Download in comments section Sorry I've been holding out for so long - these are my favorite urban infill lots! They look great in areas between WTW rowhomes and detached suburbs. These are some narrow lot residentials I've been using for a long time in my game. Here they are lotted on conveniently sized parcels for easier development. These houses are often clustered together in tight parcels built by the same developer anyway. You can grow them on medium residential easily if you don't zone water first then historicalize them, or use growify. North Bergen Narrow Lots (NJ, circa 1910) available in 2x2, 3x2, 4x2, 7x2, and 8x2 lot sizes! St Louis Narrow Lots (Missouri, circa 1910) avail. 4x2 size only. Both sets of rowhomes are available as prop families contained within for easy relotting. Lmk if you encounter any other issues. This is a heavily tested file. -

Another offering from Palisades Park, NJ, named for the street on which it stands, this set of duplexes is along the same lines as the last release. 3 models in red brick, dark brick, and sandstone with 2x 2 car garages each. These are meant to be duplexes to replace a single family home on one lot, as such the stats are 24 sims per lot. Download includes 3 recolors on three 2x1 growable R$$ lots. Stage 5, occupants 24 sims per lot. Grows at the low end of medium density on Houston tileset (brick models will grow on NY as well) -

Break the grid!! This is a row of 2 buildings on Bergenline Ave, in Union City, NJ. IRL they are mixed-use with apartments on top and a florist, liquor store and ice cream parlor underneath. I had to forgo the Salvadorian spot for space reasons, but I will make it up with a papuseria soon! Break the grid!!! This is a flatiron-type building for the intersection of an ortho network and the FA2 road. It's based on a residential building on the south end of Bradhurst Ave in Harlem, NYC. Download includes: 2 recolors, left and right rotations. 1x1 landmark lots (overhanging props occupy ~1x3) No lights this time. Flood the comments with your complaints lol Productive approach: hit me up with better ways to do nightlighting. I do it by adding "nite_" manually to each individual window pane and it is painstaking. Tips welcome -
