This is a row of 2 buildings on Bergenline Ave, in Union City, NJ. IRL they are mixed-use with apartments on top and a florist, liquor store and ice cream parlor underneath. I had to forgo the Salvadorian spot for space reasons, but I will make it up with a papuseria soon!

thank you  has a good feel for that urban environment outside the glamorous CBD  nice details and textures and I like the selection of businesses
