some kind of decoration....walkway, lamps, maybe some benches. The shorelines are getting more interesting I'm also experimenting with new textures. This one is a test using the rock template
  16. I just redecorated 30 assets originally created by jdcrozier who made the sunken wall assets. I used Breezes tree assets to make them feel more side of the road and wild like. Check out the collection here to subscribe to all of them today! Also be sure to rate the collection up if you like, Thanks http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=530720463

Here is another take on the good old castle walls - this set is meant not so much to build a full castle but rather to set a few restaurated wall sections into your city, e.g. to serve as a tourist attraction or a historical landmark. Modular Cemetery and Park Walls 205 Parks 205 AddOn Vol02 This AddOn brings you two small modular sets - Park Walls and Cemetery, both designed to fit seamless into the Parks205 series. They'll help to transition a typical open park into a more closed and quiet cemetery and back to a free flowing park. Each set contains 7 pieces, all of them 1x1, with various configurations of walls, gates, tombstones, sarks and crypts, some of them with typical path configurations to connect them easily to the rest of the Parks205 series. DEPENDENCY Parks 205 DEVELOPER NOTES All wall- and cemetery items are neutral, no special effects or benefits. You find them in the Parks menu sorted in near the SIDINGS205, with custom icons. Note that the AddOn contains one further item - an optional replacement for the default cemeteries (all 3 stages). The design is the same like one of the Cemetery205 Fillers, but with the functionality of the default cemetary. So once you are advised that "Your Sims demand a cemetery", you can just bulldoze one of the fillers in your cemetery-layout and plop the replacement tile instead. That way you get the default perks but don't need to change your carefully planned layout. If you'd rather use the default items (which are kinda large 5x5 lots, and not the prettiest either), you can just remove the cemetery_replacements.dat from the AddOn. SUPPORT Should you need support or want to see more images for these items please visit the PLEX on the STEX - Community Support Online Documentation (no longer available) and/or the Support Thread (no longer available) * A complete and updated catalog of all PARKS 205 items (PDF) is available in the documentation thread. Enjoy!

Ancient Stone Walls: This is the second version of the ancient stone walls, the first version are ugly and incomplete. So I made a new version more original, prolix and complete with new parts for a better result. As an added benefit it are very flexible (with the pending) and it have intersections. It haven't a street, road and avenue gate because the structure is very simple and the rocks are very heavy (The people that allegedly builded this walls don't know how make a gate yet). Dependencies: It doesn't have dependencies. Monthly cost: As this walls are or stone, no requires of maintenance, they are a giant mountain of rocks! Build cost: Is of 100 Simoleons. List of pieces: For a original result, I added more pieces: *1x1 Lot *2x1 Lot *The Corner *Stairs *A door *The shelter NOTE: Suposing that this walls are builded in the war, I made a shelter with provisions and a building for storage. ENJOY!
  22. I can't seem to find any decent highway walls. I am looking for highway walls that look good with sunken RHW and maxis highways.

This download contains a set of highway noise barrier walls. Whilst being of a simple and cheap concrete and steel design, they have a more pleasing curved pattern look as seems to be the trend in a lot of road construction these days. They are modded to provide a very healthy Park and Landmark effect, so the sims living and working near them will appreciate it. They also have a significant pollution reduction factor, so even though they can't reduce the sim traffic noise, they can remove the pollution affects assoicated with them. Plop a few of these beside a highway, avenue or road and see the positive effect they have on the surrounding buildings. There are ten lots in the set; some straight, some with corners, some diagonal and some overhanging the lot to cover those blank tiles beside the on/off ramps that you can never use. The lots all have the base texture removed, so the ground texture underneath will show through. This is good as the highways don't have a texture under them, so the lots match. But the lots sometime suffer from the "missing base" bug where the base appears blue/black. I'm working on a Menu Management Lot (MML) mod for these, so they don't clutter up the Misc Transport menu when you don't need them. These lots are BSC Tracking Enabled (BTE) which means they may contribute to Reward Chains.
