75 models (omg!) available to be lotted and enjoyed! Please relot and redistribute freely, I just ask that you upload here so we can use them as well. Time constraints have kept me from lotting these, but this pack will serve as a dependency for future uploads. Buildings are all from the US and Canada. Trying to make your sim high streets even more varied than those in real life? Then this pack of commercial parades featuring 163 new shop fronts will do the job, bringing the grand total of all packs to 700 different shops. Zoom in close and personal to savour the details! All 14 lots use shared dummy buildings and grow on medium-density Chicago tileset, in various sizes as specified in the documentation images. Thank you for looking at one of my low-income neighbourhood stores; something you could expect to see in the rougher ends of town. Featured here is Fabland; a take on the often-decrepit Fabricland that dots the strip malls of my home town. Aside from the anchor store, a couple of small, generic, convenience stores pay the rent for this little mall. It is a growable 5x4 CS$ lot. The building is Dark-Nite compatible. Today i'll present you one of the iconic districts of New Vegas: The Strip. It will be filled with modern skyscrapers around the reservoir and along the canal. I've also layed down the main road network, the sunken highway (i still have to put some large billboards along the highway) and the rail line. Oh and let's not forget about the monorail.
