  1. Park Avenue Corner

    Version 1.0.0

Break the grid!!... some other time. Here are two buildings from the North Hudson municipalities. (As promised!) a Salvadorian restaurant in Union City, and my take on a really cool building by my house in North Bergen, a bagel shop in front and an auto body shop in the back. The buildings, located in different cities, are modeled separately but represented here together as the Park Ave Corner. As a result, this lot is more slope tolerant than some of my others. Download includes: 1x growable 1x2 CS$ right-corner lot, with 2 custom props w/nightlighting No dependencies required for use My apologies for not producing more grid-busting buildings. I'm laid up with the coronavirus right now so I'm modeling stuff from around the neighborhood just easy stuff to carry me through having the ick. Merry Christmas all!!
These are fun! I like the color palate, very realistic especially the roof. I'll use these! Thanks

Break the grid!! This is a row of 2 buildings on Bergenline Ave, in Union City, NJ. IRL they are mixed-use with apartments on top and a florist, liquor store and ice cream parlor underneath. I had to forgo the Salvadorian spot for space reasons, but I will make it up with a papuseria soon! Download includes: 1x stage 3 growable 1x2 CS$ lot w/ 46 jobs, custom model and nightlights Merry Christmas!

  7. (Diagonal) Juneau Triangle Building

nice! I never know if folks like versions with or without jobs better. I usually opt for no jobs so as not to require power and water to build. Thanks for the option

That's right by my local Walmart! Thanks for coming to my hood
  10. Diagonal Stone Paved Filler Lots

Huskies I really like these! Good variety of props and great texture for medium and high wealth, I will really like to use these. My one ask is perhaps next time you render a diag lot, turn the color of your ground texture a bit darker than you think it should look. The export always renders this plane very brightly, which is why my early modeled sidewalks and pavements had a "glow" to them in comparison to the lot, street and sidewalk textures. Super excited fore more and thanks for the variety. Love to see what you'll come up with!
  11. Diagonal Stone Paved Filler Lots

Break the grid! There are no rules! These are as-is models. They're good enough for me so they will have to be good enough for you I've been busy with IRL stuff lately so I haven't had time to complete these in any sort of "final" manner with proper detailing, nightlights etc, but anyway here are some high rise structures for FA2 angled roadways. Download includes both mirrored versions of the following lots w/overhanging prop: FA2 Citysphere (801 King St, Toronto, ON) // LM 2x2 FA2 Cocoa Exchange (The Beaver Building) (1 Wall Street, New York, NY) // LM 1x2 FA2 Rhodes Haverty (127 Peachtree St, Atlanta, GA) // LM 1x2 FA2 TD Bank (Cadman Plaza, Brooklyn, NY) // LM 3x3 No dependencies, no refunds or exchanges. No shoes, no shirt, NO service. No pets (service animals allowed)
