    Thanks gwada971, I spent several hrs to find this set, very much appreciated. I updated the original download info. If you want a simplier version, same Lot, but with a white fence Maxis Prop that is already in the game, see the attachement below. As nice as the older one. Unzip file and place the Nexis Country Church folder in the MyDoc Plugins folder. NexisCountryChurch2019Version.zip

    I'm not here to critic you or this BAT, which is actually very nice, but I would just like to mention that I personally do not like the dark textures you use on some models. A little to dark for me. Outside things are usually bleached out a little by the sun, especially this one looks (to me) like it just rained on. But like I said, I like most of your models.

    Now this is one beautiful Countrytown well thought out, managed and represented with so many details true to life, that I took more than half an hour to "inspect" all the pictures and enjoy them all. I especially love the "Gitanes" camping ground. Well done with a lot of energy, imagination and observation. Great work, should be nominated for the Best presented SimCity Real Life town!   12. I will create my lot later this week, with new MFP1 Bats from me (Nexis) and I will use Maxis props only to make sure everyone can use it. Thank you both. It will be a farm on a Parklot, since I don't know how to make growables, is this a problem? CorinaMarie and Cyclone Boom mrb

    Just to help maybe and give a constructive comment, your models are a little too big (scale) if I compare them with other models of the same kind, and most of all with streets, cars and many other props. Reducing your futur models will surely improve your work. mrb

  20. Gmax problem

    I have two questions about gmaxing and it's problems, which happen quite often and are becoming very annoying. The first is when I open some models that the below window shows up. not that it actrually does anything important, but after awhile there is a chance that the program crashes, can be 20 minutes or an hour, but if I continue, the chances are 1 of 2 that it crashes. Whay does that " Out of scripter memory - use options to increase" mean? What options? Then also sometimes after having saved a file successfully and coming back to it later in the day or week, it doesn't open anymore, saying that "File Open Failed". Does that mean the file is scrap now? 4 hrs or more of work just gone down the drain without explanation? Anything I can do to save this from happening? Both of this is something that prevents me more and more to do more BATting and finishing my modelset......It is annoying to start all over, sometimes dozens of times. Help would be greatly appreciated, and I hope that someone maybe has a solution to this. Thank You mrb

    I think that this might be the top of park lots. I just try to imagine the possibilities. One can make a S formed park in the middle of downtown......wow that would be cool to see between some Hi-Risers. Great work tariely. mrb

    Thanks markussaage and tariely, much appreciated. I remember having used both of these way back, can't remember how I like them, but I will try them again. I know that the xannepan set was quite difficult to handle, but it had most beautiful runways. Thank You both! Fred Isn't this a part of NAM?
