Painting grasses and flowers en masse

I'm getting really tired of painting entire city tiles with mmps, all having tiny, tiny brushes. Is there any way to actually paint mmp grasses, shrubs etc. with some kind of a large brush? Or, for example, fill (populate) a designated area flood-style with an mmp? -
@kschmidt: Thanks for your comment! Trying to put one map next to another and make the whole region as one city it is not the best solution (I tried). Every sim can only commute to the map behind him. If the works are in one map and the residential area is at a non-neighbor map, the travel can´t happen. Some regions have some serious imbalance because of this. Sadly, everything is really about short distance commute. Swartzia - Overall view Swartzia is a small, but touristic city in Anselli. Generally, it is most visited at December. It is also known by its flowers. I haven't uploaded something on the STEX in quite a while... Well, here it is, a lot with 6 dependencies. The lot itself is a flower garden I made a while ago. It has quite abit of props on it. There really isn't much else to say, look below for more information. The lot is Plopable. Lot Size: 2x2 Tiles Menu Position: Building: Civic, Building: Park Jobs: None. Fire Stage: 10 Power consumption: 0 MWh/month Water consumption: 0 Gallons/month Air pollution: 0 over 0 tiles Water pollution: 0 over 0 tiles Garbage pollution: 0 over 0 tiles *NOTE: The park decreses the amount of pollution just the amount is uknown* This download is only compatible with SimCity 4 "Rush Hour" or SimCity 4 Deluxe. Auto Installation: Double-click the installer file to start the installation. The program will guide you through the process. You can change the default installation path, but we strongly suggest to keep the standard folder in order to make future updates and additions easier. MAC Users: File Juicer should enable you to use this installer package. The Wildflower Field Puzzle Pieces Set! version 2 by Sim_Idiot This is a collection of twenty lots that you can join together to create fields of wildflowers! All have custom icons to help in the placing of the edges. They can be found near the bottom half of the park menu.
