Vehicle repair/tire shop for low density commercial zones. Included is a 3x3 growable orthogonal lot, a 1x1 ploppable diagonal with just the building covering 1x1.5 diagonal tiles, and a 1x2 ploppable diagonal with an attached parking lot which covers 2x2 diagonal tiles. The version with the parking lot can only be placed on flat terrain. Each has 35 CS$$ jobs. Dependencies: SHK Parking Pack GM Props Vol 1 The dependencies are for the ortho version only. If you only want the diagonals, then everything is included as part of the model. -

The real life block straddles Baltic Ave, Bacharach Blvd and MLK. In game the lot occupies a 6x6 triangle set on a 3x3 lot. Download includes: 3x3 neutral LM lot with overhanging prop. Break the grid! Kill the power! Here's an offering from downtown Juneau, Alaska. This is the Triangle Building on Franklin Street near the state house. As far as I can tell from the internet, it's occupied by a bookseller, a doll museum, and an art gallery. So this is an eclectic one. As far as game stuff goes, it's the usual but I forgot to do an icon. At least I didn't quit Batting though--I'm getting back in the swing! Presenting: Cape Cod homes, in the postwar style that is pervasive in the Northeast United States. These houses were built quickly by many developers, and in their heyday of the '40s and '50s, were favorites of returning war veterans looking to start a family in the new towns of the suburbs. This download includes 3 components. Ortho (straight) models, diagonal models, and fractionally angled models. If you do not wish to use the angled props, simply do not copy the undesired folder into your plugins, and vice versa. Each folder is self-sufficient. Additionally, all props have been grouped into families to avoid repetition. DOWNLOAD INCLUDES: 14x unique ortho models, on 8x R$ lots, 1x1, 1x2, and 1x3. Diagonal Industrial Fillers and Extenders This is the first installment in a (future) series of 'GridBuster' - Lots designed to break the grid using overhanging props of different shapes and sizes. This set is focused on small industrial fillers and extenders to fill in blank spots and cover up 'dead spots'. All of these lots are 1x1, with overhanging props to fill in a larger area. LIST OF ITEMS Fillers - Dirt Texture - 8 pcs. Grunge Texture - 5 pcs. Extenders - Dirt Texture - 5 pcs. Grunge Texture - 5 pcs. DEPENDENCY Murimk Prop Pack Vol 03 - Industrials DEVELOPER NOTES Fillers are Landmarks with 3 I-D jobs. Need water, power, road access. Slight pollution. Extenders are neutral. Located in 'Landmarks' menu. INSTALLATION Unpack into the plugins folder ('My Documents/Plugins'). All new props are packed into a resource dat. The lots are unpacked and kept in two different subfolders. If you wish to use only some of the lots, just remove the unwanted lots from your plugin folder.
