Time for another map! This time it's New York City-Newark-Long Island, NY-NJ, USA. The largest metropolitan area in the United States, home to over 22 million people, the map includes all of New York City and its boroughs, Newark and parts of New Jersey and most of Long Island. The map is 28 x 24 large city tiles and is accurately scaled based on DEM data. It has been rotated so that the street grid in Manhattan can be easily built in game. In order to install the map you will need wouanagaine's mapper or terraformer as the file is in SC4M format. I hope you can put this map to good use, enjoy! -TCC View My Full Map Catalogue Here:- 2 Comments

Lotting challenge! I have found some old sc4model files on a backup SD card from my old PC. Since I can't access the SC4BAT or PIMX programs anymore, here is your challenge: create a prop family from these models and lot them on a 2x1 setup. The original houses come from Queens, NYC. Thanks to whomever accepts the challenge, and please upload the lots to the exchange! -

Break the grid! There are no rules! These are some low rise, brick buildings from around New York City. They are designed to fit into difficult-to-fill spaces along FA2 and FA3 angled networks. Download includes both mirrored versions of the following lots w/overhanging prop: (8 lots total) FA2 Global King (47 Stewart St, Bushwick, NY) // LM 1x1 FA2 Shop Fair (20 Lenox Ave, Harlem, NY) // LM 1x2 (nightlights included) FA3 21st St. Auto Body (21st St, Long Island City, NY) // LM 2x2 FA3 Brazil Coffee (44th Rd, Long Island City, NY) // LM 2x2 No dependencies required to use, but NAM is required for FA networks. Enjoy! -

Hey all. Some quick warehouses I have repurposed from the 3dWarehouse. These are demolished buildings in Long Island City. Includes 3 growable I-M lots 3x4 // 21-21 44th Rd // 62 jobs $$ 2x2 // Dutch Kills Lumber // 42 jobs $$ 2x2 // Hunters Point Warehouse // 46 jobs $$ No dependencies, no lights (they are closed at night anyway lol) I am not accepting criticism on these lots because I made them very quickly and for personal use. Uploading so others can enjoy them as well. -
Hello good afternoon to everyone. A few hours ago I started working on a tower that I have wanted to have on SC4 for a long time, 425 - 5th Avenue NYC. I got with Sketchup since I do not have 3DMAX. I'm designing the main parts of the building. My question is. Do you know with what tool can I design many windows at once? And how to create good textures without using images? Thank you, I hope you like the idea of this work. !

I have to thank you again for commenting so much. @dossenaandrea: Thanks. I only don't know how seawalls work. I have installed some, but I just can't find out how to place them. @kirkdangerfield: Oops, thanks for noticing. Latin was never my best subject at school. @Kisa Atsuko: I don't like the word 'kinda' , but still thanks! And now, a teaser:
