Some improvement can be done. Maybe you can do it for any future update:

Provide canopied entrance/verandah with driveway, underground parking entrance. 

Quite coincidentally, 南洋, read Nan Yang, refer to Chinese immigrant that came to British Malaya/Singapore during 1800s-1950s. So my first impression was like: Chinese faux-Modernism?

Turns out it is typical Chinatown roof.

Nice Far Eastern style building. I like the lotting work too. Thanks for making and sharing! 

A few things, what I've noticed. The LOD of the model seems to be much larger, than the building itself. A bit tighter LOD would might be better. If you ever considered to update this model following some of the suggestions by others, this would be just an idea. 
Tiny detail, but your LOT is actually stage 8 and NOT stage 6. For some reason it says stage 6 in the name, but the real growth stage of the lot is 8 (checking it in Reader).
Also, I can not be promoting enough. If you have the chance and willingness to learn how to use PIM-X, just start using SC4 PIM-X instead of the Maxis PIM and Lot Editor. It just gives way better and ballanced STATs on everything, than Maxis PIM (like jobs).

Something different, love the Orange color, and the roof really makes this pop.   Please give us more stuff like this.
